Eunhyuk set the plate on the table, making sure the plastic wrap was still secure.
"Th.. thanks."
Eunhyuk sighed and looked at the ground. "Donghae. I don't know what I did wrong, but I'm sorry if I made you sad."
"You didn't make me sad," Donghae replied. "You stabbed me right in the heart."
Eunhyuk turned his head to face Donghae who was now staring down at the carpet.
"I don't want our relationship to die again, Donghae. I've already went to the hospital because of that and I don't want you hurt and in there, too."
"If you didn't want me hurt, how come my heart has been aching for the last few days that Ji Young was here?"
"I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but, don't be jealous..."
"I'm not. I'm just.. angry."
Donghae balled his fingers up.
"She's just a childhood friend, ya know."
Donghae couldn't take it any longer. He knew he had to tell Eunhyuk sooner or later.
"JUST A CHILDHOOD FRIEND?!" Donghae yelled.
Eunhyuk was startled from that. He gulped.
"IF SHE'S JUST A CHILDHOOD FRIEND, HOW COME SHE HAD TO KISS YOU RIGHT IN FRONT OF A FAN'S CAMERA?"
"She didn't know the camera was there!" Eunhyuk said, backing Ji Young up, but making sure his voice wasn't too loud.
"BUT YOU DID! I SAW YOU CATCH SIGHT OF THE CAMERA AND YOU JUST LET HER CONTINUE WHAT SHE DID!"
"I didn't want to get her upset!"
"Oh, so you'd rather let me get upset than her."
"No, you're taking it the wrong way!"
"Then what IS the right way, Eunhyuk?!"
Eunhyuk looked away.
"Tell me!"
"I.. I don't know," Eunhyuk stuttered.
"Those pictures that were taken led to EunJi! I have been seeing that EVERYWHERE. I've seen it on TV and I've seen it in flyers. AND I'VE SEEN IT IN MAGAZINES!" Donghae shouted as he grabbed a magazine up with EunJi on the cover.
"We never wanted that to happen.." Eunhyuk murmured.
"But it did. Now fans are talking about EunJi more than EunHae and how they prefer EunJi! Do you have any IDEA how that feels for me?!" Donghae screamed as tears began to fall.
Eunhyuk looked at Donghae. Eunhyuk's heart now has starting aching too from the sight of his real lover in pain.
"It hurts, Eunhyuk. It really does."
"I'm sorry..."
"Sorry is not going to bring EunHae back now is it?!"
Ji Young knocked on the door. "Eunhyuk?" she asked.
"Y-yeah?"
"Are we still going to the beach like you said tomorrow?"
Donghae looked at the door and then at Eunhyuk. The tears continued to find their way to the ground.
"I.. I don't know, Ji-Ji."
"Oh, okay."
The footsteps of Ji Young could be heard leaving the door. Once they completely faded away, Donghae spoke again.
"Your Ji-Ji has been taking up all of our time together. And now you're going to go to the beach with her? What's next? I can see it already. Titles in the magazines. EUNJI! Forever! EUNHAE! NEVER."
"I told her I didn't know and she's not my Ji-Ji! The only person that belongs to me is you, Donghae!"
"To me, I think EunHae is done, and if EunHae is done, then I don't think I need this anymore," Donghae said as he reached for his phone.
Eunhyuk eyed the keychain. 'No.. no.. it's not the keychain. It can't be.'
Eunhyuk is a really unlucky person, isn't he?
Donghae took the keychain off of his cell phone and threw it out the open window. Eunhyuk stared at Donghae who stared right back him. Tears formed in both of their eyes.
"I'm SICK and TIRED of this, Eunhyuk."
"I'm sorry.."
"It'll be a while until your apology is accepted. Now if you will, leave."
Eunhyuk stared at Donghae, his eyes widening. Did Donghae just kick him out? Eunhyuk prayed that this was all a nightmare and that he would wake up any minute. But no, everything was real. Eunhyuk figured he couldn't face Donghae anymore and he left the room.
"You.. you should eat your food before it gets cold," Eunhyuk mumbled, clear enough for it to be understood.
He disappeared the second after.

When he was sure that Donghae was asleep and that his tears were gone, Eunhyuk asked Leeteuk for the backup keys to Donghae's room which was also his. "Good night," Leeteuk said before Eunhyuk left.
"You, too."
Eunhyuk gently placed the key into the keyhole, turned it, and opened the door as slowly as possible, careful not to wake Donghae up. He looked at the table and smiled. Donghae did finish his food after all. Eunhyuk tip-toed over to the table and picked up the plate, taking a look at Donghae, who's eyes were still red. He was probably in more pain than Eunhyuk thought he was. Eunhyuk left the door open and brought the plate to Hankyung who was still in the kitchen. Hankyung thanked him and Eunhyuk nodded. He made his way back to the room and tried his best to get a good night's sleep, hoping one day, the living nightmare he was facing would be over.
