Chapter 36

She met a boy..

HELLO!!..tanda nyo pa ako!!..haha..nalimutan ko na yung stirya ko sa sobrang tagal kong magupdate!!..pasensya na ah, limited lang kasi ang time ko para makapagpc eh..BAWI na lang ako..praaamis..and, another thing, mejo magbabago ako ng writing style ko ah..kunti lang naman,.,:)

Kim was running on a dark alley, she was running after her mother..

"Mama!!..san ka pupunta??"

Her mom was running fast, she was left behind but she tried to run faster..

Then suddenly, hands on the wall began to pull her mom inside the wall..

"Mama!!!!"

There were thorny vines coming from the floor she was walking at, The thorns have bore inside her skin, her feet was bleeding..She was shouting louder than ever..

"MAMA!!!!!!!"

Kim jolted up from her bed, she had a nightmare..She was filled with sweat, and tears were coming out from her eyes. Her heart was pounding so fast..

"I...Can't.. breathe.."

She immediately grabbed than inhaler from under her pillow, she used the inhaler and soon enough, she can finally breathe.

Kim was crying, her nightmare bothered her.

"Mama..Why did you leave us?"

The past hunted her back, She already understood why their family got broken.According to her dad, their mom had another guy. Then the next thing she heard, her mom was dead.Her dad told them that their mom's corpse was never found. When their mom left them back at their resthouse, she almost killed herself.

Her knees were up on her chest, she sobbed silently..

"I should get some sleep now, Tomorrow is going to be the last day of vacation, and I should enjoy it.."

Kim woke up past 7, she decided to attend the mass first before anything else.She wanted to consult God, and ask for guidance.

She went alone to the church, Gerald was insisting that he should come with him, but nature called him(LBM!!WAHAHA)..

After the mass, Kim stayed at the church, she was praying silently, asking for signs..

She was looking at the image of God, when a tear fell out of her eyes, she didnt know that she was already crying.A boy approached her and the boy wiped the tear from her eyes with his little hands..

Kim looked where the hand came from, She looked at the boy..
The boy smiled at her, and she smiled in return also..

Kim: Ang cute mo naman!!Anong pangalan mo?

Boy: Santino po!!

Kim: Really?Santino?

Boy: Hindi po..Joke lang po..Clarence po..

Kim: Kala ko naman..Santino na talaga..hehe

Clarence: Ikaw po? Anong pangalan mo?

Kim: Kim, just call me ate kim..

Clarence: ahh..okay po ate kim..bakit ka po naiyak?

Kim: Something is bothering me.,.

Clarence: Really ate kim? Yes?

Kim laughed at the boy..

Clarence: ATe kim, stop tawa tawa - ing me!!

Kim stopped laughing..

Kim: Sige na nga..Something is really bothering me..I dont know if it's right..

The little boy scratched his head..

Clarence: Ate naman, paenglish english..maiintindihan ko sana!!ang bilis bilis pa!!!

Kim smiled, for a while..She forgot her problems..

Kim: Ikaw?..Bakit ka nandito?

Clarence: Ako po?..Dito lang po ako araw araw..Tinitingnan ko yun mga tao,.

Kim: Talaga?WAla ka bang mga magulang?

The boy sat next to her,

Clarence: Wala na po sila, namatay po sila sa plane accident..Di na po sila nakita..Wala na pong nagalaga sakin, yung nag take-over po sa business namin, walang binigay sa akin,Kaya po ngayon, wala na po akong matitirhan..

Kim: Wala ka bang kamag-anak?

Clarence: Hindi ko po alam kung nasan sila, kasi po galit ang parents ko sa kanila.,.And i never got to know them..

Kim was back to being sad again, poor boy..how old is he?..like 5 or something..and he has no one on his side to accompany him..

Kim: Lagi ka bang nandito??

Clarence: Opo..Wala na po akong pupuntahan kungdi kay bro, dun po ako natutulog sa kariton..Humihingi po ako ng pagkain sa mga tindahan..Kung minsan po, walang nagbibigay..Hindi po ako nakain..

Kim was almost tearing up, The boy had experienced more sufferings then her, He lost his parents, he have no shelter, no food..No everything..She is much luckier than this boy, she has a family, she has a shelter..Everything a girl would ever want to have..But here she is, crying for what is lost..

Clarence: Ate kim, count on...ahh..tagalog na nga lang!!..wag mong bilangin kung ilan ang masamang nangyayari sayo, dapat ang binibilang mo, at pianpasalamatan mo..yung mga bagay na meron ka..

Kim's face lightened up, the boy is right..

Kim: Clarence, kumain ka na??

When the boy heard the word "kain", his stomach growled..

Kim: Haha.Tiyan mo na ang sumagot sakin..Tara!!kain tayo sa bahay namin..tapos bibigyan kita ng damit!!gusto mo dun ka na samin?

Clarence: Talaga po??..Thanks ate kim!!

The boy was giddy, he pulled kim out from her seat and they went home..
