Chapter 2

I'm back!

11 years have past, now all of them have become young adults. During all these years, Ming Dao tried writing letters to Qiao En but was rejected because she has shifted house. The same thing goes for Qiao En. Qiao En and Meng Zhe are in the same University and in the same faculty same class for 2 years. Qiao En has quite a number of suitors and Meng Zhe has a liking for Qiao En all along these while, but he knows that she is waiting for Chao Chang(Ming Dao). In the University, Qiao En made a lot of friends. People like Xiao Qiao, Xiao Jie, Wei Ru, Shao Wei, Fan Gang, Xie Zhi, Xing Shu and Yu Rong.

Xiao Qiao: hey Qiao En, your 20th birthday is coming soon, how do you intend to celebrate?

Qiao En: Har? Ya hor. Nearly forgot about it leh. No plans yet.

Xiao Jie: Erm how about organizing a BBQ?

Wei Ru: Good idea!

Qiao En (POV): Chao Chang's birthday is also coming soon, just a few days before mine. Wonder how is he now.

On the other side, Ming Dao will also be back. On his mind, there are no other people whom he wants to see except Qiao En.

Ming Dao (POV): After so many years, finally I'm going back to where I belong. How's Qiao En? Is she still the same? Has she got a boyfriend? How am I going to find her?

Just a few weeks later, Ming Dao and his parents came back. The moment they reached the airport.

Ming Dao: Wo.. The airport has changed so much, the surroundings and etc

Mr Lin: I guess, there're more changes around for us to notice, as we have not been back for so many years. Better get familiarized, Cyndi will be coming over in a few weeks' time.

Ming Dao: Huh? Why is she here?

Mrs Lin: To join you. You should know what we mean.

Ming Dao: But.

Mr Lin: No BUTS.

Cyndi is Ming Da's father's boss daugher. She's 2 years younger. She likes to stick to Ming Dao and obviously she likes him.

Ming Dao(POV): Why must she be here?

Ming Dao: For how long will she be staying here?

Mrs Lin: Well, maybe forever!

Mr Lin: Just before it slipped off my mind. After you get settled down, help her to look around for a good University and help with the enrolment.
