C.A.N.D.Y, our band, needed a break! We were tired of the "glamorous" life. The band decided to go to Korea. We doubt people there would know us. At first Aly and Destiny disagreed with the idea. However Claudine and Nadinne found a way to convince them. Of course I was excited! Big Bang, my favorite band, lives in Korea! However we still had to convince our manager. We had a huge argument until she finally gave in.
" You ready to go? " Claudine asked
" Yup, " I replied
" Let's go now! " Nadinne yelled.
She was already in the car. Aly and Destiny were trailing behind us. It was only 2 in the morning. Our flight was at 5 a.m. I didn't like to travel at night so we chose a flight during the morning. I don't care if I had to wake up early.
Claudine's Point Of View
Yna, Nadinne, and I decided to go to Korea for our vacation. It was the perfect place to go. We needed to be far away from the Philippines but not that far. Last night, when we were packing I was too excited! It was also hard for me to sleep. I had to drive to the airport. Nadinne and Yna were too crazy to be driving while Aly and Destiny.. Well they're just calm. However they were excited in meeting cute guys who cook which was very fascinating. Back to me, Yna, and Nadinne, we put some Big Bang pictures in our bags. It was a must!
Yna's Point Of View
Claudine was the driver of the group. I was to excited to drive while Nadinne started to doze off. Aly and Destiny were already asleep. I sat upfront with Claudine to keep her company.
" You're so calm, "
" And you're so excited, " she replied
" Well what do you expect out of me? You know I'm addicted to Big Bang, "
" You're going to hunt T.O.P down, aren't you? " she laughed
" Nah uh! " I yelled.
During the drive, I was worried. What would we do to our car? We can't just leave it in the airport’s parking lot. Claudine told me not to worry. She also said we'd find a way to solve that problem. I was still not at ease, but I trust Claudine's words.
One hour and a half passed and we arrived at the airport. It was only 3:30 a.m but I wanted to board the airplane already. We all fixed our disguises so nobody would recognize us before we got out of our car. I decided to stay awake the whole flight. It would only take us three hours. We went in the airplane when it was 4:40. I was filled with excitement and curiosity. Would we meet Big Bang? How would we go about?
When we got on the airplane I got a call from our manager. She said she just called to reassure us that our care would be taken care of, and somebody will guide us when we're in Korea. I finally felt relieved and then found our seats. We were in the first class section. As soon as everything was ready I got my ipod and listened to it. Listening to Big Bang was absolutely love in my opinion. On the other hand, Nadinne, Aly and Destiny were back to sleep! I couldn't believe them! At least Claudine was still awake.
We finally arrived in Korea. I had to call our manager to tell her we arrived safely. She told me that we had to go meet our guide in some hotel. Once again I wanted to go crazy! Well how are we going to get to that hotel? I gave my cell phone to Claudine to listen to the directions. I was bad in remembering stuff. Then Nadinne and I went to go look for a map in the airport. When we got back Aly was already complaining she was tired. Tired?! How can she be tired? All she's done is sleep. Now she was sitting on her own luggage.
" Let's just use a taxi, " I suggested
" Sounds good, " Nadinne agreed
" We can't fit though, " Aly said
" Good point, " finally Aly said something that wasn't a complaint
" Let's rent a car, " Claudine suddenly said
" Yeah! " Destiny exclaimed
" Now that's a good idea but we need to exchange our money, "
" Worry about that later, " Nadinne said
" Let's go change clothes first, " Aly stood up
" Agree with you. I'm starting to itch."
Claudine's Point Of View
We all changed to our normal, comfortable clothes. Then we got a taxi to drive us to the bank. After getting money we went to the place next door. We were lucky that it was a rent a car place, or else Aly would've complained again about being crowded in the taxi. We chose to rent a car that could fit more than five people. I had to drive again but I wasn't complaining. I enjoyed driving a lot. Then I noticed a worried Yna. She needs to relax! She thinks too much. I told her she should sit at the back this time and Nadinne will sit at the front.
I was driving when I heard a funky noise. It sounded like the car was going to break down. Yna was still awake and told me to stop the car. She woke up Destiny to check the car. Destiny was an expert when it came to cars. She said that the engine can hold on for a couple of minutes. As soon as Yna and Destiny got back in the car, I started driving again. I wanted to go as far as I can! I did not want to walk to the hotel. It would take us forever to get there by the looks of it in the map. Thirty minutes later, the car stopped by itself.
Nadinne's Point Of View
We were in the middle of nowhere! All we could see were grass, trees, and abandoned buildings. Aly started to whine again. Destiny was trying to make her stop. Minutes passed and still no sight of other people. I felt like hours passed already! I guess time passes by slowly when you’re doing nothing. Suddenly Yna starts yelling.
" You guys! Oh my gosh! I see a van! " she was jumping for joy.
All of us got out of the car we rented. We waited for the van to come near us. The van stopped right behind our car. The driver was a total stranger to me, but the other guys weren't.
