"I'm.. coming.." Donghae replied slowly in the other side of the door with a voice so soft that Hankyung had to place his ear against the door.
The door opened, leaving Hankyung who was leaning on the door, almost fall, but, he was able to make his way back up without his butt hitting on the floor.
"I packed your-" Hankyung said, but stopped in the middle of his words to see that Donghae's eyes were just as puffy as Eunhyuk's eyes at lunch.
'What is wrong with them?' Hankyung thought. He didn't want to be so nosy, so he kept it to himself.
"I packed your bags," Hankyung resumed.
"Thanks.. Hankyung," Donghae mumbled. "I'll get dressed."
"I left you some BeiJing Fried Rice," Hankyung pointed out to try to change the subject.
"Thanks, I'll eat it on the way there.." Donghae said, trying to sound that nothing was wrong even though it was already clear that something WAS wrong.
"Okay, I'll tell Kangin to put it in the car. He's driving us," Hankyung answered.
Donghae nodded, and closed the door, not willing to say anything more.
-----------------------------------------------------------
On the way there, Donghae ate his fried rice in silence, staring out the window. He didn't look at what he was picking with his spoon, so often, he would put an empty spoon in his mouth, or maybe a spoon with one grain of rice. Kangin, Hankyung, Ryeowook, and Siwon would look at each other once in a while passing around confused faces. Donghae didn't know about all that. He just stared outside and quietly and slowly ate his rice.
Luckily, Donghae was able to finish with a full stomach before they reached the airport. He threw his plastic bowl in a trashcan nearby along with the plastic spoon. Donghae then went to the trunk of the car to get his bags.

Soon after, they were on the airplane, and were taking off.. to China. Siwon sighed. "Super Junior M activities, eh? What are we doing this time?"
Hankyung looked at him. "Recording songs."
"I need to work on my accent.." Ryeowook mumbled.
"It's okay! Your accent is good," Hankyung complimented to cheer Ryeowook up.
"Thanks, that made me feel better," Ryeowook said with his manners.
"Speaking of feeling better.." Hankyung said. "..Donghae, how are you feeling?"
Donghae, who was looking out the window, staring at the white clouds they were passing, didn't notice anything. He was deep in thought. Did he make a mistake?
"Donghae!" Hankyung called out.
Donghae turned around. "Yes?"
"Are you feeling any better?"
It hurt Donghae to make his hyungs worry so much about him and how he caused them so much trouble. It was all because of the choice he made. Donghae's tears began to form again. It was his turn to have a shoulder to lean on. It was usually Eunhyuk, but now it was Hankyung. His head suddenly fell on Hankyung's shoulder.
"Donghae.." Hankyung whispered while patting his head.
Ryeowook and Siwon were busy chatting about what they were doing in China. They didn't notice that Donghae had finally talked.
"It.. it hurts.. Hankyung.." Donghae stuttered with his shaky voice. His hand slowly crawled up and held the place his heart was. He was in the exact same pose as Eunhyuk. "It hurts.. a lot."
"It's okay," Hankyung said comfortingly even though he had no idea what was going on. ".. Tell me.. what's wrong."
"I.. I.. I don't know if I made the right decision.." Donghae explained.
"And what is this decision?"
"Of breaking.." Donghae stopped to wipe his tears.
"Take your time explaining..."
"Of breaking up with him..." Donghae continued.
Hankyung's eyes widened. He was shocked. "With Eunhyuk?"
"Yes.. with.. Eun.. Eun..." Donghae was too sad to continue. His weeping got louder and louder until Siwon and Ryeowook noticed.
They turned their heads around to look at the two behind them. Siwon and Ryeowook both looked at Donghae. Then at Hankyung. Then their eyes widened. And then they looked at Donghae. Then Hankyung. Confused faces formed.
Hankyung made a hand gesture that meant 'turn your faces back to the front and don't care about what's in the back of you.'
Siwon understood the gesture and returned his own gesture of a thumbs up meaning 'yes, sir.' Ryeowook just nodded and did as he was told.
Donghae continued sobbing in sorrow. He tried to think of the happy times they spent together, but each time he tried, all that popped into his mind was the decision he made.
'Because I hate you.'
Did he hate Eunhyuk? Was hurting Eunhyuk what he wanted? Was this the best way to solve everything? Why weren't they meant to be? What was wrong with him? Questions filled Donghae's head. Questions.. with no answers.
Donghae stopped his crying for a while, thinking it would help him bring back memories.. good ones. But it didn't.
'Because I hate you.'
Those words kept echoing in Donghae's mind.
'Because I hate you.. because I hate you..'
It was just like a stereo or a DJ replaying the same line from a song over and over.
No happy memories returned to Donghae's mind. Only the scene from earlier. Donghae got teary once again. He continued to lean on Hankyung whose shoulder was probably sore now, but he didn't mind. Donghae decided to turn his head, so that he could lean and look out the window. He stared at the clouds as a stream of tears, again, flowed down his cheeks.
