They walked down the sidewalk hand in hand. Then from behind them, a bunch of kids roller blading went right in between Andy and Sammi making their hands part and Sammi fell and knock her head on the ground. “Fuck you kids!” Andy yelled at them. Andy went over to Sammi and Sammi was unconscious. Andy called 911 for the ambulance. The ambulance finally arrived and Sammi was rushed to the hospital.
Again, Nicholas came running down the hall with Cecilia. This time, there was Richie and Kristy. Then the doctor came out.
“How is she doc?” Nic asked.
“She is fine. I just gave her a needle shot so you will have to wait until she wakes up again,” Then the doctor walked away.
“Thank you god.” Cecilia said.
They all went into the room. An hour later, Sammi finally woke up.. Looking around she recognized everyone.
“Nic, what is going on?” Sammi asked.
“You got knocked on the floor and knocked your head.” Nic said.
“Hey Ceci and Rich. Oh can’t forget Kristy. Look everyone is here.” Sammi said.
“She remembers us!” Richie said cheerfully.
Then Sammi felt that someone was holding her hand. She turned to the right and saw a man. “Hey, why are you holding on to me hand?” Sammi asked.
Andy let go of her hand and said, “How are you feeling sweetie?”
“What are yu talking about? Are you mental? Sweetie? I don’t even know you.” Sammi said. Then she turned to Nic and said, ”What’s going on here?”
Andy went blanked. Tears flooded his eyes and he tried to stop it from coming out. “I think you need some rest. I better go.” Andy said and he left with his head down.
“That was your boyfriend.” Nic said.
“My boyfriend? You’re crazy! Whatever. Please leave, I need to rest.”
Then they all left.
When Nic got home with Cecilia, they peeked into Andy’s room. Andy was on his bed sobbing and on his bed were are Sammi’s things. Then they went into the living room.
“This must be real hard for Andy.” Nic said.
“I know. One minute. Sammi only knows him and the next thing you know, she forgets all about him. His heart must be in thousands of pieces right now.”
“Imagine it happened to us. I don’t know what I would do.” Nic said.
“I’m lucky to have you. Promise me you’ll never forget me.” Cecilia said.
“Promise. Now, what should we do o help?”
“I don’t know. I guess let fate lead the way.”
Andy was in his room sobbing and crying. He was always punching his pillow because it was just too painful. His heart hurt so much. He stared at the picture they took last month, yesterday and so on. They’ve been together for 3 months and its hard to let go of it. Andy has made Sammi a part of his life. *If god torturing me or something? First putting us together and now trying to split us apart. What are you up to? I thought we were destined to be together.* Andy thought. He didn’t sleep the whole night and when he finally fell asleep, it was morning.
