Soon after a young man with good looking hair and a properly shaved beard walks out of the kitchen with a tray of food. "Its 6:00 pm how long did you sleep for?" Raymond takes the tray of food and starts eating, "then its dinner I guess. Wheres yours?"
Kevin gets up and brings his out and place it on the coffee table and starts eating next to Raymond while watching “Rush Hour 2”. "Hey Kev, you know this morning, I've met this girl called Charmaine, it turns out she is Nancy and Niki's sister. But the thing is, she has a bit of a mental disability. But she is really beautiful."
Looking up from his food, Kevin stares at Raymond with curious eyes, "I feel sorry for this Charmaine person, but...don't tell me your going after her?" Raymond shakes his head almost immediately, "of course not, I have Nancy."
Kevin takes a big gulp of his soup and wipes his mouth with his arm, "soo...how has Niki been doing? Good? Anything special happen to her?" Raymond chuckles while drinking his soup causing his bestfriend to wonder, what is so funny. "You are such a sissy. You like her but don't have the guts to tell her, come on!"
"What do you mean 'don't have the guts'? I just don't know how she feels about me! I really like her. Since we've met when you insisted on dragging me out to lunch, I couldn't stop thinking about her!" Kevin said in a very serious tone. Raymond shakes his head slowly, "I can set you on a date with her, if you want?"
Sparks of joy and hope flows through Kevin's whole body when he hears he can go on a date with Niki, "really? You aren't lying are you?" Raymond stands up when he finished his dinner and took the tray back into the kitchen, "does it look like I'm lying? A date is what I promised you, and a date you shall have!"

Monday morning busy at the office where Raymond works, people were running around answering phone calls, handing files and documents to people who need it, and anything else they have to do.
Raymond looks at his watch, and a small grin escapes him, "lunch time!" He whispered to himself.
He knocks on Nancy's door with his usual confidence and walks in when he gets a reply. "Hey Nanc, hows about lunch. Me, you, and a big juicy steak!" Nancy didn't look up to his offer but instead keeps on working rigorously, "not today Ray, sorry. I have to get this proposal done, Mrs. Yao wants this by Thursday."
"Thursday? Its only Monday, come on! You have time please? The steaks today are extra juicy!" Raymond insists, trying to tempt her with food. But a shake of her head killed his smile, "sorry, I can't, I have lots to do. Maybe some other time."
Raymond nods sadly and walks back out closing the door behind him. "Shot down again...this sucks!"

Raymond wanders the street all alone without any plans of going to eat, now that Nancy had denied his offer. "My reservations at Yummy Yummy is going to waste." At the turn of the next street corner, he sees a crowd of people gathering around something. They were all whispering to each other and pointing.
Raymond thinking it is something entertaining pushes through the large crowd of people with a excited smile but soon disappears when he gets to the front. Shocked to see Charmaine standing infront of him, crying because she is being scolded by a middle aged woman.
"You thief! Give me back my wallet now! Before I call the police on you! Don't think just because your crying I'll let you go." She yells putting her hands on Charmaine. That is when Raymond steps in and slaps the arm of the woman away. He turns to Charmaine, "hey what is going on? Why are you here?" He asks very concerned about her.
Seeing a familiar face, Charmaine leaps into his arms where she hides her face in his chest. He holds her tightly in his embrace trying to give her a sense of security firstly before handling the situation. "What is wrong with you, you wrinkly old hag?! Can't you see she is sick. Saying that she stole your wallet, wheres the proof?"
The old woman is taken aback by Raymond's rude comment. While the surrounding audience were giggling at her. "I had my wallet when I left my house, I had my wallet with me all day, until I bumped into her then I discovered my wallet missing. Who else would have it?"
Just before anyone could say another word, a middle aged man comes walking through the crowd and stands beside the woman. Seeing this, it is obvious they are husband and wife. Which can mean more trouble. "You left your wallet in the car, I tried calling you to come back but you left too quick."
The man hands the wallet back to his wife as her face turns crimson red. People around them were talking negatively about her. She quickly rushes her husband out of there trying to save some face.
The crowd of people disbands after the woman left in a rush. Still tightly in his embrace Raymond asks how Charmaine was feeling. "That lady mean, I said sorry..." She replied. "Come on you must be hungry, I'll take you to Yummy Yummy for some steak!!"
Charmaine grabs hold of Raymond's hand and looks at him with the same sweet smile he admires so much. “Is there candy there?”

Hand in hand the both of them walks back to the office where Raymond's co-workers gather around to discuss who the girl is he came in with and why. When Niki saw her sister walk in with Raymond, she almost spat out her coffee, "what in the world..."
Nancy looks up from her work when the two of them walks in. Just as surprised as Niki, she would of spat out something if she were drinking anything at all, "Raymond Lam, what is Charmaine doing here? And why are you two holding hands?" She questioned.
Seeing her sister, Charmaine runs up to Nancy and gives her a big hug, "hey sister." Raymond takes a seat on the couch with a relaxed look on his face, "why? Are you jealous that I held your sister's hand twice, and your's, not even once?"
Nancy crosses her arms with a pouty look trying to avoid any eye contact, "of course not! Don't be so cocky." He lets out a small chuckle and gets up, "she was out looking for you! She wanted to give you your cell. Now your question have been answered, I'll be getting back to work."

Finishing up his work, Raymond takes a look at the clock. "Whoa! Its 8:30 pm already!" He stretches and yawns before getting up. Raymond gives a soft knock on Nancy's door and walks in with a warming smile, "hey Nanc, its late now. Hows about dinner?"
Nancy looks up from her work with a totally beaten look, "oh yes! I am so hungry right now! Lets go!" She quickly wraps up what she is doing, gets her coat and purse and left with Raymond.

The two of them are seated by the window, and get to see a beautiful night sky from where they sat. "How is your fish Nancy?" Raymond asks digging into his steak. She looks up with a somewhat unpleasant face and points down at her dinner, "its not as good as I thought, its sooo dry!"
Raymond chuckles pointing at her dip, "your suppose to soak the fish in the sauce they give you." Nancy shakes her head and pretends to throw up at the sight of the dipping sauce, "I don't like the smell and taste of it! I'm worried I won't be able to keep it down if I eat it!"
Shaking his head at her picky eating habbits he cuts half of his steak and place it on her plate, "here, eat some of my steak, its nice and juicy!" Nancy smiles warmly and happily at him as Raymond continues to eat without noticing her staring at him the whole time.

Raymond gives Nancy a ride home, but when he gets to the bottom of her building, there wasn't any space to park his car. Nancy insisted on just leaving but Raymond wanted to walk her up to make sure she is safe. The both of them ends up walking three blocks all the way back to the building.
"You could of just let me out, and I wouldn't be doing so much walking. This is all your fault Ray."
"When are you going to let me hold your hand Nancy? You know I like you a lot!" He brings this up out of no where catching her off guard. Nancy blushes slightly as her lips slowly curve upwards, "who said you can't? If you want to, you can start now."
He stops to face her with a bright smile, "really? Do you mean it? You'll be my girlfriend?!" He yells out of excitement. Nancy nods with a shy smile. Raymond pops at her and holds her tightly in his embrace, "finally! We are together! Took you forever to love me back huh?"

Niki looks up from her TVB series "Lethal Weapons of Love and Passion" and sees her sister walk hand in hand with Raymond inside the house. "What is this? You two are holding hands I see! So you two finally got together huh?" Niki explodes with joy as she dances around the two of them.
"Hey is Charmaine sleeping?" Nancy asks putting her purse on the table and drags Raymond over to the couch. "Yeah, the silly girl went to sleep early today!" Niki replies while sitting back down to watch her show. "Hey I'll be right back." Nancy told them and walks off to the bathroom.
"Hey, you mind if I go see Charmaine?" Raymond asks. Niki nods and he happily made his way to Charmaine's room door. He enters slowly and quietly so he wouldn't wake her up. "Candy...sweet candy. I want candy..." Charmaine said while sleeping. Raymond shakes his head because even while asleep she is still craving for sugar.
Raymond sees she kicked her quilt down to the ground, so he picks it up and places it back over her. While covering her up back to her shoulders, Raymond somehow ends up just inches away from her face. He sighs and shake his head again, "poor girl, having to live life with a 5 year old mind," he said quietly.
"Ah hum..." Raymond turns around to the noise and smiles as Nancy stands at the door. He rushes out the door and covers her mouth. "Don't make so much sound! Your going to wake Charmaine up!" Raymond whispers and closed her room door.
Nancy marches back out into the living room with a pouty look. "You were awfully close to my sister there. Don't tell me you like her? Is that it?!" Nancy asks jealously. Niki and Raymond were so shocked that they took a step back. "How can you say that!" The both of them said in unison.
Raymond grabs Nancy's hand and held it firmly in his grip, "why would you think that? I just feel really sorry for your sister is all. You think I spent all this time trying to get you to be my girlfriend is so I can throw it all away in one night?"
Nancy blushes and knew she over reacted. Since she never had a relationship before, she doesn't know how to react properly. "Sorry. Don't have experience with relations, I over reacted..." Raymond smiles and brings her in for a hug.
