Wu Chun smiled lazily at the girl before him. She was meaningless. They all were. Now she was on her knees before him, next she would tell him that she loved him. They didn’t realize that he was indifferent to their pleas, their attractions. Women. Each one of them thought that she would be the one to tame the tiger, she would be the one to reel him in, and it would be her honeyed sweetness he spent himself in for the rest of his life. What foolish creatures they were, spun of illusions and lies. Wu Chun, tiring of the replay occurring in front him, got up and left, the girl still on the floor, still on her knees.

Author's Note: This story occurs in three parts and frankly, I think I'm crazy, attempting to write something so huge (well it feels huge in my head) and it's a great deal more mature, more serious. So I don't know if I can do it justice but I'm going to try. Oh and since this chapter is the shortest one in the entire story, thou shalt not bug me for updates, all right? =P Especially since I haven't written much. Apologies in advance for the snail pace of the story.
