Hebe walked back to the library and went to the shelves again.
She searched for another ocean book but came across the one that Aaron and she both wanted.
She stared at it in surprise.
Hebe thoughts:
I thought he wanted it…
Or did he leave it for me?
Did he know I wanted this book very much?
Why do I feel my heart beating so fast?
*End Of Flashback
She smiled to herself.
Hebe thoughts:
Why does Aaron give me such a different feeling?
I never felt this way for any boys.
Maybe I’m just thinking too much.
*Flashback
“Maybe Lord just wanted to test human beings, can they stand challenges” replied Hero to Hebe’s question.
“Well…I think he did a wrong choice because this didn’t turn into any tests but just pain” answered Hebe.
“Life is full of pain and happiness, without pain happiness will not be happiness, Happiness will not exist”.
“What if these pains took out all the happiness in someone’s heart? Happiness will still not exist”
*End Of Flashback
Hebe showed a face of deep thoughts.
Hebe thoughts:
Hero? He seems so…so…mysterious…
However what he said made a lot of sense…
He gives me this feeling…as if…I know him…but I’m sure I don’t.
The lesson ended really quickly and there was a break before Hebe’s next class.
She decided to go to the little garden again.
She did her slow walk again and saw Hero lying on the bench reading a book.
For some reason Hebe wanted to talk to him.
She smiled and walked over to him.
She stood next to the bench and stared at Hero.
She blocked the sunlight.
Hero lowered his book at looked at Hebe.
“What’s wrong?” smiled Hero, sitting up.
“Am I disturbing you?” asked Hebe.
“If I said you were will you leave?”
Hebe stared at him.
Hero laughed and invited her to sit down.
‘So, it’s pretty unusual for you to start a conversation” exclaimed Hero.
“What do you mean?”
“Oh, don’t misunderstand me! I’m just saying you are a very quiet girl and I seriously haven’t seen you talk to anyone either than Ella so I found that quite amusing for you to come and talk to me” explained Hero in a clear manner.
“ Let me guess, you’re a person which absolutely doesn’t like people misunderstanding you right?”
“I think so, since misunderstandings can cause a lot of damage to people’s relationships”.
“Is relationship between people so important?”
“Well, let’s put it this way. What’ve you only have one person you know and they person is sick that day, then you won’t have any friends to hang out with right?”
“You can stay by yourself”
“This will cause loneliness”
“Loneliness?”
Hebe thought about that word, she haven’t heard this word or thought about it for a long time.
Is it because she was living in it all the time, so long she didn’t even know what the opposite was?
Hero thoughts:
Why did she become so quiet?
Did I say anything wrong?
“Er…you…you right?” asked Hero, awkwardly
“Oh! I’m fine!”
“You were really quiet!”
“Oh…just thinking…have you ever hate someone?”
“Um…never…”answered Hero.
Hebe stared at him unbelievably.
“Well…hating someone really makes you feel pain, and that person won’t feel anything”.
“What’ve that person hates you?” asked Hebe.
“I will try to make that person like me”.
“How?”
“By convincing them from actions, telling them they are hating the wrong person” replied Hero.
Hebe couldn’t help but feel relaxed talking to Hero.
He really entertained her with his answers, Hero made Hebe fill relaxed and safe, a feeling she haven’t felt for a long time.
They talked for a long time, however they didn’t know Aaron was behind them listening to the conversation.
Aaron thoughts:
Why do I feel so uncomfortable inside?
A feeling I never went through before.
Is this jealousy?
But what am I jealous about?
Jealous about Hebe and Hero talking…
WHY WOULD I!
They’re just friends…and even if they were more than that it’s nothing to do with me..
