Ming Dao: So Shao Wei, when are you going back to work?
Shao Wei: Wah! Heartless creature! Just came back and you want me to go back work.
Ming Dao: Well, I'm just asking.
Shao Wei: Maybe this afternoon bah!
Ming Dao: ok.
In the office, Qiao En was walking past Ming Dao's office.
Qiao En (POV): Wonder how's the scratches? Should I ask him? Hmm..
“Knock knock”
Qiao En: Morning GM!
Ming Dao: Morning.
Qiao En: Eh, just wish to find out how's the scratches. Does it stil hurt?
Ming Dao: Oh no worries, I'm fine.
Qiao En: Erm, okays! Then.. I'm going back to my office.
Ming Dao: Sure! I'll be there shortly with regards to the presentation.
Qiao En: Sure. See you later.
A while later, Ming Dao went over to Qiao En's office.
“knock knock”
Qiao En *busy like mad with papers all over *: Come in.
Ming Dao: Wow, your table's really messy huh!
Qiao En: Opps! Sorry was handling some HR matters.
Ming Dao: It's alright, I can understand. When I'm busy my table can be worse off than this. So let's get down to work bah.
Qiao En: Ok.
They were so busy preparing the presentation that they didn't notice Shao Wei standing outside the office. He stood for quite some time before knocking the door.
“knock knock”
Qiao En: Come in.
Shao Wei *clears throat *: Ahem! Am I disturbing?
Qiao En: I'm so glad you're back!
Shao Wei: Miss me har? Later Xiao Qiao and someone else jealous leh!
Qiao En: Rubbish! So back to work?
Shao Wei: Nope.
Qiao En: Then?
Shao Wei: Just pop-by to visit you guys and see how's the project getting on.
Ming Dao: Almost done.
Shao Wei: So next week both of you will be flying right?
Ming Dao: You not coming along?
Shao Wei: Nope. Have other matters to handle here. This project is Qiao En and your baby, both of you knows it inside out, I better not interfere.
Qiao En: Orh. Ok lor! You win!
Qiao En stood up feeling a bit giddy and she sat down.
Ming Dao: You alright?
Qiao En: Yep! I think it's blood circulation bah!
Ming Dao: Ok.
Not too long later, Qiao En noticed something dripping onto her draft. She felt it and realize she's having nose bleeding. She fainted when she stood up.
Shao Wei: Qiao En are you alright? Ming Dao!
Ming Dao *changed face*: Qiao En!
Without thinking of anything, Ming Dao rushed to her side and carried her up.
Ming Dao *worriedly *: Qiao En, you'll be fine! We're on the way to hospital now.
Shao Wei and the people outside the office were shocked.
On the way to hospital, Ming Dao kept mumbling Qiao En you'll be fine. Shao Wei followed them to the hospital and thought to himself.
Shao Wei (POV): Ever since Tian Yu passed away, this is the first time I see him panicked until like that. He has really fallen for Qiao En. Though he never says, his actions expressed it.
In the hospital.
Shao Wei: Ming Dao, she'll be fine. No worries.
Ming Dao: Hope so.
Not long later, the doctor came out.
Ming Dao: How's she?
Doc: No worries, your wife haven't had enough rest and took too much heaty food that causes the nose bleeding. For your information, she's anemic as well, take good care of her and let her rest well before she works again. You may go to your wife's ward now.
Ming Dao: thanks.
Shao Wei: Wow! When did she become your wife?
Ming Dao: Don't talk rubbish!
Shao Wei: Serious what! Why don't he say she’s my wife instead?
Ming Dao kept quiet and head towards Qiao En's ward.
Shao Wei (POV): I think it's time for Xiao Qiao and I to do something for him.
She was still sleeping when Ming Dao enters her ward. He went forward, brushes the hair away from her face, staring at her with a loving look, he felt a pain in his heart to see her like this. Without him realizing, he bent down and kissed her forehead. Shao Wei saw all these from outside.
Ming Dao (POV): Have a good rest.
Ming Dao: Shao Wei, I'm going back to office.
Shao Wei: I'll inform Xiao Qiao later. Aren't you going to look after her?
Ming Dao: Nope, she'll be fine later. Bye.
Shao Wei (POV): What's wrong with him?
