You quickly ran to your school and bowed when you saw the teacher at the corridor. He showed you the classroom and you slowly walked in and sat down. Everyone was looking at you weirdly.
“Your classmates don’t look that friendly.” You heard a voice behind you, you turned back and saw Jaejoong. “Yes, I followed you.” He said.
“What are you doing here?” You spoke in hushed tones, “And I thought you were a celebrity, what if they notice you?” You raised an eyebrow.
“Well...that’s the problem...they can’t see me.” He looked into your eyes.
“What the...hell are you talking about?” You said sarcastically, and then you noticed the others were looking at you like you were insane.
“Who are you talking to?” Said a guy, “You’re crazy.” He laughed.
“I’m talking to him, THE Hero Jaejoong.” You said pointing to the empty spot behind you.
But they were all just looking at you weirdly and they started laughing. You turned back to see if he was there, he was.
“What’s happening?” You said, not knowing what was happening.
A girl stood up and walked towards you then jokingly pushed you a little bit, “You are dreaming of Hero Jaejoong like the rest of us honey.” She laughed at you and the next second everyone was pointing fingers at you.
“I can’t believe this.” You angrily walked out of the classroom and Jaejoong was following you.
“Wait, where are you going??” He was trying to catch up to you, “Now do you understand why I need your help?” He caught up to you.
You stopped walking but you were still not looking at him, “Look, I don’t want to get involved in this...creepy thing...so please just find somebody else who can help you.” You tried to get away but he wouldn’t let you go.
“No, please I really need your help. You don’t know how serious this is.” He said looking down. “Please just hear me out.” He tried to hold your arm but couldn’t.
You finally turned to him and tried to understand the seriousness of this. You could see that he was shaking. He looked like he was scared of something. You slowly walked to him.
“Fine, let’s hear it.” You said.
He chuckled, “Well...the most important thing you have to know is that...I’m not dead. I don’t know what’s happening to me but somehow I’m both on stage and here.” He said sadly.
“What? How could that happen? So are you like...a spirit...of maybe umm...” You tried to find out the problem but you really had no idea what to say.
“I don’t know, that’s why I need your help. I can’t seem to communicate with the others...I can’t even touch anyone.” He said in a sad tone. “Except you.” He looked at you intently.
“Me? But why only me...” You were thinking very hard why he could just see you.
“But I can’t seem to touch you either. So what I need you to do is to search everywhere about this...the internet...the library...please you’re the only one who can do this.” He practically begged you, he was looking into your eyes.
“Umm I don’t know...I mean...seriously right now I’m freaking out...” You looked away.
He hurriedly walked towards you and bowed to you.
“Please, honestly I’m scared...and I don’t know what to do...I just want everything to be how it used to...I want to sing...I want to talk to my friends...please...please...” He was still looking down waiting for your answer.
You sighed, “Okay...Jaejoong. I will help you. I will find out why you are in this state.” You signalled him to stand up straight. “You asked me to log on the internet right?” You took out your cell phone and logged on to the internet.
“Now write Latest Dong Ban Shin Ki concert to the search bar.” He told you.
“Okay umm...this one right?” You started watching the ongoing concert on your phone and saw a guy who looked exactly like Jaejoong. “So you’re him?” You looked at him.
“Yeah, I guess I was.” He said sadly. “What’s happening?” He looked away.
“I don’t know...I mean...oh I must be crazy...I still can’t believe I’m talking to a spirit.” You laughed.
“A spirit? I don’t even think I’m a spirit. What am I?” He started walking to the EXIT door and you were following him. “Why is this happening to me?” He said.
“I don’t know. Maybe because you complained too much, so now you’re being punished.” You started laughing.
He stopped walking and looked at you strangely, “So you think this is funny? I can’t believe it.” He sighed then walked away.
For a moment there, you hesitated, you didn’t know if following him would be the best choice, but you still ended up walking behind him.
“Jaejoong, I don’t know what I have to do. Just give me some time okay?” You asked him.
He turned to you, “I can’t wait, you have to find out the truth now.” He said coldly.
“But I can’t, I just can’t. I need to think about this...but I promise I will help you.” You smiled.
“I’ll have to stay with you.” He said.
