The streets of Kowloon Hong Kong was really noisy. Why? Because most of the people who lived there are getting prepared for school, especially Raymond, Frankie, Michelle, and (probably) Joyce.
Joyce sighed, "Why does summer has to end that fast?"
They were seated in Raymond's BMW, going to school (Frankie sat next to him, Michelle sat behind Frankie and Joyce sat nezt to her.)
"No! I think summer went by pretty slow," Michelle cried happily, "Right Raymond? Frankie?"
"Yeah," they both agreed.
"Can't wait till school to start too," Raymond added.
"That's just because you three are smart and liked school," Joyce said sarcastically, "like smaty-pants here," she looked at Michelle.
"Do you know what? I think you're right." Michelle looked at Joyce and smiled a really sarcastic smile.
Joyce stuck out her tounge at her.
"Here we are," Raymond said happily. They got out of the car and looked at their school.
"As beautiful as ever," Michelle whispered and all four walked toward the school.

"That was a great class huh?" Michelle said as they headed to Raymond's car to go to lunch, "I really liked the example Professor Chang showed us on the plant. It was really interesting! And the pretest was really easy. I think I got as least a one-hundred and twenty percent on it! Do you know why I stayed in after class? It's because I wanted to ask her about how I did on the pretest, and she said that I did a really good job on it! I got sooooo happy! She also told me about how you did on the test too, Frankie, you-"
"Please Michelle. I don't want to know how badly I did," Frankie said, annoyed.
"Frankie, you did a-"
"I don't want to know."
"Com on Frankie!"
As Michelle and Frankie were argueing about if they should know how they did on the pretest or not, someone bumped into Raymond, who was really getting annoyed with all their fighting.
"Sorry," the girl said quickly, "Oh no!" She pulled Raymond in front of her as a shield.
"Rain Li!" A man shouted. "Give me back my pen!"
"Oh no, oh no, oh no," the girl muttered.
"Rain Li!" the man went up to Raymond. he looked at him suspiciously.
Raymond spread his arms, "Louis!" He cried.
"Ray...Raymond?" Raymond nodded, "Oh my God! It really is you!" They did a really friendly handhske. Frankie and Michelle exchanged looks. "What's up buddy?"
"I'm doing fine."
Louis looked back at Rain, "Give me back my pen!"
"It's mine!" The girl shouted, still holding Raymond as a shield.
"No! It's mine!"
"Wait a minute," Frankie said and turned to face to face the girl, "Who're you? And why did you take his pencil?"
"IT'S MINE. And my name is Rain."
"Rain Li! Give it back!" Louis cried again, "Raymond! Tell her to give it back to me!"
Raymond turned to face Rain and looked at her in the eyes. He seems to have the habit of looking into people in the eyes, and smiled. Rain smiled back. Raymond looked at Michelle. She smiled, which left Frankie puzzled.
"What's going on?" Frankie said.
"Louis... right?" Michelle finally said. Louis nodded, "Well, I have a plan that can tell who is the pen's owner."
Louis looked scared. Rain looked anxious.
Raymond chuckled, and what is it?"
"Follow me."
They followed Michelle down the stairs and into a corridor. She opened a door, which was Professor Chang's DNA lab.
"Michelle, I don't think we should be here," Frankie said in a scared voice.
"Don't worry," Michelle said in a calm voice.
"Why are we coming in here?" Louis asked.
"Rain," Michelle said, "how come you said that this pen is yours?"
"It really is mines. Louis just took it."
"Give it here," Michelle took the pen and was about to put it in this machine.
"I know what you're about to do! You're about to put it in this DNA machine!" Louis cried.
"Exactly."
"Don't! All right! I stole the pen!"
"Louis! Why did you do that for?" Raymond asked.
"It's because it looks like the pen my mom gave me."
"My mom gave this pen to me," Rain said.
"Case solved," Michelle said and handed Rain back her pen.
"Thank you. What's your name?" Rain asked.
"My name is Michelle. He's Raymond and he's Frankie."
"Hi Frankie," she looked at Raymond, "hi Raymond," she blushed.
"And I'm Louis Yuen," Louis blurted out all of a sudden.
"I know that." Rain said furiously.
"I need to go," and he ran out of the room.
"Thanks again...Mich..."
"Michelle."
"Yeah! Thanks Michelle. I'm very bad with names."
"You're not the only one."
Rain laughed.
After that Rain became their friends. All thanks to Louis.
