Ella preheated the oven to 350 °F. You started stirring together the flour, cocoa, coffee, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. [And oh, Junsu, he was with the two of you… just like before… he helped you bake your big brother’s birthday cake! Sweet.] Now, Junsu read the instructions as you continue to stir the first said ingredients. Ella beat the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl with an electric high mixer at a high speed until it was pale and thick.
Junsu went near you as he watches you stir the ingredients. You then told him to get the mixer. He get it and placed it on the table in front of you. You turned on the mixer at a low speed and gradually beat in the dry ingredients, alternating with the butter and milk. And then, at a high speed, you beat the egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks formed. You used a large rubber spatula to fold them into the batter.
Ella and Junsu were watching you as you walked towards the oven.
“Jeez, she’s really a good baker.” Ella whispered to Junsu.
“Yeah. There are so many things that I like about her.” Junsu answered.
You baked the cake for thirty to forty minutes, until the toothpick you inserted into the centers comes out clean. As you waited for the cake to be baked, the three of you were sited on the chairs talking about the surprise Ella prepared for Yoochun.
“Yeah, I’m really planning on giving him a good clothes, you know, the new one he likes today? But I think… he can buy it.” Ella said, sadly.
“Come on, it would be better if you’ll buy it first than him. Hahaah! He’ll be surprised.” Junsu said.
“Yeah, Junsu’s right.” You agreed and winked at Junsu.
The oven bell tinged. You stood up and took out the baked cake.
“Wow, smells great!” Junsu squealed as he breathes in the delicious aroma.
You cooled the cake in a pan for 15 minutes. You loosened and removed the pan sides. You then inverted the cake onto a rack. You loosened and removed the pan bottom and let the cake cool completely.
Junsu went near you as you did the last few steps. You split the cake horizontally. You placed one layer on a serving plate. You spread the pastry cream. You then placed the other layer on the top. With a mixer at a high speed, you beat the cream and cinnamon in a medium bowl until stiff. Spread the cake with the cream.

“WOW! I liked it!” Junsu shouted.
Ella was clapping her hands with the design. “You really are a good designer, ~~~~~.” She said.
“Thanks.” You said with a big smile.
“Well, that’s my girl.” Junsu proudly said.
You smiled.

-DBSK room apartment.
Yoochun’s eyes were covered with a black cloth as Jaejoong, Yunho, Changmin, Yuri, EunMei and Raila waited for the cake.
“Hey, I wonder how the cake looks like.” Changmin hissed over Yunho’s right ear.
“Shh.” Yunho said.
“He might hear you.” Jaejoong lectured.
“I’m sorry.” Changmin said.
“Isn’t it, ~~~~~’s a good baker?” Yuri asked EunMei.
“Yeah… she loves to bake cakes.” EunMei answered.
The door opened and the three of you entered with the cake on a box. Ella went beside Yoochun as you and Junsu placed the cake on the table. Changmin rushed towards the table and looked at the cake with excited eyes.
“Mmmm. Looks delicious!” he whispered.
You smiled.
“Okay, Yoochun, come with me.” Ella said.
Yoochun stood up and Ella accompanied him.
“Hey, what are you planning to do on me?” Yoochun asked worriedly.
“We’ll not be doing any bad thing towards you, babe. Hehehe.” Ella said. [BABE?!]
“Okay.” Yoochun answered as they entered the kitchen.
“Are you ready?” Ella asked.
“AS ready as ever.” He answered.
Ella the untied the ribbon behind his head. HE opened his eyes and saw the cake.
“WOW! CAKE!” he shouted and ran towards the cake.
The nine of you started singing Happy birthday to Yoochun. He then blew the cake and started slicing it.
“Wow, I never thought you’d do this, guys. Thanks, everyone. Thanks Ella.” He said.
“Aww, our kid’s crying.” Junsu joked.
“What kid? You’re the kid!” he answered.
“No more.” He said. And everybody laughed.
Everybody ate. Yuri was beside Yunho, and Yuri was actually feeding him! [xD HAHAAH!] EunMei beside Changmin, they really get along with each other when it comes to foods. [xD AGAIN!!] And Jaejoong with Raila, they’re talking with each other while eating. And of course, you with Junsu and Yoochun with Ella. [xD]
“Hey, look, cute couples, right?” You whispered to Junsu.
“Yeah.” He agreed and kissed your cheek.
“HEY!” you said.
Ella was feeding Yoochun. [xD]
“Jaejoong and Raila, Changmin and EunMei and Yuri and Yunho. How cute.” You said.
“Yeah… Yoochun and Ella.” Junsu added.
“Yeah…” you agreed.
“And…” Junsu said.
“And?” you asked.
“Junsu and ~~~~~. That’s more sweeter!:)” he said and smiled.
You smiled and feed him.xD
