Charmaine sits up straight looking into his eyes and asks him why he is feeling down. Raymond sighed as he slouches down on the bench, he came up with an excuse saying its his job thats got him down so he wouldn't worry her.
Charmaine may have the innocence of a child's but she can see when her loved ones are either sad or happy. She places her hand over his and held it up between their face's. Charmaine flashed him her sweet reassuring smile, soothing his heart.
"Don't have to lie to Charmaine, I can see that your not happy. If Raymond Gor Gor don't want to tell Charmaine why, it is okay. I will wait until you want to but until your ready, I will be here with you by your side because I love you. I can wait."
Raymond's stress and worries all disappeared at that very moment. His emotionless face softened and a relaxed smile surfaces. Inside his mind Raymond is thinking how lucky he is to find a girl that is so understanding of him. He didn't bother telling her because his following actions will show her how he feels.
He pulls Charmaine in closer and presses his lips against hers for a long passionate kiss. They pulled away and stared into each others round pupil, Charmaine gets the urge to kiss her lover more. She leans in and starts kissing him all over his face and neck slow and steadily.
Unknown to the two beautiful couple, they were being watched by jealous eyes of a bitter woman. She grabbed what ever she finds around her and snaps it in half just so she can repress her anger. Charmaine pulls away from her kisses galore and falls into Raymond's arms.
Raymond held her tightly as he feels most comfortable around Charmaine now even more than his own family member. "I love you Charmaine. Don't ever leave me..." He whispered softly by her ears. "Never. I love you too." Charmaine replied.

Raymond accompanies Charmaine home to make sure she returns safe. Once they reached her front door, Raymond gives her a peck on her cheek and leaves happily for the night. When Charmaine entered, the whole entire house is filled with darkness.
She searched the wall for the flip switch and when she found it, the lights turns on. Charmaine lets out a shrill cry when she sees Nancy sitting on the couch, apparently waiting for her. Charmaine smiles at her with no feeling of hate at all.
Nancy motions her sister to come take a seat on the couch in front of her. Charmaine did so and sat very comfortably while waiting for what Nancy have to say. She stands up and walks over to Charmaine, "Charmy your my sister, and you love me don't you?"
Charmaine simply nods her head and waits again. "If you love me, you would leave Raymond and let him come back to me. I saw you two down at the park, kissing and hugging. It made me sick to my stomach! I hate you for what you've done to me."
Tears start to well up as Charmaine hears that Nancy hates her, she wipes away the tears forming in her eyes and looked up at Nancy. She shakes her head with no hint of backing down with fear or submission. Nancy couldn't believe how much she changed since meeting Raymond.
"Listen to me you little bitch, I've stood around watching you kiss and touch my boyfriend for far too long. You better leave him now Charmaine or else!" The front door flings open and Niki comes barging into the house.
"Or else what Nancy? I've heard you all the way from outside the hallway. You called her the b word again. What is wrong with you sis, I think you've seriously gone mental now. Ray is in love with Charmy, and she is in love with Ray. Get over it."
Nancy takes in deep breaths as she won't be able to manipulate Charmaine's mind anymore with Niki being here. She rushes back to her room and shuts the door behind her. Charmaine hooks her arms around Niki for a comforting hug after Nancy left.
"Shhh...its okay now she is gone. I know its hard for you right now but you will soon be rid of that crazy woman...I hope. Come on its late, lets get you to bed." Niki said patting her sister's head.

When Raymond returned home, he gets numerous calls from his mother and Linda about the way he behaved. Just when he thinks he has enough, Kevin comes in with his questions too. He just shuts the door on everyone, and not answering anymore phone calls.
Raymond rests himself on the bed and stares up into the blank ceiling. He have given thoughts about leaving Hong Kong and start a new life in Australia, but he knew he couldn't. Who will take care of Charmaine when he is gone? That question, he pondered in his mind for along time.
Raymond closes his eyes and decides that he will settle everything in front of everyone. He will have everyone meet at his home, including Charmaine.

While Raymond is deep in thoughts, Charmaine is doing the same. She is putting all her sleeping time into understanding what is going on around her. At times Charmaine has thought of just leaving Raymond so everyone will be happy again, but she knows she couldn't.
Though moving to a new place to start life again is not part of Charmaine's plans, she has concocted a plan that she thinks will certainly solve all the problems. Charmaine laughs and giggles at her own plan when she thinks of Raymond and how happy he will be.

While Raymond and them are at work, Charmaine finds the time to go to the mall. She wants to buy a gift for Raymond knowing how stress he is for the pass while; she didn't want to tell Niki because Charmaine knows Niki will tell Raymond.
Charmaine have simple thoughts about what to buy Raymond. Since she likes anything cute, Charmaine buys him a black sheep since his skin is so tanned. She holds the stuffed animal in her arms while giggling at the thought of Raymond's reaction to the present.
She gets on the bus and is on her way home. While sitting peacefully and looking at the sheep the bus suddenly swerves from side to side. People on board are screaming loudly as the bus driver tries his best to stop it and get it under control.
The bus comes to a stop when it falls down on its side. People were moaning in pain and Charmaine is bleeding from her forehead. The blood streams down her face covering her with a crimson mask. She holds tightly onto the the black sheep as she whispers Raymond's name.
Uniforms and paramedics flood the scene as they take statements from witnesses and helping the injured.

Raymond is in a meeting at work and his boss is putting high pressure on him. People from the hospital is calling Raymond's number over and over again but he turned his phone off. They then tried calling Niki next and gets through.
Niki excused herself from the boardroom to answer the call. Once she got off she rushed back inside in a major panic. Her boss clears his throat trying to get Niki under control but what he gets in reply is a middle finger and a loud 'shut up'.
"Ray I just got a phone call from the hospital, Charmaine got in a car accident. They say she is in a critical condition. We have to leave now!" Niki said panting, trying to catch her breath. Raymond's eyes shoots open and he runs off followed by Niki.
Their boss is completely shocked by how his secretary treated him just then and there in front of everyone. He clears his throat once more, "uhh...in like of the sudden turn of events the meeting is off today. Everyone get back to work."

Raymond and Niki rushes into the hospital; beads of sweats are rolling down the sides of their faces. Raymond goes right to the front desk and asks about Charmaine. When he didn't get the answer he is looking for he went insane.
"Ray stop it! Calm down, calm down Ray. I'm worried about Charmy too but we have to take in a deep breath and approach this in a calm fashion." Niki said. Raymond looks at Niki and yells at her, people around were staring but he didn't care.
He turns back to the nurse, "I got a call from this hospital that Charmaine Sheh is here? Where is she? How is she? Tell me now! I want to see her, let me SEE HER!!" Raymond yells, slamming his fits against the walls and table.
His disruption of the peace in the hospital gets worse as they got security to take him outside to calm down. "What the fuck is wrong with you people!! I just want to see my girlfriend, fucking tell me where she is!!!" Raymond yells at the top of his lungs.
Niki apologizes to the nurse and runs out after Raymond.

The security guards realizes the shock Raymond is in so they made him a deal. If he is able to calm down he can enter the hospital again. They asked Niki to supervise him through this time. Raymond sits on a bench out at the front.
When Niki moves a step closer towards him, she is able to hear him crying. He felt no shame in it as he just poured it all out. Niki sits down beside him and taps him on the shoulder once, "Ray I know your feeling really really scared right now. You want to talk about it?"
Raymond ignores her offer and continues sobbing, ignoring the stares and whispers of those passing by. Just as Niki tries to comfort him some more, a loud and annoying yell comes from afar. Mrs. Lam and Linda rushes over to Raymond.
"Ray, honey are you alright? Come on don't cry, your a grown man just think about what people will think about you if they see this." Mrs. Lam says in a tone that doesn't sound at all sympathetic. Raymond looks up at his mother with red eyes, "you selfish old woman! You think at a time like this, while Charmaine is in there hurt, I care about what people think of me? Fuck them, I'll cry if I want. I'm crying for Charmaine, I'm crying for my love, I'm crying because I care for her. You won't understand it."
Mrs. Lam taken aback by her son's words, shakes her head as she steps back. Linda walks up and kneels down beside him, "Ray don't be like this. What will Charmaine think when she sees you like this? She fell in love with a strong person, you must stay that way."
Niki looks at Linda with a certain stare. A happy warm stare that she never gave to this woman. Raymond looks at his childhood friend and knows what she said is true. He tries forcing himself to stop crying so he can go in and hopefully see Charmaine.
Linda pulls Raymond in and hugs him tightly. Hoping that her warmth can give him a slight chance of hope that Charmaine will pull through safely. Raymond can't right away stop his tears from flooding out of his eyes so he holds Linda as tightly as he can, hoping for the same thing.
