I came closer to her. Then she faced me.
“ What?” she asked
“ Sorry,” I lowered my head
“ It’s okay,” she said but I knew it wasn’t.
I hugged her to show that I was sincere.
“ Aiyoo~ You don’t have to apologize,” she was hugging me too.
Then I let go of her and she was smiling. I hope I could make her happy by just hugging her. I can’t like her the way she likes me.
“ Let’s be best friends?” I asked
“ Sure,” she smiled.
Then the two of us went back to the living room. She was smiling now. I hope everything was okay now. I don’t want to cause C.A.N.D.Y trouble. GD and Yna were still upstairs. What’s taking them so long?
Yna’s P.O.V
I finished taking a bath and got out of the bathroom. I forgot to get my clothes out before I went in the bathroom so I had to use my towel to cover me up.
“ Go take a bath now,” I said as I was trying to get my clothes out of my luggage.
I didn’t get a reply from GD. I stood up and I turned around finding his face right in front of mine.
“ You smell good,” he said
“ Thank you,” I smiled.
He grabbed my waist and kissed me.
“ Wait for me,” he said and went in the bathroom
“ Sureeee~” I said.
Then I remembered I had to change IN the bathroom.
“ Ehh, I don’t want to go outside but I have to,” I sighed.
I got out of the room and everyone downstairs was looking at me.
“ Ehehehe,” I tried to laugh
“ Oh wee,” Claudine said
“ Hey,” I smiled and raised my hand to wave
“ You just finished?” Nadinne asked
“ Yeah,” I replied
“ Hurry up,” Claudine said
“ Fine,” I said
“ Why didn’t you change in the bathroom?” Nadinne suddenly asks
“ GD’s already in there,”
“ Change in the room,” Claudine suggested
“ You crazy? He can like come out when I’m dressing,” I said
“ So? You guys have done a lot of STUFF together,” Seung Ri butted in
“ We’re not in that level,” I glared at him, and went back in my room.
Then I went out again.
“ The cameras are off right?” I asked
“ The ones in the bathroom,” Dae Sung replied
“ Okay then,” I went back in my room.
I sat on the bed. I decided to just wait for GD to come out. Then I started to brush my hair so then I’ll only need to put clothes on. Ten minutes later I decided to put lotion because GD was still not done. When putting lotion on he was finally done.
“ Why aren’t you dressed?” he asked.
I was putting lotion on my arm.
“ I wanted to dress in there,” I replied
“ You could’ve knocked,” he said and sat by me.
He was drying his hair with the towel.
“ Let me do it,” I stood up
“ You should get dressed first,” he said.
I was already standing up. I grabbed his towel and he lowered his head so I could reach it.
“ It’s okay,” he said and got my hands
“ Okay then,” I said and went in the bathroom
“ Thank you,” he grabbed my hand and kissed my cheek
“ No problem,” I smiled.
Although the moment was short… For the first time I actually felt like we were ALREADY married. I was looking at myself in the mirror. I smiled, and I was happier than earlier. Maybe me and GD would get married in the future, I giggled.
I finished dressing up in three minutes. GD smiled when he saw me and reached out for my right hand. Then we went downstairs to finally leave the house.
“ You still changed in there?” Destiny asked.
She looked like she was happy! T.O.P must’ve done something special. I’ve never seen her so happy.
“ Yeah,’ I replied
“ Aha. So coming out your room earlier was useless,” Aly said
“ Well you guys started messing with me!” I exclaimed
“ You came out with only a towel on?!” GD looked at me.
I lowered my head.
“ Yeah,”
“ I told you to never do that again,” he made me look at him straight in the eye
“ Sorry,” I said
“ Overprotective!” Claudine yelled.
Then everyone started to walk outside. We were riding the same van! Yay, I thought, more quality time together. I told GD to go ahead to the van. I wanted to do something, but I didn’t tell him. Then when he was about ten feet away from the van, I ran to him. He turned around right on time to catch me.
“ Crazy,” Tae Yang was already in the van
“ I know!” Nadinne agreed.
Everyone was already in the van. GD and I were still ten feet away from it and still hugging each other. Then I kissed his cheek. I was just in a happy mood today. He smiled and then he kissed my lips.
“ So are you gonna be like this the whole day?” he asked
“ I don’t know. I just felt like hugging you right now,” I replied
“ Well I feel like kissing you all the time,” he mumbled.
I let go of him and was about to walk towards the van. Suddenly GD grabs my hand and makes me go behind him. He put my right hand on his right shoulder and my left hand on his left shoulder. After that he told me to hold on tightly.
“ Huh?” I was lost.
The next thing you knew my feet were off the ground!
“ Ah!” I yelled and wrapped my arms around GD’s neck quickly
“ Too tight!” he yelled.
He was giving me a piggy back ride!
“ Sorry,” I kissed his cheek again.
Then I got down when we were in the van already.
GD’s P.O.V
Yna and I were sitting on the last seats in the van. It was in the back of the van to the right. Seung Ri and Claudine were sitting by us. I wasn’t sleepy anymore after what happened this morning. Yna seemed like she was really happy and she was in the mood to do a lot of stuff. I hope me and her were thinking the same things. We got to the studio and the director was already there. All of us sat down at the couch. Well I thought everyone was at least.
Yna, Destiny, and T.O.P were standing up.
“ Here, you sit down,” I stood up
“ No it’s okay. I like standing up,” Yna replied
“ I’ll stand with you then,” I said.
Nobody was in the studio yet but only the staff. I was leaning against the wall. My back was there and Yna was in front of me. She looked like she was ready to work. When the director turned around to get the script, I reached for her right hand and pulled her to hug her.
“ Stop,” she said
“ Why?” I asked.
She pushed me away when the director looked back. Was there something wrong? Wasn’t she okay a couple of minutes ago? Then the director handed all of us the script. Although we still don’t know who will we be portraying.
“ I don’t know who should be paired up with who… So pair up by age first,” he said.
Yna was the youngest in C.A.N.D.Y and Seung Ri was the youngest in Big Bang so the two had to stand by each other. Nadinne was the third oldest and so was I in our band. T.O.P went with Destiny and Claudine with Dae Sung. Tae Yang slowly walked towards Aly who looked like she didn’t want to separate from Seung Ri.
“ Hmm, I think Yna and Seung Ri are okay but could be better, and I like the GD and Nadinne pairing,” the director was walking back and forth looking at the pairs.
I couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t being paired up with Yna! Nadinne’s pretty but Yna’s MY girlfriend.
“ Nadinne and GD, go sit down. You guys will be a pair. Everyone else go try to look for another partner,” he said.
Everyone else who didn’t have a partner yet were about to choose one until,
“ Wait. How about the opposite? Try the youngest girl to the oldest guy.. So T.O.P and Yna,” the director stopped them
“ Wait! What?!” I yelled
“ That’d be kind of weird,” Seung Ri said
“ Cooperate,” the director said
“ So second oldest with second youngest… Claudine and Tae Yang,” he continued.
Yna was slowly walking to T.O.P. Then Tae Yang walked towards Claudine.
“ I get it now,” Aly said and went to Dae Sung.
Well at least Aly looked happy with the partner she got. Destiny was hesitating. She had to go to Seung Ri.
“ Age isn’t important,” T.O.P said.
Claudine’s P.O.V
I should be happy that I was going to work with Tae Yang… However I felt nothing at all! I still think he’s attractive and cool, but I wish I was paired up with Seung Ri. I have to watch him and Destiny as a couple in our upcoming show. I sat down the couch by Seung Ri, and he held my hand. His eyes were yelling out that he was sad. I was too! Who wouldn’t be if you have to see your boyfriend pretend he likes ANOTHER girl or vice versa? Yna sat by me and GD was just standing up.
GD didn’t look happy either, but I wonder why he wouldn’t sit by Yna. T.O.P sat down by her instead . Bad idea, I thought, GD was looking at her that moment. Yna was reading the script and thought it was GD who sat by her.
“ Hey GD,” she looked up and was about to kiss T.O.P.
Her eyes widened and she froze.
“ Sorry,” she lowered her head
“ It’s okay,” T.O.P replied.
Then Yna looked up again, trying to look for GD, I guess. When her eyes fell on GD, he looked away. I was worried about them. I felt like GD was always jealous now.. Well ever since he found out Yna like T.O.P first. I looked at Seung Ri and he was focusing on the script, reading the story of the show. I wonder if Seung Ri knows what’s going on in GD’s head.
Aly’s P.O.V
For some weird reason, I was happy to be paired up with Dae Sung. Plus I was closer to than the other Big Bang members. I gave up on Seung Ri. I can tell he really loves Claudine. If he’s happy, then I should be. I deserve to be happy too. Well I just finished reading the plot of the show. It was very fascinating. It revolved around a couple who kept having problems because of their past, and close friends. Add to that the big age gap. I guess that’s why Mr. Lee, the director, made T.O.P and Yna pair up.
“ T.O.P, and Yna. You’ll be the main couple,” Mr. Lee said.
I looked at Yna. She was always the lead girl in our shows in the Philippines, because she’s the most interested in acting. However she didn’t look satisfied.
“ GD, you’ll be the second lead guy,” Mr. Lee looked at GD.
Suddenly it hit me! The guys who were paired up with Claudine, Nadinne, and Yna were their old crushes! Then the guys who they like now in real life are the ones who have to play as the guy who they use to like but rejected them yet wants them back. My pairing with Dae Sung had no complications. In the show we were madly in love with each other. The others had a love triangle going on. Destiny-> Seung Ri [end up together]-> Claudine->TY [end up together]->Nadinne->GD [end up together]->Yna T.O.P. What a bad coincidence, I thought.
Director Lee left because it was time for our photo shoot. Now, we have to wait for the photographer to get to the studio. He was supposedly on his way.
Nadinne’s P.O.V
I can finally be with GD, but I didn’t want to be. I just started liking Tae Yang more! Plus GD looked like he was angry… AGAIN! Anyways, I was standing up with Tae Yang reading the script. I had to portray GD’s childhood friend who disappeared with no reason. However I never forgot GD. Basically I was suppose to act like I was head over heels for him.
After reading my character’s description, I read GD’s. Since he is my partner after all. GD had to act as Yna’s character’s FIRST boyfriend (Coincidence? I think not) who left her due to his mom. He was forced to leave her and study in America, but he comes back for Yna. Sadly, he’s too late and Yna’s character has already found a new love in T.O.P’s character. He never got to explain to her why he left causing Yna’s character to be mad at him. Up to the day they meet again, she ignores him and holds a grudge.
WOW! I was thinking. GD has to play such a sad role. I tried to look for him but he was nowhere to be found. I saw Yna but no GD… I sense another fight coming up. I sighed, doesn’t GD get tired of being jealous? Yna already chose him over T.O.P! Well, now we were waiting for the photographer. I hope GD comes back soon.. Wherever he was.
Yna’s P.O.V
I knew I hurt GD’s feelings earlier. I pushed him away when he was hugging me. It’s for his own sake. I know there’s crazy fans out there who’ll stop liking him if he gets a girlfriend. I, too, am a fan of GD after all except now I’m more than just a fan. I don’t want GD to be bashed by people! Plus I want him to have a successful career. As once a fan, I know very well that being a singer is his dream. I don’t want to get in his way. I only want the best for him too.
GD looked away when our eyes met. Somehow, this scene was familiar. Then he walked away. I REMEMBER NOW! This is exactly what he did when he found out about me liking T.O.P. We just got out of a fight! Yet I sense another fight near by. I’m not going to cry this time…. At least I’ll try not to! GD should know by now that I love him…. ONLY him.
I followed GD this time along. I was walking behind him the whole time. He went in his assigned dressing room. Then he went in closing the door on me.
“ Mind if I come in?” I knocked.
I didn’t get a reply from him. I stayed outside the dressing room, just sitting there on the floor. Destiny came to me saying that the photographer just arrived. I told her that me and GD will be there. I stood up.
“ GD, the photographer’s here,” I knocked again.
Still the same response--nothing. I decided to go in anyways. GD was sitting down on the couch on the left side of the room, His hat was covering half of his face, while his feet resting on a small stool.
I walked closer to him.
“ Let’s go,” I said
“ Go ahead,” he replied.
He didn’t even move! I might as well leave, I thought. I started to walking towards the door when I hear the stool move. I look back at GD. We just stared at each other. Then there was silence.
“ Are you mad at me?” I asked
“ Should I be?” he replied with a question
“ I don’t think so,” I walked back to him.
I wanted to hug him.
“ Then no,” he replied.
I walked back to him but he started walking towards me. He walked PASS by me! I felt like cold air passed by at the same time. Then I heard the door open and then shut. He just left me….
T.O.P’s P.O.V
The photographer was still setting up his camera stuff when GD came back. However Yna was not with him. Where is she? Seung Ri stood up and walked to GD.
“ Where’s Yna?” I heard Seung Ri ask
“ Don’t worry. She’s on her way,” GD replied
“ Mind telling me what’s going on?”
“ Nothing’s wrong,” GD replied.
GD smiled but I could see through him. His eyes told a different story, he looked sad. Then I saw Yna. Like GD, she was smiling but you could see sadness in her eyes. GD and Yna are alike in so many ways. Maybe that’s why they keep fighting. Sometimes it’s better to be with someone who’s the opposite of you so your characters won’t collide with each other.
Yna sat down by Claudine on the couch again. Claudine could see through Yna as well. The two were best friends after all, then Nadinne sat down by Yna. Claudine and Nadinne looked worried for Yna, but Yna just smiled. Hiding how you truly feel isn’t good…. Sooner or later you’ll have to show those feelings anyway.
“ Let’s get ready,” the photographer said
“ Yay,” Aly jumped up.
Our photographer’s name was James. He’s one cool guy. Well he told everyone to get in position. It was time for a group picture of the main casts.
“ Just act natural, and stand with your partners,” he was looking at us through the lenses of his camera
“ Get closer,” he was making hand gestures for us to get closer.
After taking group pictures, it was time for me, Yna and GD. GD was already sitting down the couch. He slowly stood up and walked towards Yna and I. Yna had to be in the middle, I was at her right side and GD was at her left. James instructed us to post like we were the characters in the show. That meant Yna had to look at me in a “loving” way and so did I, vice versa. GD had to act jealous, and he didn’t even have to act. He already looked mad and jealous. The next pose Yna and I were still hugging, but Yna showed sadness.
In the show Yna was madly in love with GD who left her without a word. Two years later she meets my character and falls in love with me although I’m older than her by four years. Our love story leads to many complications as the other characters come in. Nadinne plays GD’s childhood friend who’s in love with him while there’s Tae Yang who loves her. Sadly Tae Yang pays no attention to his best friend, Claudine’s character who will do anything for him. Seung Ri plays Claudine’s other best friend who secretly admires her while Destiny is an older student in school who highly respects him and falls for him. All the couples somehow revolve around Yna and me. However Dae Sung and Aly’s roles are the easier since there’s no conflicts with them.
After taking at least more than 10 pictures, James decided to make GD and Yna take pictures together first. I had to wait before it was my turn again with Yna.
GD’s P.O.V
I felt like I was nothing to Yna. She was smiling! It didn’t seem like she was sad. Then I have to take pictures with her acting like we were a happy couple. After that we still have to take pictures together like we were a sad couple. THEN take pictures again with her and Nadinne! How great, I thought.
“ Wohoo! The ahem sexy ahem couple!” Claudine yelled
“ Oh man! Sexiness,” Nadinne yelled too
“ Aiyoo~ Stop,” I looked at Yna.
She was blushing! That made me smile for real.
“ Act like you guys are madly in love with each other,” James said
“ Don’t worry, James. They’re good in acting like passionate lovers,” Dae Sung laughed
“ Is there something I need to know?” James looked lost
“ I thought you could see everything through your lenses,” Tae Yang laughed along
“ That’s not funny! Tell me!” James exclaimed
“ Let’s just say… GD and Yna DON’T have to act it out,” Seung Ri replied
“ Oh my,” James gasped
“ I think he got the message you guys,” I said.
James looked at me with a shocked face.
“ You need to tell me when these kind of things happen!” he yelled
“ Well I thought you knew I liked Yna,” I replied
“ AH! This is C.A.N.D.Y!” he exclaimed
“ Yes James,” I rolled my eyes.
James was so slow! Then I focused on Yna. She was just standing next to me with her head down. James walked towards her.
“ Nice to meet you , Yna,’ he shook her hand
“ Nice to meet you too,” Yna looked up and smiled at him
“ You can stop shaking her hand now,” I was looking at their hands
“ Ahh! Jealousy!” he let go of her hand.
Yna was looking at me when I said that. I can’t take it anymore! I can’t stay mad at her. Then I reached for her left hand when she looked at the camera. I saw a smile appear on her face. It was that smile that tells you she’s in love.
“ You’re not mad?” she looked at me.
I grabbed her other hand. Then I kissed her hands.
“ No,” I replied
“ You scared me earlier!” she yelled.
After that she hugged me tightly. I kissed her neck, that’s what I wanted to do earlier. However she pushed me away.
“ Enough of this pose. NEXT!” James laughed.
Yna and I faced the camera. Her arms were wrapped around my neck and mine around her waist.
“ PERFECT!” James smiled.
Then Yna and I stared at each other again. Our foreheads and tip of our noses were touching. Yna suddenly licks her lip! I was ready to kiss her. I made a “kiss” face and she laughed.
“ You guys are too sweet!” Tae Yang suddenly yells
“ Jealous much?” I laughed.
I looked at James who seemed like he was counting something.
“ Five more pictures of you two then you guys have to act like your characters in the show,” he said
“ Can you send all of it to me?” I asked
“ Yeah,” he answered
“ Thank you,” I thanked.
I decided to carry Yna princess style, and made a “kissing” face again. Yna made a “Oh my gosh,” face. In the next picture, we were in the piggy back ride position. Yna was kissing my cheek on the first one. Then in the same position she pretended she was going to lick me. After that she got down and we held hands. We were just looking at each other. On the last pose, we kissed. I heard Aly shriek and so did Dae Sung.
I was ready to take another set of pictures except “serious” ones this time.
“ I change my mind,” James said
“ Huh?” Seung Ri was by him
“ Let’s take pictures of Nadinne with Tae Yang. Then Claudine with Seung Ri, Aly with Dae Sung, and then T.O.P with Destiny,” he said
“ But those are all the love triangles except for T.O.P and Destiny.. They’re not a couple in any way in the show,” Yna said
“ I know… After that we can take the real pairs in the show. I’ll take the love triangle pairs first because it seems like those are the REAL pairs in REAL life,” James winked.
Wahhh, this guy I thought. James is always up to something.
“ All natural poses first! Then we can finish that and get back to REAL work,” he added
“ I like you,” Yna said
“ I agree,” Claudine was by Seung Ri
“ You’re cool,” Claudine and Yna chorused.
Since Yna and I were done for now, we sat on the couch. Everyone else was either standing up or preparing themselves.
“ I’m tired,” she yawned
“ Lie down,” I told her.
She rested her head on my lap. I kissed her lips.
“ I love you,” I smiled
“ I love you too,” she kissed my lips too.
Nadinne’s P.O.V
Act normal?! This photo shoot is rather weird! Tae Yang’s too shy to even hug me! How can we pose as a couple? However I thought wrong. Tae Yang reached for my hand! He’s probably just doing his job. I felt all floaty though! We were actually holding hands.
“ You’re blushing!” Claudine yelled pointing at me.
Seung Ri and her were by James observing him take pictures.
“ No I’m not!” I yelled back
“ Lies!!” she exclaimed
“ Forget you,” I mumbled.
Then Tae Yang hugged me! The feeling was wonderful! Plus his smile was so real. He looked happier than the usual.
James told us that so far he took three pictures of me and Tae Yang. Then Tae Yang and I looked into each others’ eyes. Slowly his face drew closer. You would’ve thought he’d kiss my lips. However he just kissed my cheek. He’s so respectful, I thought. Then I remembered that I still haven’t told him who I like! WHICH IS HIM! How was I going to confess to him?! I hope he forgets about it.
“ Hello! Nadinne!!! New pose, yo,” Claudine said.
I completely forgot we were still in our photo shoot! I don’t know what pose to do! Now, I was shy. Tae Yang pretended he was going to kiss my cheek while I did a winking pose. Honestly, I wanted to scream like a fan girl. The things Tae Yang did were driving me insane--in a good way.
