I nod my head and waved bye.
“Okie dokie. Come on guys.” Suki and Tae Yang got into Ji Yongs Ferrari and waved bye to us.
“So why are they leaving with him?” TOP asked me.
I shrugged and got into my car. TOP got in and hesitantly looked out the window.
I looked at him and dropped my hands to my knees.
“Is there something wrong?” I asked.
He looked at me and shook his head, returning his gaze back outside.
“Are you sure?” I asked once more.
This time he nod his head but didn’t even look at me.
I turned the ignition on and reversed out. I drove back to school in silence and reluctantly we reached the parking lot of the school. When TOP got out I did too.
He looked at me surprised and stopped where he was.
“Something’s wrong. I’m not stupid.” I closed my door.
“It’s nothing. Really.” He smiled. I knew when I was being lied to.
“Out with it. Did Ji Yong say anything to you?” I walked over to where he stood and folded my arms. He shook his head and smiled once more.
“Everything’s alright. I’m just not looking forward to today’s homework.” He lied once more.
I eyed him and he stared back.
Reluctantly I had given up because Ji Yong had called. I answered the phone and walked over to my car.
When I opened the car, TOP yelled something I didn’t expect him to.
“Give him a chance. He loves you.” He chuckled and got in his car but not before he waved bye to me.
I watched his car reverse out and drive out of the parking lot, his words were ringing in my ears.
“Hello, Yoobin! Are you alright?” Ji Yong shouted from the other line.
I looked back at the phone and opened my mouth.
“Sorry, I’m going home right now. I’ll see you there.” I hung up the phone, quickly getting into my car.
