"Ray I'm so glad to see that your safe. What happened? I found a pool of blood on the washroom floor that day at the amusement park, what happend?" Raymond didn't listen to a word Kevin said as he is still shocked by what had transpired.
Raymond thought back to what happened and his lips curve upwards just a little bit. Kevin waves his hands infront of his face when he didn't get any response from him, "hey are you alright? You look...uh I'm not sure but you should get some rest man."
He nodded and returns back to his room. While he is gone Kevin picks up his phone and dialed Niki's number. "Hello?" She answers on the other line. "Yeah its Kev. Did you notice anything strange when Ray was over at your place? He doesn't look so well just now."
Niki replies with an answer that did not settle his worries, "aww damn it when he came home he has this down look but after awhile he had a small smile. I think something is wrong with him we should take him to the doctors."
Niki exhales, "well he did get hit in the head. But we can just see how things go until next week and if something is wrong we can take him to the doctors."

A Thursday morning without taking a couple days break Raymond returns to work along side with Nancy, "you feeling nervous about our public announcement?" Nancy's hands were shaking and her heart is pounding, "yeah a little I guess, you sure you want to do this? I've never done this before."
Raymond gives her a kiss on her forehead giving her some relief and confidence, "don't worry they won't kill us they are going to be happy for us. Your worrying over nothing. Silly girl." Nancy forced her head up and down still feeling nervous.
The elevator arrives at their floor and when they walked out hand-in-hand the girl at the front desk is staring at them with glowing eyes, "wow Ray, Nanc what a morning this is. Haven't seen you two for three days and you two show up hand-in-hand."
When they entered the office their co-workers stop what they were doing and stared at them, which made Nancy a bit shy. They raced up to them, "what is this? Holding hands? How long have this been going on?" One of the girls asked as she stared enviously.
Neither of them can get a single word out as they all just surrounds them congratulating them and just chatting. They looked at each other, "they are drowning us with their questions." Nancy urged. Raymond nodded understandingly, "EVERYONE! Thank you all for being so happy for the both of us, but your all just too noisy for my Nancy."
They all giggled after what Raymond said, "MY Nancy, Ray? Wow this must of been going on for a long time." Said another co-worker of theirs.

Walking out of a limo Raymond and Linda entered "Chanel" a clothing store where she usually goes, "hey Ray what do you think of this dress? I want to look nice for our date tomorrow night." Raymond slouched and looks at his watch again and again, "I don't no and its not a date."
Linda pouts then she literally jumps over to Raymond's side and wraps her arms around his, "come on atleast give me a chance. That night in the bar I didn't recognize you but afterwards I found out. We use to play so happily when we were kids."
Raymond rolls his eyes and flung her arms away, "listen I don't like you, we can only be friends. I have a girlfriend, I'm sure you remember that don't you? If she finds out that I blew her off tomorrow night to take you to a dance...she might misunderstand our relationship."
Again she wraps her arms around his, "one night of fun and your going to ruin it for me? Maybe you might like me after our date come on, we still have to choose a suit for you to wear!" She drags him over to the men section at the back and starts pulling out suits and ties to match and putting it infront of him to see how he looks.
Shirley Yeung, an employee of the same building where Raymond works walks in the same store Raymond and Linda are in. At the corner of her eye she sees Raymond getting 'friendly' with another woman which definitely wasn't Nancy.
They turned around and Shirley quickly hides away behind a rack of clothes. She pulls out her phone and calls Nancy right away but when she hears what Shirley said she didn't believe a word of it, "you have to believe me! I'll take a picture of them and send it to you!"
When Shirley went back up to take a picture they were no where in sight. An employee at the store walks up to her and asked, "can I help you miss?" Shirley smiles feeling really ridiculous hiding around like a kid.
She ran out of the store in a reckless rush trying to find them. When she got outside she sees Raymond and Linda getting into a limousine, "damn it! Just missed them." She cursed aloud. Feeling a sense of responsibility to find out what is going on, she calls for a taxi and followed them.

She got out of the taxi when they stopped infront of a huge mansion. She quickly hid behind something; slowly and cautiously she moves closer so she can hear them. "RayRay, remember to pick me up tomorrow at 7:00 pm so we can show off early."
Raymond nodded reluctantly, "yeah yeah 7:00 pm for evening ball, no worries I remember. Alright you can leave now don't have to watch me go in I won't get kidnapped...like last time." Shirley is deeply shocked that after hearing that they've gone public just yesterday, Raymond is cheating already.
"7:00 pm tomorrow eh? Your in trouble Raymond Lam, I'm going to bring Nancy here to show her that your a cheating unfaithful asshole," she spoke to herself. Suddenly she got patted on the shoulder, she turns around in a scare, "HEY! Move it girl I've got garbage to throw away. What is wrong with youths today..."
Shirley again felt really stupid and ridiculous for hiding away like this. "Hello Nanc, its me Shirley. Tomorrow 7:00 pm what ever your doing drop it! We're going to catch a cheater." Nancy rolled her eyes when hearing something relating to Raymond cheating on her.
"Trust me Shirley, Ray won't cheat on me. He loves me," said Nancy with confidence. "You'll see it all for yourself tomorrow, I'll pick you up."

A huge crowd of people shows up for the Lam's evening ball party. Raymond's limousine pulls up at the front of his home, he came walking out with the suit that Linda had picked out for him. He held his hand out to assist Linda as he gets out.
People all around whispering how handsome and beautiful Raymond and Linda are. Linda's heart of course flood with joy, "see Ray, this isn't so bad is it?"
Raymond found himself a nice corner to sit in as the guests are all around talking happily. Linda repeatedly urged him to go out to dance with her but he refused, "come on Raymond Lam just a dance or two is it that hard?" He nodded.
Mrs. Lam came walking up to them, "hello Raymond, Linda how are you two enjoying yourselves?" He got up with a dull expression, "shit." Mrs. Lam rushes Linda off to go with him.
Raymond made his way out to the backyard and to a area with a small koi pond. She came in hard as she slaps Raymond on his back, "hey there mister cranky! Come on we use to have so much fun as kids. Why can't we tonight?"
He decided to keep a kind and pleasant tone, "I don't know I just don't feel right being at a party without my girlfriend. I'm sorry Linda if I ruined your evening, you were really looking forward to it weren't you?" She nodded with a smile, "definitely. Really wanted to come with you and have a fun time but look at us now just sitting here."
"Hey remember when we were kids and that one day I was riding my bike. I was nearing a tree when you yelled out to me to play with you in the sandbox," Raymond pauses for a second and chuckles, "because of you I rode my bike into that low tree branch and I got clotheslined right off."
The two of them started laughing as they remembered what had happen that day when they were little kids, "I remember when I came over to see if you were ok you got up and flexed as if you were a big man." He chuckled at the thought of his silliness, "now that I think back, that branch really hurt my nose. It was so red it was even brighter than Rudolph's red nose."
"you looked so silly! But I didn't pay attention to it that day I really wish I did so I can make fun of you." Raymond let out long sigh as he leaned back with his arms supporting him up, "yeah those were the days when we were just kids and nothing to worry about."
Raymond stands up with a more comfortable and relaxed look on his face now. He extends his hand out to Linda with a warm smile, "this is getting boring. It is nice and peaceful but...shall we dance?" Linda's smile grew wider as she places her hand in his, "why not."

While Raymond and Linda went back inside to dance Shirley along with Nancy, Niki, and Kevin arrived at the Lam's mansion. "Now how in hell are we going to get in there," said Kevin with an impatient tone as he didn't know why he even came along.
Shirley scouted around with her eyes, "security looks tight. Lets charge right in!" The three of them looked at Shirley as if she were crazy, "are you stupid? We're going to get manhandled." Yells Kevin disapprovingly.
Shirley gives it some more thought, "I've got it! Follow me." They thought she has come up with a good plan to get in but it turns out to be climbing in through the backyard. Shirley is the last to climb over, "see you guys its just that easy, those securi..."
She stops in the middle of her sentence as she stood frozen along with Nancy and them. They forced a smile trying to be friendly as they stared into the cold faces of five huge security guards, "you don't suppose we can talk about this?" Suggested Kevin.
The next thing the four of them knew is they got thrown out at the front gate, literally. Nancy gets up with an upset face, "well we've climbed a fence, trespassed into someone's backyard, and thrown out into the streets. I think our work is done."
Shirley tries to stop them from leaving, "come on Nancy I swear on my hair that Ray is in there with another woman." Nancy gently pushed her out of the way and left.
