Ming Dao doesn't know that Qiao En is standing outside the door and saw this. Qiao En saw Jun Hao really stopped crying and smiled to Ming Dao.
Qiao En (POV): Afterall they're still father and son.
“knock knock”
Qiao En: Oh, Jun Hao you woke up already huh!
Ming Dao: Saw him crying just now, so came in and take a look.
Qiao En: Thanks. *Carry Jun Hao over *

Qiao En carries Jun Hao and walked into the house. She has been thinking about what had happened today especially the scenes where Ming Dao was carrying Jun Hao. There's no way she can deny that Jun Hao resembles Ming Dao, because that's the fact they're father and son. What she can do is to avoid having more contacts with Ming Dao and the rest.
