Eunhyuk reached the SM Entertainment building and pushed himself in the heavy doors. Inside, trainees recognized him and politely waved and bowed, sending him a greeting. Others like the CEO nodded their heads and smiled, giving a short conversation.
Well, Eunhyuk could’ve kept it longer, but he made an excuse to go every time. He wasn’t in the mood to neither talk nor force a fake smile.
He took the familiar turn to the left and up the stairs, toward the last room in the right corner. There, was the place he could relieve all of his thoughts.
His shoes echoed on the hard floor and the huge mirrors reflected him.
“…I see why they put tons of make-up on me now,” Eunhyuk’s lips curved a little smile, it quickly disappeared the next second though.
Eunhyuk raised his head and looked around the dance studio. It was still exactly the same as six years ago when he was also a trainee.
Eunhyuk’s heart ached again. His body quivered as he remembered that it was also the place he met Donghae for the very first time.
“Donghae…” Eunhyuk tried to get him off his head and turned on the hip hop music from an old boom box in the corner of the room, next to the door.
He closed his eyes and waited, listening to the rhythms and the beat, letting it flow through his body. Slowly, Eunhyuk started to respond to the calls of the music by doing the basic popping of his head, his chest, and his hips.
Then, as the beat got faster and faster, Eunhyuk moved his joints to where it was so amazing, people wouldn’t think it’s humanely possible unless you were named Lee Hyukjae.
His arms were like water, flowing about and he easily moon walked. Eunhyuk’s thrusts made girls swoon and the way everything fit with the sounds was as if he had practiced the same moves over and over till perfection.
No, these were all made up and fill with a passion.
“Because…I hate you.”
Eunhyuk stopped dead in his tracks.
The stinging of his heart was there. It happened every second of his life now but no matter how long it was, Eunhyuk could never get used to the pain.
A new jazzy, happy tune came on, but Eunhyuk just stood in one place.
He gulped down his dry throat and went back to dancing. However, every move he made was forced and cold. He missed every other beat and rhythm. Knowing this, Eunhyuk stopped and tried to calm himself down.
But it didn’t work, as for the tears ran down his cheeks again. There was no one to help him now. There wasn’t anyone in the dance studio to comfort him.
He reassured himself that everything would be all right- even though he knew it wouldn’t be- and continued dancing. It was perfect now, and Eunhyuk wanted to keep going on forever and ever like this. It was best to just dance through the pain.
Soon enough, Eunhyuk danced to the boom box five times already, and each time was about an hour and a half. Sweat trickled down his head to his white T-shirt. The lights turned off, signaling that the building was ready to shut down for the day.
Eunhyuk did hear a blurred out sound of someone telling him to leave, but he kept going, on and on. The man sighed and dropped a key down so Eunhyuk could leave later on.

Leeteuk popped his head in the door to see most of the members eating. Guess he was in time for dinner. He let himself in and took off his shoes with his feet, since it was an easy slip-on.
Shindong automatically stood up and poured some soup into a bowl and scooped up some rice to hand it out to Leeteuk.
“Thanks,” Leeteuk looked around the room. “Where’s Eunhyuk?”
Sungmin shrugged while Heechul kept eating.
Kangin took a piece of meat, “He’s probably off somewhere.”
Leeteuk rolled his eyes, “Duh, I know he’s SOMEWHERE…but shouldn’t he be back by now?”
Suddenly the door opened. Eunhyuk came in wet and smelly, yet so pale and weak looking. Leeteuk was about to open his mouth to invite Eunhyuk for dinner when he was interrupted first.
“I’ll be in my room,” Eunhyuk made a dash.
“WAIT! Don’t you want to eat something?”
The answer was a door locking up in the hallway.

Eunhyuk was like that for the following week. He did all of his schedules, but went off to dance day and night right after. He wouldn’t eat, wouldn't talk, unless Kangin shoved it in his mouth but it just makes a mess. And Eunhyuk still cried at night.
