I looked around instantly trying to find Linzi when Emi got thrown back into present time.
Yes it was all good and well for her and a pleased Changmin who ahd just gotten lucky but where was Linzi.
"Lieying?" Jonghyun asked holding onto her hand.
Why was Lieying still injured.
And where the hell was Linzi?!.
"Emi?…Emi?!, Lieyings still hurt" Jonghyun said in a paniced tone as Emi pulled away from Changmin and ran over to where Jonghyun sat next to the injured Lieying.
"Jonghyun step back" Emi instructed.
"No" Jonghyun said stubornly.
"JONGHYUN!" Emi snapped.
Onew took hold of Jonghyun's arm and pulled him away so Emi could take his place.
She placed her hand softly ober Lieying's wound.
Lieying let outa yelp.
"YOU'RE HURTING HER!" Jonghyun suddenly shouted as Emi rolled her eyes in annoyance.
A few seconds later a light began to glimmer out of Emi's hand and Lieying's wound began to heal over.
A few seoncdds more and Lieying was completely healed.
"There" Emi said nearly getting knocked of her feet as Jonghyun rushed back to Lieying's side.
"Are you okay?" Jonghyun asked checking Lieying over as Lieying smiled softly.
"I'm fine" She said as Jonghyun's eyes widdened.
Suddenly Jonghyun pounced on Lieying and enveloped her in a bone crushing hug.
"Never do that for me ever again, you got that?. Never ever again. I'm the boy so that mean I have to protect you" Jonghyun said not letting go of the now suffocating Lieying.
"Jonghyun, if you smuther Lieying to deaht you should know I can't bring her back to life" Emi spoke up as Jonghyun smiled happily.
"I don't get it though. Emi went back and changed it, Changmin is now alive but why was Lieying still hurt?" Yujin spoke up.
"And where's Linzi?" Heawon asked the question I wanted answering.
Suddenly the door swung open to reveal Miss Kim.
"I think I can answer that" She spoke as we all looked at her questioningly.
"Well actually, he can" Miss Kim said tepping aside to reveal…..
A man I had never met before.
"Who the hell is he?" Kim asked as the man looked saddened.
"He's my brother"
"Half brother" The man corrected Miss Kim as she rolled her eyes.
"And also apparently Linzi's Dad" Miss Kim explained as we all looked at him.
"But Linzi's Dad died before she was even born. She told us that herself" Ae Ri pointed out as I nodded.
"That's what Mr Choi told my wife and Mother when in reality he trapped me in one of his pods. I was the first person he ever captured and took power from" The man explained.
"So that means Miss Kim is related to Linzi….right?" Onew asked as Kim hit him upsdie the head.
"Techinqually yes..anyway that's not important right now. What is important is Linzi is still under the control of Mr Choi" Miss Kim explained as I bit my lower lip.
How could I be so helpless.
Here I was sitting around while my girlfriend was going through so much and I couldn't do anything to help her.
"But she said to me she wouldn't. She said she'd refuse Mr Choi request" Emi spoke up as Miss Kim sighed.
" She might have said that but there must have been a part of Linzi which wanted to meet her Dad and when the time came she was still willing to make the sacrifice to meet him" Miss Kim spoke softly.
"Well that explains why Lieying was still hurt even after Emi came back from the past" Taemin shrugged as Heawon nodded in agreement.
"Wonbin, I've told you not to mess with time travel before" Miss Kim said suddenly going into teacher mode.
"Nuna, not now" Linzi's 'Dad' said as Miss Kim sighed.
"Well what do we do?" I asked standing up.
Linzi's Dad looked at me.
"Well I know Mr Choi's plan. Lucky enough he so pre-occupied with controling Linzi to help him wake, waking Jung Shinjoo" Linzi's Dad explained.
"What are you talking about. How can they wake him up. He's trapped in his own mind" Kim spoke up after a few seconds of silence.
"Yes he is but that doesn't mean he can't be awakened. With Linzi under his control Mr Choi has what he needs to awaken Jun Shinjoo once again" Linzi's Dad explained as I nodded slowly.
"How?" Jonghyun asked then looked at me.
Reading my mind again.
"By the thing that trapped him in his mind to begin with" I mumbled.
"The elements. With Darkness in her that means Linzi had all 6 elements in her" Wonbin spoke up.
"Exactly" Linzi's Dad said softly.
"But I still don't understand how they can awaken him. I mean they don't even know where he is?" Emi shrugged.
"Ah, that's where you're wrong" Miss Kim said as we all looked at her.
"He knows where Jung Shinjoo is?" Minho asked as Miss Kim nodded.
"When he was eventually defeated the man who control earth made sure that no one would ever find him. It's actually on the school grounds but no student was ever told about it. It was too risky to tell the students but with Jung Shinjoo inside of it there is great magic that runs through it" Miss Kim explained.
"Ah!"
Everyone looked at Hongki.
"The cherry blossom tree. That tree is aways in bloom despite what season it is. If magic is running through it's roots then that's got to be the reason for it and since cherry blossom trees are link with earth that's gotta be it!" Hongki shouted out as Miss Kim nodded.
"Then what are we standing around for. We’ve got to go save Linzi" Lieying said standing up with the help from Jonghyun.
"Be careful babe" He said earning a few confused glances from us all including Lieying.
"Babe?" She asked as Jonghyun blushed slightly.
"Well yeah. I like you and I don't want you hurting yourself again. I actually want you to live through this so after all this is over and can ask you out for real" Jonghyun said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Aww if this wasn't a life or death situation I'd probably think that was cuter" Heawon spoke as Taemin put his arm over her sholder.
"But right now we have to go try talk some sence into Linzi" Yujin said taking hold of Minho's hand.
"Good idea. You all go to the tree. Do whatever means nessecery to keep Mr Choi and Linzi away from that tree. I'll go get some backup" Miss Kim said about to walk out of the dorm.
"Back up?" I asked as Miss Kim turned and smiled.
"Trust me. Mr Choi is going to wish he was trapped along with Jung Shinjoo once my friends are through with him. I'll meet you at the tree as soon as possible" Miss Kim said and just like that she was gone.
"Come on, let's go" Changmin said taking hold of Emi's hand.
"We'll go ahead" Jaejoong said taking Ae Ri by the waste and with a gush of wind they were gone.
"Damn him and his speed power" I said through gritted teeth.
"Come on son. We better get there as soon as possible" Linzi's Dad patted me on the back as we all began to make our way to the cherry blossom tree.
