After seeing,how hurt Min Hwan and Tae Hyun looked,Min Kyung and Jin Bum looked at each other,sighing.
Jin Bum:Shall we...accept their invitations?I mean...we made them sad and their fans angry...and I want to live longer than 18 years.
The others chuckled.
Ho Joong:But I don't think they would invite us again.
Khun Ho:I don't want to go to the prom with Jung Hee!
Ho Joong:Oh come on...it won't kill you.
Khun Ho:How do you know?
Ho Joong sighed and patted his cute friend's shoulder.Tae Bum and Min Kyung didn't say anything,until Jin Bum stared at them.
Jin Bum:What do you think?
Min Kyung:Let's go to the prom this evening...but not with them.
Tae Bum:Yeah...let's go and see,what will happen.
Min Kyung:So who votes for going to the prom?
Min Kyung,Tae Bum,Jin Bum and Ho Joong raised their right hand,but Khun Ho just stared at his friends,pouting and frowning.
Khun Ho:I won't go to the prom...never!
His friends stared at each other,grinning evilly before looking back at Khun Ho.
~6 pm,infront of the school building~
Khun Ho:Okay...maybe I'll go to the prom!
Khun Ho's friends laughed and Min Kyung patted his shoulder.
Min Kyung:Good choice.
The 5 guys,dressed in suits,went into the school building,heading to the hall,where the prom was.When they stepped in,many people looked at them and started whispering.Jin Bum fixed his tie.
Jin Bum:Oh yeah...I can feel it already...they love us.
His friends chuckled and they went to get something to drink.When Jin Bum was about to follow his friends to a table,someone ran into him and his suit was soaked with hot punch.
Jin Bum:Damn it!What the hell?
When he looked at the person standing infront of him,he could see Tae Hyun,who seemed to be afraid of Jin Bum.
Tae Hyun:I...I'm sorry.
Jin Bum looked around and could see everyone staring at him.Jin Bum just sighed and walked past Tae Hyun,pushing the shorter guy aside gently.He walked to his friends and Ho Joong gave him a handkerchief,which
he used to wipe the punch away.
Jin Bum:Damn.It's so...
KyungKhunJoongBum:Calm down.
Jin Bum took a deep breath and took off his jacket,when 5 guys walked towards them.Jin Bum's friends got nervous and he looked at Tae Hyun,who stepped closer to him.
Tae Hyun:I'm really sorry.Please don't be angry at me.
Tae Hyun bowed and Jin Bum raised an eyebrow at him,before the shorter guy walked away again,with the other Kingkas.
Jin Bum:What the hell...
Min Kyung:...was THAT?
Khun Ho started to giggle.
Khun Ho:That was cute...he was so nervous,when he was talking to you.
Jin Bum:Hm.
Ho Joong:Option 1:He likes you.
Tae Bum:Option 2:He is afraid of you.
Min Kyung:I think it's 2...yeah...definitely 2.Uncle Jinki said,that Jin hyung inherited uncle Kibum's moody personality...making everyone getting afraid of him.
Min Kyung nodded Jin Bum glared at him playfully.
Jin Bum:HAHA!Very funny...tsk!
Min Kyung:Oh come on...as if he would like one of the most hated person in this school.
Jin Bum:True...aish whatever...let's stay here for 1 hour and then let's go somewhere else.
Min Kyung:Alright.
Tae Hyun and his friends sat down at their table and Tae Hyun sighed,lowering his head.
Kang Min:Only because you wanted to say THAT,you dragged us along?
Tae Hyun pouted while Kang Min rolled his eyes.
Tae Hyun:Oh come on...I'm afraid of him.No one ever yelled at me like he did,when I invited him to come to the prom with me.
Jung Hee:He looks like a bad tempered person.Why did you invite him after all?
Tae Hyun:I didn't want people to hate him just because he was playing basketball harshly.I thought to come to this prom with me would make everyone think,that we are getting along...so they won't hate him anymore.
Seung Hae:You are too kindhearted.
Tae Hyun:Not kindhearted enough to make him treat me nicely.
Min Hwan:He treats no one nicely...except his friends.
Tae Hyun:I'm sure,that he now hates me...because I ruined his suit.
Kang Min rolled his eyes.
Kang Min:Then let him hate you...everyone else here will hate him for hating you.
Tae Hyun:But I don't want anyone to hate him.
Kang Min:It's his own fault.
Tae Hyun pouted at his friend.
Tae Hyun:You are being a meanie again.You know what?Actually...you are as moody as him.
Tae Hyun stuck out his tongue at Kang Min,who raised an eyebrow at him before starting to tickle Tae Hyun.
Kang Min:What?
Tae Hyun was busy laughing while the others just watched the scene infront of them.Min Hwan then looked at Min Kyung,who was drinking his hot punch and
looking around in the hall.He was really handsome and much more manly than Min Hwan himself was.But thinking,how Min Kyung just walked past him,when
he invited him to come to the prom with him made him feel a little bit hurt.No one ever dumped him and no one ever treated him in such a cold way.He was used to be
loved by everyone.When Kang Min finished tickling Tae Hyun,he just drank his cola and looked around in the hall,but mostly,
he would catch a glimpse at Ho Joong,who was laughing with his friends.He would make the life of this guy,who really dared to dump him,turn into hell...the most
horrible hell ever.No one,really no one would make him look ridiculous like this without being punished.
Jung Hee smiled and watched how Khun Ho was spilling cola onto his own suit,earning chuckles from his friends.He was really a cute guy,but
Jung Hee was also still a little angry at Khun Ho,because when Jung Hee asked him,whether he wanted to come to the prom with him,Khun Ho just pushed him
away,sticking out his tongue at Jung Hee.But come to think of it...even how he dumped Jung Hee was cute.Seung Hae just stared at Tae Bum without
showing any emotion.He was pretty good at hiding his emotions,if he wanted to.When Tae Bum just shook his head and walked away earlier,when he
invited him to come to the prom with him,everything Seung Hae felt was anger,but now...he wasn't angry anymore,because one day...he would make Tae Bum his...he
knew it.He wanted him.Not because he was in love with him or something,but because Tae Bum was challenging him by dumping him.Seung Hae loved challenges and he loved
it to win.When Min Kyung went out of the hall,Min Hwan got up and his friends were staring at him.
Min Hwan:I...I have to go to the restroom.
His friends nodded and Min Hwan went out of the hall,following Min Kyung silently.He didn't know,why he was following Min Kyung and he didn't know why he
wanted to talk to him.Min Hwan was too busy asking himself those questions and didn't really pay attention to the things around him until he ran into someone and
almost fell backwards.But that someone grabbed him and Min Hwan looked at the guy.His eyes widened,when he saw Min Kyung standing infront of him,
holding his arms.He raised an eyebrow at the shocked Min Hwan.
Min Kyung:Are you a stalker or something?
Min Hwan blinked a few times before he pushed Min Kyung away gently.
Min Hwan:I...I'm not.I just have to go to the restroom.
Min Kyung:Restroom huh?
Min Hwan nodded and Min Kyung chuckled before he grinned at Min Hwan.
Min Kyung:To go to the restroom...you have to go into the opposite direction.This is the way to the main entrance.
Min Hwan looked around before cursing himself in his mind.
Min Kyung:Want to continue lying or want to tell me the truth?Did you want to talk to me or something?
Min Kyung smiled gently,but Min Hwan frowned.
Min Hwan:Don't think of yourself as so important!I'm not here to see nor talk to you!
Min Hwan pouted,turning around and stomping towards the big hall.Min Kyung was confused and just shrugged before going out of the school building to smoke.
When Min Hwan was walking to the hall,he sighed.Why was he so happy,that Min Kyung touched him?And when he was thinking of Min Kyung's gentle smile...
his heart was racing again.Min Hwan liked Min Kyung's warm side much more than his cold side.Thinking of Min Kyung's cold side made him frown again.And when
he sat down at the table,his friends were staring at him.
Jung Hee:Yah...what's wrong with you?
Min Hwan:Huh?
Seung Hae:Why are you frowning?Did something happen in the restroom?
Min Hwan shook his head and looked around,staring at Min Kyung's friends.
Jin Bum looked at his watch.
Jin Bum:When is Kyung going to come back?
Tae Bum:He is a fast smoker.
Ho Joong:A fast smoker?
Tae Bum nodded.
Tae Bum:He can finish a cigarette within 3 or 4 minutes.
Khun Ho yawned cutely and drank his cola.
Khun Ho:This is soooooooo boring!
Jin Bum:I agree.
Tae Bum:Why don't we just go?Kyung is infront of the school building anyway.
Ho Joong:He is not.
Tae Bum:Huh?
Ho Joong looked towards the entrance and his friends also looked at the entrance,seeing,how Min Kyung walked in.
Tae Bum:Woah...that was faster than fast.
Min Kyung:I didn't finish the cigarette...I'm not in the mood today.
Jin Bum:Good.Smoking is not good.
Min Kyung:But drinking alcohol is?
Min Kyung was giving his friend a mocking smile.Jin Bum was someone,who would drink the most on parties.Jin Bum grinned and smacked Min Kyung playfully.
The half Chinese,half Korean guy laughed and stared at his friends.Ho Joong shook his head.
Ho Joong:You two should stop drinking and smoking.
KyunJin:Yes Umma.
Ho Joong:Oh shut up.
Min Kyung and Jin Bum laughed,high-fiving each other.
Ho Joong:Do your parents know,that you are smoking,Kyung?
Min Kyung:They know.Appa said,that it's alright as long as I'm not an extreme smoker.And I'm only smoking once in a week anyways.
Ho Joong:So uncle Siwon actually accepts it,but how about uncle Hankyung?
Min Kyung:Umma is worried,but I promised,that I won't smoke too much.And since he knows,that I'm doing sports often and keep myself healthy with it,he
also accepts it...although he really wants me to stop.
Ho Joong nodded and suddenly,Khun Ho was tugging onto Min Kyung's jacket.
Min Kyung:What's wrong,cutie pie?
Khun Ho:Min Hwan is staring at you all the time and whenever I look at him,he would turn away and pretend,that he didn't do anything.
Min Kyung:Ah really?
Khun Ho nodded and Min Kyung looked around.A slow song was played and Min Kyung got up,walking towards the table,where the Kingkas were sitting.His friends's
eyes widened and Jin Bum nearly choked on his hot punch while the others's jaws dropped.
Khun Ho:He isn't going to...
The Kingkas looked up at Min Kyung,who was fixing his tie before he pulled the stunned Min Hwan,dragging him to the centre of the hall gently.Everyone in
the hall was now staring at the scene infront of them.
Khun Ho:Oh my god...
Since Min Hwan was too shocked to do something,Min Kyung placed Min Hwan's left hand on his right shoulder while he placed his right hand on Min Hwan's
waist,holding onto Min Hwan's right hand with his left hand.
Min Hwan:Wh-what are you doing?
Min Kyung:Dancing with my stalker.
They both started to dance and everyone in the hall was staring at them,not doing nor saying anything that could make them miss one second of the whole scene.
Min Hwan:I...I'm not a stalker.
Min Kyung:Stop lying.
There it was again...Min Kyung's cold side.Also his voice was pretty cold.Min Hwan lowered his head.
Min Hwan:I...I don't know,why I followed you...I don't understand it...but I also...don't understand you.
Min Kyung:You don't understand me?
Min Hwan:Yes...the first time a talked to you...you were so cold and dumped me...the second time...when I followed you earlier...you were so nice and now...you
are being cold again...I don't get it.Do you like me or do you hate me?
Min Kyung:I don't hate you...it's just...I don't want to have much to do with you.Because I know,that if one day,when I'm hurting you in some way...my life will
be a mess.So it's better to stay away from you.This will be our first and our last dance together.
Min Hwan:Do you always keep pushing people,who just want to be friends with you,away like this?
Min Kyung didn't answer and Min Hwan just frowned.
Min Kyung:Why do you want to be friends with me anyway?
Min Hwan:Because...because...
Min Hwan lowered his head.
Min Hwan:I don't know.
Min Kyung:You have so many friends already...so why is it so important,to be friends with me?
Not getting an answer from Min Hwan,Min Kyung sighed.When Min Kyung let go of him and wanted to walk away,Min Hwan grabbed his wrist.
Min Hwan:Are you afraid?Afraid that because of me...your life could turn into hell?Is that the only reason,why you keep pushing me away from you?Why can't you
just be as nice as you were,when we were alone earlier?
Min Kyung sighed and gently removed Min Hwan's hand from his wrist.
Min Kyung:Learn to live with it,that not everyone in this world likes you.
Min Kyung's words hurt him so much.He said it,as if Min Hwan was craving for popularity.And slowly,Min Hwan started to believe it himself.Min Kyung
just walked out of the hall and his friends followed him.Min Hwan just
stood there.Kang Min walked to him and dragged him to sit down at their table gently.After a while,Min Hwan just sighed and drank something.
Outside of the school building,Min Kyung and his friends walked to their cars and motorbikes.But when Min Kyung was about to get onto his motorbike,Ho Joong
grabbed his arm and looked at their friends.
Ho Joong:You guys can go.I have to talk to Min Kyung.
The others nodded and got into their cars,driving off.When the cars of their friends couldn't be seen anymore,Min Kyung looked at Ho Joong,who let go of him.
Min Kyung:You want to talk to me?
Ho Joong:Yes...about Min Hwan.
Min Kyung sighed.
Ho Joong:Is the only reason,why you don't want to be friends with Min Hwan...that you are afraid,that the others will make your life a living hell,if you
hurt him one day?I mean...you aren't like me,Khun and Bum.You don't really care about those stuff and would always stay calm.So tell me the truth.
Min Kyung hesitated,but feeling the intense stare coming from Ho Joong,he just sighed.
Min Kyung:To tell you the truth...I'm not afraid,the others will make my life turning into a living hell,but I'm afraid,that Min Hwan's father will make the lives of
my parents turning into a living hell.
Ho Joong:Why?
Min Kyung:You know,that the companies of my parents had a few problems with a company last year,right?
Ho Joong nodded.
Min Kyung:And only because of my parents's good solutions and way of chairing their companies,they could prevent the CEO of that company,to make
everything worse.Well...that CEO is Min Hwan's father.For his father,Min Hwan is a prince and he wants to protect Min Hwan.And if someone dares to
hurt his precious prince...that someone will have a hard life.Now just imagine,what Min Hwan's father will do to the companies of my parents,if I hurt his son.
I don't want my parents to get into trouble because of me.
Ho Joong nodded and patted Min Kyung's shoulder.
Ho Joong:I can understand you now.You want to stay away from Min Hwan and the problems,which could come along with him...but I feel sorry for Min Hwan.You are
being pretty cold to him.Maybe...you should be A LITTLE nicer to him.
Min Kyung:Well...I'm automatically nicer to him,when no one is around.
Ho Joong:Well...that's good.I think the others are heading to uncle Jaebum's restaurant right now...and I'm hungry too.Let's go~
Min Kyung chuckled and the two guys got onto their motorbikes,driving towards the restaurant of Tae Bum's father.
~Jaebum's restaurant~
Khun Ho,Tae Bum and Jin Bum were trinking their orange juices,when Jaebum and Taemin brought them their food.Tae Bum smiled at his parents.
Tae Bum:Thank you Appa and Umma.
KhunJin:Thank you uncle Jaebum and uncle Taemin.
Taemin:You're welcome.
Jaebum:Enjoy your meal.
Jaebum smiled and pecked Taemin's lips before they walked away.Tae Bum started to eat and shook his head.
Tae Bum:My parents are such lovebirds.
Khun Ho:My parents aren't better...but it's cute...I want to have such a strong love like my parents have.
Jin Bum:Sometimes I envy my parents...it's actually pretty funny and loveable,how my Appa manages to calm my moody Umma down,when he is angry about
something again.
Khun Ho:Your parents are really entertaining,when uncle Kibum is all moody again.
Jin Bum chuckled.Suddenly,Khun Ho's mobile phone rang and he took it out of his trouser pocket,answering the call.
Khun Ho:Yoboseyo?
Minho:Khunnie?
Khun Ho:Oh Appa.
Khun Ho smiled brightly.
Minho:Where are you right now?
Khun Ho:In uncle Jaebum's restaurant.
Minho:Ahhh...alright.Well since me and your Umma will go to Busan until tomorrow evening and we won't see you anymore today...I want to tell you something.Please prepare yourself
to go out with us tomorrow evening.
Khun Ho:Going out?
Minho:Well...one of our customers wants our families to go out eating together.And don't worry...there will be a guy who is also 17.I'm sure you will get along
with each other.
Khun Ho:Oh...alright...
Nichkhun:Min!Let me talk to our Khunnie right now!
Hearing the whiny voice of his Umma caused Khun Ho to giggle.
Minho:Psssh.
Nichkhun:Min!Don't psssh me.
Minho:I'm not pssshing you.
Nichkhun:See?You were doing it again and now let me talk to Khunnie.
Minho:Want to be punished?
Nichkhun:Huh?What d-HAHAHAHA...
Khun Ho laughed.Whenever his Appa wanted to 'punish' his Umma,it either meant that they would go into their room and having sex or his Appa
would tickle his Umma.He could hear,how his Umma was laughing hard while his Appa was having fun tickling him.When Minho finished,he was speaking with his
son again.
Minho:Hey.
Khun Ho:Appa...are you bullying Umma again?
Minho:Me bullying your Umma?Never.
Nichkhun:Khunnie!Your Appa is being mean again!
Minho:Psssh.
Nichkhun:Don't psssh me!
Minho:The second punishment will come after this telephone call,if you don't stop and be a good boy right now.
Nichkhun:I'll...I'll...I'll just go and wait in the car.
Minho:Good boy.
Khun Ho chuckled and drank a little from his orange juice.
Minho:Alright,so see you tomorrow evening.
Khun Ho:What's the name of the guy?
Minho:Hmmm...I think it's Jung...yes Jung Hee.
Khun Ho nearly choked on his orange juice,getting his friends's attention.
Khun Ho:JUNG HEE?You mean...Dong Jung Hee?
Minho:Yes,Dong Jung Hee.
