Hero and Hebe had their lesson and the next lesson, Hebe and Aaron will be in the same class. Hebe arrived in the class first and decided to sit next to the window again.
Aaron entered the classroom and loads of girls wanted to sit next to him however Hebe was just staring at the ocean again.
Aaron wanted to know more about Hebe so he decided to sit next to her.
When he sat down Hebe turned around and they were face to face.
“Um…hi” said Aaron, after a long silence.
“Hi!” replied Hebe coolly.
“You won’t mind if I sat here right?” asked Aaron.
“If I said I would, will you move?” questioned Hebe, mimicking Hero.
“Hey, this sounds familiar” exclaimed Aaron.
“Learnt it from Hero”
“Then guess what? He learnt it from me!”
“Really? Not surprising!”
“What do you mean?”
Hebe didn’t answer but turned back to the ocean.
She smiled silently to herself, not knowing what she was smiling for.
Aaron looked at her for a brief 5 seconds and turned back to the front.
Aaron thoughts:
She didn’t reject me, does this mean she didn’t mind me sitting here?
Aaron smiled to himself too, which made lots of girls blush.
The class began, Hebe and Aaron paid attention to the teacher but Hebe would still look at the ocean every now and then.
Aaron found this mysterious and when the lesson ended, he quietly whispered, “You seem really interested in the ocean, hope that book helped you with knowing more about it”.
After whispering that sentence, Aaron left the room.
Hebe thoughts:
So…he really left the book for me?
But…why didn’t he tell me?
He seems like a very sweet guy…
Hebe of course liked guys however through all these years; no boys could feel the empty space in her heart except for Hero and Aaron.
She was confused, which was the one that made her happier?
Was it Hero…or was it Aaron?
Hebe felt a bit annoyed so she decided to go home.
On the way home she was listening to her I-Pod.
She was listening to the song, 缺氧 by Rainie Yang.
Slowly she started to think about her past again.
*Flashback
8 years old Hebe
The 8 years old Hebe was afraid of water, however her parents brought her to a water world to play.
Hebe stood at the edge of the children pool, which was filled with slides and water guns.
Other kids were playing happily however she was just standing at the side where the water was up to her knees.
Her parents saw her not moving so they decided to do something.
Her father lifted her up onto a board and balanced her there.
The little Hebe was freaked out and screamed.
“No daddy!!! No daddy!!”
The board suddenly flipped over because of the load of movements Hebe was making.
Her whole body was upside down and her dad quickly carried her up.
Hebe started crying and her dad carried her back to her mum.
Hebe got of her dad’s embrace and ran over to her mum who was sitting on the chairs reading a magazine.
“Mummy!! Mummy!...(sob)…Daddy…(sob)…nearly…(sob)…killed…me!!” sobbed Hebe.
Her mum’s eyes widen and started laughing hugging the sobbing Hebe.
“ Daddy was just playing with you!”
Hebe’s dad tried touching Hebe however Hebe was angry and pushed his hand away.
Hebe’s mum laughed at them and Hebe’s dad pretended to cry.
*End Of Flashback
Hebe smiled at her happy memories.
She was in deep thinking mode that she didn’t know someone was following her.
She continued reflecting on all those sweet moments when suddenly…
“AHHHH!!!!!!!!”
