Chapter 1

==== Yuri's POV ====

"I love you, Han Yuri..."

"I...-"

--

"Tae...Tae...TAE!" and I woke up screaming from the dream. I have no idea why I was screaming either since it was one of the best dreams I ever had.

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Han Yuri, I'm 22 years old. I'm half Filipino and half Korean, and I live in Manila (for those who don't know, it's the capital of the Philippines). For those who are wondering about what I said above, I was dreaming of my best friend, Dong Young Bae, who also goes by Tae Yang for his stage name. Yes yes, he's in the Big Bang group in Korea, but I met him threw an exchange student program here in the Philippines to improve his English. He was here for 2 years when I was 18 and he was 19, we attended the same college. At first, my first impression of him was that he was a player. I mean come on, he was really handsome, well built and smiled a lot, however...

- Flashback -

I was walking through the halls to my next class when-

"Um...pasensiya na po...pero..." (I'm sorry, but more along the lines of excuse me...but...)

I turned around and saw the new guy I saw from this morning. I could already tell he wasn't a native here because he had a slight accent when speaking tagalog.

"Eh...alam mo ba saan...-" (Do you know where)

"I can speak english if you're having trouble you know," I tried to be polite and smiled, but I still thought he was a player at this time.

"Oh, I'm sorry for my bad tagalog then," okay, so he wasn't very fluent in english either, but the only thing I noticed was his accent in English, at least he could get more words out at one time without stuttering, "Do you know where...Professor Kim Su Yeon's class is miss?" he was formal, but it didn't fool me. I knew he was a player.

I sighed, "pumanik ka muna..." (First, go up...) Oh wait, I forgot he couldn't speak tagalog very well, I could tell from his expression, "Oh oops, first, go up these stairs and turn right. It should be the last door to the left."

He smiled and bowed, "Salamat po at pasensiya na po ulit," (Thank you and I'm sorry once again) and he scurried off. I smiled at his retreating form, and not to mention how good-looking he was...

- End of Flashback -

So that was the first time I met him. Of course, I refer to him as my best friend because I wasn't really the social type of person, so I never really had any friends until he came along. It was pretty cute on how he blushed out of embarrassment when he found out I could speak Korean as well. I guess it was embarrassing for him because he had to use his "horrible" tagalog and English with me at first, or at least that's how he phrased it. And also, if it wasn't already obvious through my description of the dream...I did develop a small crush on him, but I know nothing like that will ever happen, so I just usually push it off aside.

-neon namanbarabwa...-

Oh excuse me, that's my phone ringing, "Hello?" I said in English.

"Yuri-ah!" oh, it was Tae Yang again. I just call him Tae for short.

"Hey Tae," I just switched into speaking Korean now, just for him to be more comfortable, although he's very fluent in English now, and his tagalog had seriously improved.

"Guess what?!" okay, so he was in a happy mood. Too happy...

"I don't like guessing Tae."

"Aw you're no fun," I could tell he was smiling still, "Anyway, The guys and I got a whole two months off!"

"That's great, I guess?" I was unsure of how to react. Just because he got a whole two months off, what does that have to do with me?

He sighed, "It's great because I'm going to visit you in the Phils."

No way, "Are you serious?!?!" I was excited now. I haven't seen him in 2 years, though we always kept in contact.

"Hyung, who are you talking to?" I could here Seung Ri in the background. Although I've never met any of the other members in person, I was still a fan of Big Bang, thus leading to the fact of how I knew who it was. His voice was cute, sounding like a baby (panda) bear.

"I'm talking to my favorite person in the world maknae," he said that so straightfowardly that I couldn't hide from blushing. It was a good thing he couldn't see me right now.

"Anyway, pasensiya na Yuri-ah," (Sorry Yuri) he said fluently. Wow, I was surprised he hasn't gained that accent back in the 2 years I haven't seen him.

"Okay lang," (It's okay) I replied.

"Anyway, I have a favor to ask," wow, his English was perfect as well, no accent or anything. Just for fun, I'll reply in English too.

"And what would that be DONG," I stressed his last named, receiving a small chuckle from him.

"Yah, hyung! Quit speaking in English so we can understand you!" That was Dae Sung, I could tell, and he said that in Korean, obviously. I could hear Tae laughing a little, but nonetheless, he spoke again in English. I know, I know, Big Bang has a couple of English songs, but they're not as fluent as Tae is, so they can't understand every single thing we say.

"Um...are you still living by yourself...?" He asked me.

"Yeah...why?"

"I know this is really rude to ask but...ummm...-"

"Just spill it Tae."

He sighed, "The guys want to come over too, is there anyway we could stay at your place?"

"Well..." I hesitated for a moment, "Yeah, I guess you could, but don't you remember how run down my place is compared to you super stars...?"

"Yah, I liked your place!" He switched to Korean, but then quickly back to English, "So is that a yes?"

"Sure, but the moment you guys make a mess out of your own free will, I won't hesitate to kick you out."

"No problem," I could literally tell that he was smiling on the other end of the line.

-Ding Dong-

"Hold on Tae, someone's at the door."

"No problem," he repeated. I quickly rushed out of my bedroom and downstairs, but when I opened the door, I saw the 4 most unexpected guys.

"Long time no see best friend," Tae Yang hung up his cell phone and gave me his signature smile.
