"Mr Choi had told me you were unable to use any of your powers with the exception of water without Key being with you but I never imagined that it was this great"Mr Bae said sounding surprised as I tilted my head to the side.
"What do you mean?" Key asked the question I wanted to know the answer to.
"Well it's simple really. Everyone's power when first starting out isn't to perfection. For example when Key first began power building he couldn't morph into the exact look alike of the person he was trying to morph into. He sometimes missed out a lot of obvious facial features a person had that people could easily spot. Another example was Jonghyun. When he first started power building he found it hard to get past the barrier into peoples minds and at some points he couldn't completely grasp what a person was thinking only being able to pick up some parts of what a person was thinking. As a new student here your light power shouldn't have been that bright. Since you only discovered this power Yesterday the light you used should have only been dim. Another thing I noticed was that the power unly emerged when Key took your hand. Did you feel anything strange at that moment in time?" Mr Bae asked as Key looked at me questioningly.
Only that my stomach felt like it was gonna fall out of my butt but obviously I couldn't say that to them so I lied.
"Not really" I shrugged rubbing the back of my kneck.
"Liar" I heard a voice come from the door.
We all looked up to see Jonghyun stood there as Mr Bae sighed.
"I should have known you wouldn't go without Key. What do you mean liar?"Mr Bae questioning with his arms folded.
"I mean Linzi is lieing. She did feel something different" Jonghyun smirked at me walking further into the classroom.
I glared at him.
'I am so going to tell Yujin you read my mind again' I hissed in my mind as Jonghyun slightly paled.
I smiled happily when Key I noticed was looking at me along with Mr Bae.
"What did you feel?" Mr Bae asked as I slightly blushed.
Mr Bae seemed to catch on by my reaction.
"Oh" He said as I sighed.
"Can I go now?" I asked as Mr Bae smiled and nodded slowly.
Probably feeling sympathy for my embaressment.
'Got that right' Jonghyun's voice spoke.
'Get out of my brain!'.
"Hey!, wait up" I heard Key shout behind me as I turned towards him.
"What is it?. I have gym now" I said as Key nodded.
"I know, I'm in your class remember" He said as I nodded slowly.
"Listen I was wondering if you're free tonight. I was wondering if you'd like to go out…..with me?" Key asked as I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows at him.
"Are you…asking me out on a date?" I asked as Key suddenly blush which took me by surprise.
"Well yeah" He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.
"What would we do though. I mean incase you havn't noticed there isn't exactly anywhere to go on the school grounds" I said as Key smiled.
"We could take a walk. Maybe take Yunhae with us or something?"Key suggested as I laughed.
"Call me old fashioned but being dragged around my a gigantic tiger isn't exactly what I call a perfect date" I laughed as Key smiled.
"Or we could go alone?. I mean I'm single now and….."Key began when I cut in.
"Well then the answer is no" I said turning around to walk away when Key took hold of my wrist.
"What?" He asked as I rolled my eyes.
"I'm sorry Key but I'm not going to be the rebound girl" I said as he looked at me in a painful way.
"You're not the rebound girl" He protested as I sighed.
"Then what am I if I'm not the rebound girl. I mean you just split up with Yoobin" I folded my arms once he had let go of my wrist.
"You're you and I'm me and Yoobin is history. I really want to get to know you a little better without our friends interupting"Key said as my facial expression softened.
"So what do you say?" Key asked as I smiled.
"Come to the dorm at 6 okay?" I asked as Key nodded smiling happily.
"Let's get to class" I laughed turning around to walk away when Key took hold of my hand and walked me to class not letting go of my hand once.
Once gym was out of the way Lieying, Yujin and myself walked to the cafeteria to meet up with everyone.
We sat down at our usual table where a sulking Heawon, Kim, Emi and Ae Ri were sat.
"What's up with her?" Yujin asked indicating to Heawon.
"She thinks I'm jealous of her!" Heawon shouted out in annoyance.
"Uh don't ask" Kim said as Heawon let out a noise mixed of frustration and anger.
"Taemin's stupid girlfriend thinks I'm after Taemin and she confronted me about it while I was on my way to class after seeing Taemin was playing about with me. When Taemin left she said I should stay away from him and the only reason why I'm after him is because I'm jealous of what she and Taemin have. Ha I'm jealous of her?, who does she think she is?. The Queen of England?!" Heawon asked as I looked at Emi and Ae Ri.
"Oh my god are we supposed to answer?" I asked as they both shrugged
"You're jealous of the Queen of England?" Lieying asked.
"Uh do I have my own palace?" Heawon asked in desperation before slamming her head down on the table in depression making a loud bang in the process.
"Awch that gotta hurt" Emi said as Ae Ri bit her bottom lip while nodding in agreement.
