Sammi was walking to school and then she saw a man chasing after this guy. The guy ran towards Sammi and grabbed her. He told the man to drop his gun. Then out of no where, a big dog came running towards the guy and biting his legs. The guy got scared pushed Sammi out on to the street. Then a car came and knocked her making her fly into the air and back on to the ground. The guy got away. The man picked up the gun and ran over to Sammi and held her into his arms. Sammi could see the man in a blurry vision, the man had narrow eyes and then she fainted. The driver ran out of the car and called the ambulance. Sammi's whole dress was covered in blood. She was bleeding so much. The ambulance came and she was rushed to the hospital. When she got to the hospital, the doctor stopped her blood from bleeding and the doctor said when she got hit, she knocked her brain so she will be in a coma. When she will wake up, no one knows, only fate will know.
Sammi was rushed to a patient room. The man was talking to the police about what happened and then he went up to visit Sammi. Then in came Nicholas running along with Richie, Kristy, and Cecilia.
"Andy!" Nic shouted.
"Nic?" Andy said.
"What are you doing here? What happened to Sammi?" Nic asked.
"Sammi? whose Sammi?"
"The one lying there." Nic pointed to Sammi.
"Oh, really? Today, when I was chasing Brother Nine to bring him back to the police station, he grabbed Sammi and then pushed her on to the street and she got hit by a car. I'm so sorry. This is your cousin, I never knew."
"Its OK, I know its not your fault. What did the doctor say?"
"The doctor said she is in a coma. Only fate will know when she will wake up. Its so sad, she's so young and pretty. And I hear you talk so much about her." Andy walked out of the room with his head down. He felt miserable and he also felt sympathy for Sammi because she is still young. If only he caught Sammi on time before she landed on the floor and if only he didn't pick up the gun first.
Inside the room, Kristy and Cecilia were crying. Richie was trying to comfort Kristy by giving her a shoulder to lean on but it was no use. Richie can't even comfort himself. Sammi is his oldest and longest friend ever.
Nic went over to Sammi's bed and tears ran down his eyes.
"Sammi, wake up. You have to If you don't, what am I suppose to tell your parents." Nic said.
Then Cecilia ran over to Sammi and started shaking her. "Sammi! Wake up! Sammi!" Cecilia yelled.
Nic grabbed Cecilia and hugged her hopefully it would make Cecilia feel better and it did. Cecilia felt much more better.
