"Come on" Key smiled taking my hand and pulling me.
I laughed.
I didn't even know where he was leading me.
"Where are we going?" I asked as Key smiled turning back to me.
"You'll see" He grinned carrying on dragging me until we reached a gigantic cherry blossom tree.
It wouldn't have been that special to me in the summer but the weird thing was it was winter and the cherry blossoms seemed to be in full bloom.
"Wow" I said as Key grinned.
"No one knows why this tree aways blooms. People think it's because of all the magic around here that keeps it in bloom, even during the autumn and Winter seasons. I like to come here and think sometimes" Key smiled walking towards the trunk of the tree and sitting down.
I smiled walking towards him and sat down next to him.
"I've never seen this before" I said as Key laughed.
"Loads of people know about this tree but hardly anyone comes here. It's too far away from the campus for them" Key shrugged as I laughed.
"It's only a 5 minute walk" I said as he shrugged.
"So, do you think that's the reason?. For why it never stops blooming?" I asked as Key shrugged.
"I don't know. I've never come across a tree like this before. I mean the school grounds has a lot of trees and none of them bloom all year around so I think this tree is special"Key shrugged as I nodded.
"Do you want to know something?" He asked as I looked at him and nodded.
"We've always been told since we got to this school that we wouldn't survive without the power inside of us and that our body's would just collapse inside and out without it but I don't believe that" Key said as I tilted my head to the side.
"What do you mean?" I asked curiously.
"Well. Before I got my powers I grew up with my Grandfather and he always told me that the closest thing to magic for a human is love" Key explained as I nodded.
"It makes sense. Love is probably the only thing that confuses a nomal person in more ways than one. It also confuses gifted people most of the time aswell" I shrugged.
"Well what if love could overpower the gift inside of us. Wouldn't we be able to survive like that?" Key asked as I shrugged.
"You're asking the wrong person. I've never been in love. All I know is love can grow but for some it ends" I shrugged.
"You have a really negative outlook on love" Key pouted as I laughed.
"It's not that. My Dad died before I was born. My Mom I know loved my Dad with all her heart until the moment he died. My Grandmother always said that my Mom acted like she'd never met my Father after that. She remembered him but she showed no signs of missing him or wanting him" I said as Key sighed.
"I'm sure your Mom was just trying to be strong for you" He said as I shrugged.
"Doesn’t make sence but that's what I think. I think that some people can fall out of love as fast as some fall in love" I said as Key shrugged.
"Hey, maybe we should stop all the love talk. Let's have some fun instead" Key grinned as my eyes widdened.
"Fun?" I asked as Key laughed.
"Not like that. Give me your hands" He said as I hesistated but did as he asked.
He took both my hands in his and intertwined his fingers between mine until both our palms there facing each other.
"Close your eyes" He said.
"Why?" I asked as Key shrugged.
"We're gonna see how much light we can make" Key smiled as I tilted my head to the side.
"Just do it" he said as I nodded and closed my eyes.
"Now just relax and listen to the sound of my voice okay?" Key asked as I nodded.
"Clear your mind and only think of me" Key said as I felt butterflys flutter in my stomach.
"That's it. Think of me" He said as I responded to the sound of his voice.
Suddenly I felt a pair of lips touch my cheek as I felt electric charge go through my body.
"Wow" I heard Key gasp.
Suddenly I felt his lips plant themselves against mine.
My eyes widdened accidently as a bright blinding light shone out of our hands eloping the both of us in the white glow.
Anyone walking past wouldn't have been able to see us through the light that was shining around us because it was so bright.
Unintentionally my hands let go of Key's and quickly wrapped around his neck as I felt his arms wrap around my waist wanting more from the kiss we were sharing.
I felt his tounge slip through the gap inbetween my lips and began it's journey exploring my mouth while one of his hands placed itself behind my neck.
I felt my own fingers graze through his hair passionatly.
Suddenly I pushed away quickly.
Almost as if someone had blew out a candle the light dissappeared from around us.
The darkness from the night took it's natural place once again almost blinding me.
Key looked a bit shocked as I looked around confused.
"What are you two doing out here so late?" Suddenly asked a voice.
I spun around to see two guys who I didn't recognize stood there both with curious smiles playing on their lips.
"Hongki, Wonbin. What you two doing here?" Key asked as one of the guys shrugged.
"We were in our dorm when we saw a bright light coming from the tree.
We got curious so we ran here only to find you two" One of them teased making me blush.
"I guess it makes sence that you're here. You're the Elemental right?" The other guy asked as I nodded slowly.
"Linzi, this is Wonbin and Hongki. They're two of the guys from the boy's dorm. Wonbin can control time and Hongki can clone himself multipule times" Key explained as I nodded.
"Nice to meet you" I waved slightly still a bit embrassed.
"So what were you two doing that caused your light power to glow so bright?. I mean I heard you only transferred here a few weeks back so your power shouldn't be that advanced" The guy name Hongki prodded making me blush even more.
"Hongki, don’t tease her" Wonbin said as Hongki turned around.
"Why not, it's fun and she looks so cute when she blushes" Hongki grinned as Wonbin sighed.
"I thought you liked Kim?" Key asked as Hongki shrugged.
"So I can't like other girls?" He questioned as Wonbin laughed and walked over to me.
"Sorry about him. He's doesn’t know when to stop. It's nice to finally meet the Elemental" Wonbin smiled taking hold of my hand making my eyes widden slightly.
Wonbin was kinda cute in a boyish way and his smile complimented his facial features just right.
Suddenly my hand was snatched out of his by Key.
"Well we were just leaving" Key said as I looked at him questioningly.
He helped me up as he looked at the two boys infront of us.
"We'll come with you. Jonghyun, Onew and Minho are hanging out with the girls in their dorm right now and Taemin is in the middle of confessing to someone while Changmin and Jaejoong. Well we don't really know where them two are but the problem is we're lonely" Hongki pouted.
"Well we're in the middle of a date" Key said holding tightly onto my hand.
"We don't mind. We'll just tag along and you'll never notice we're here" Wonbin smiled slinging his arm over my sholder.
"So tell me about how you discovered your power and which power it was that you discovered you possesed first" Wonbin asked pulling me away from Key and walking ahead while Key followed behind us pouting along with Hongki who seemed surprisingly jolly.
~*~Heawon's POV~*~
"I know it was stupid but I was really nervous so I asked her to help" Taemin finished his explanation as we sat at the side of the lake.
"So let me get this straight. You broke up with your girlfriend to ask me out but since you were scared of getting rejected you asked Lieying to help you out and you were practising what you were going to say to me on her?" I asked as Taemin nodded as I looked at him as if he was stupid.
"Idiot!" I shouted as Taemin jumped slightly.
"Instead of practising on what you were going to say on my friend you should have just came to me and told me that you wanted me to accept your feelings. I wouldn't have said no. I might be crazy some of the time but I'm not stupid" I snapped as Taemin smiled slightly.
"You mean…." Taemin began when I cut in slightly blushing.
"I like you too, that's why I was so upset when I saw you practising on Lieying. I thought you were really confessing to her and I was so confused because you kissed me the day before and then your girlfriend told me I was jealous of her and I just got really confused" I confessed looking down at the lake infront of us were I could see tiny little fish swimming in groups.
"So that's why Jonghyun couldn't read your mind" Taemin suddenly said as I looked up at him.
"Jonghyun tried to read my mind?" I asked as Taemin bit his lip.
"We were worried about you" He said as I nodded slowly.
"So you don't like Lieying in that way?" I asked just to make sure as Taemin shook his head.
"There's only one girl I like and she's the one I've liked for a long time now" Taemin said as I pouted.
"Then why didn't you tell her how you felt sooner?" I asked as Taemin shrugged.
"I'm scared of being rejected. I thought she wouldn't like me back in the same way and I didn't want to ruin the friendship I have with her" Taemin confessed as I laughed.
He looked at me questioningly.
"Why are we always talking about ourselves as if we're the 3rd person?. Taemin I like you and I wouldn't have rejected you" I confessed as Taemin's face lit up.
"I liked you too so……..do you want to try, well dating?" Taemin asked making his ever so cute face.
I grinned and nodded slowly.
"I'd like that" I said as Taemin grinned.
"Good because I wasn't taking no for an answer anyway" He said making me laugh when he suddenly leaned in and kissed me softly but time, no one interupted.
~*~Linzi's POV~*~
While we were walking back to the dorm I noticed Wonbin's arm was still rested around my sholder.
I turned my head slightly to see Key looking annoyed while glaring daggers into the back of Wonbin.
I quickly turned back when we bumped into Heawon and Taemin.
"Hey" I said quickly running out from Wonbin's clutches over to the two when I realized something.
They were holding hands and not like the hand holding friends did.
They held each others hand like a couple would do.
"Okay spill" I said as Heawon laughed noticing I had noticed their hand holding.
"Me and Taemin are kind of….a couple now" Heawon blushed as I struggled to stop myself from screaming.
"Oh my god, I'm so happy for you both. Can I be a bridesmaid at the wedding?" I asked getting in there before any of the other girls had the chance to ask.
Taemin blushed as Heawon laughed once again.
Well, I was happy to see she was out of her Emo stage, she was finally going to watch tv the way it was meant to be watched again.
The world was back to normal…..so to speak anyway!.
"What's up with Key?" Heawon whispered to me as Taemin looked over to see Key still glaring at Wonbin as Wonbin and Hongki watched us talk to each other.
"I'll tell you later. Are you both going back to the dorm?" I asked as Taemin nodded.
"Your dorm, yeah. I'm walking Heawon back now" Taemin infromed me as I smiled.
"So sweet. We'll walk with you guys. We're on our way back now anyway" I shrugged as Heawon shrugged.
"Sure".
We all made our way back to our dorm silently.
Taemin and Heawon never once letting go of each others hand while Wonbin's arm slung over my sholder once again as Key grabbed my hand as if challenging Wonbin.
Hongki skipped ahead.
Seriously.
He was actually skipping until we reached the dorm.
Taemin and Heawon walked in first with us following behind them only to find everyone sat around in our dorm living room.
Emi seemed to be crying while Changmin had his arm around her trying to calm her down.
"What's going on?" Heawon asked as her smile dropped as I looked at Lieying to see she had red puffy eyes.
"Emi?" I asked as Emi sobbed looking up.
I'd never seen Emi like this.
She was usually the hyper one of of the group.
"It's Ae Ri. She's gone missing" Emi sobbed out loud as Changmin hugged her.
Heawon's jaw dropped as I looked around the room.
The guys sat there silently as Kim was drawing with tears in her eyes.
Yujin was Yunhae comforting her as he rested his head on her lap tears dropping down onto his nose.
I saw Jaejoong sat by himself in one of the chairs looking completely crushed.
"I thought she went to meet you?. You left a note in her locker?" I questioned as Jaejoong shook his head.
His eye looks lifeless, as if the thing he treasured most had just been snatched away from him.
That's when it hit me.
Another kidnapping had occurred.
The 4th girl to be kidnapped was our friend Ae Ri.
