A knock on Mei's door concluded their conversation for the rest of the day. Hebe decided to leave for work.
“What is it?” Mei said.
“There are two people outside claiming they are your friends by the name of Ella and Bao Chen,” the butler said.
“Please let them in,”

Ella and Bao were invited into the large mansion. The butler led the way to the living room where Mei was quietly waiting for her friends.
“Hey,” Mei said.
“Sis Mei,” Bao said.
“I'm sorry to bother you, but this kid has been bothering me about you every single day,” Ella said.
“No worries,” Mei said, “we are friends, right?”
“Right,” Ella and Bao both answered.
“Ma, I think she's referring I'm her friend...not you.” he said.
“This little kid...how naive...Mei and I are like sisters. Is that right?” Ella asked.
Mei nodded “Yes,”
“I started writing in my own journal” Bao said.
“That's great” Mei said.
“I also got a cell phone,” he said, “I'll give you my number,”
“Sure,” Mei said. “I will give you the number to this mansion so you can contact me a lot easier.”
“Here you go” he said as they exchanged the numbers. “Just make an appointment with my secretary, she'll put me through.”
“Since when have I become your secretary?” Ella said.
“I love you?” Bao said.
“Let me guess, it's your mother's cell phone.” Mei said.
Bao quickly covered his face with his tiny hands.
Mei, Bao, and Ella spent the rest of the morning playing board games.

“It was fun hanging out with you today sis Mei” Bao said.
Mei smiled. “Thank you,” Mei said.
“We thank you,” Ella said.
Ella and Bao were led out of the large mansion by the butler. As they exited through the large main gates, Ella noticed a mansion right across from the street that looks exactly like the Tien's. Even though its exterior was plain white, the place looked as if it has its own powerful character.

“Ahh!” Bao shrieked.
Ella snapped out of her daze and noticed that Bao was almost ran over by an expensive car. She thundered as fast as she could towards Bao, who crossed the streets without her approval. The chauffeur of the long black Mercedes also rushed out to check if Bao was all right.
“Do you know how to drive?” Ella screamed.
Bao was unconscious due to the sudden shock.
“Your son...he jumped out from nowhere...I---” the chauffeur tried to answer.
The person who remained in the passenger seat stepped out from the vehicle, hoping to resolve things as soon as possible.
“How much money?” he said with a firm voice.
“Money?” Ella replied without looking at the man, “You rich people think that money is everything”
She finally turned her head towards the man. Ella jumped up in surprise and leaned towards the man with the money.
“Chun?” she said.
“Do I know you?” he said.
“Chun?” she said again but this time got closer towards his face for a better look.
“What?” he continued, “Don't come any closer to me,”
“Chun?” she repeated and got closer to Chun while staring at his face.
Chun screamed.
Ella began to punch his muscular chest.
Chun screamed even louder.
“You heartless person you...you're the father of my child.” Ella said.
“Dad.” Bao called out subconsciously.
Ella rushed Bao to the hospital with the chauffeur's help.
The paparazzi who had always camped outside the two large mansions, belonging to two of the most wealthiest families in Taiwan, managed to capture the entire hectic scene.

The following evening, everyone person in Taiwan believed that Chun had a secretive child and that he cheated on the Tien family. The Wu and the Tien family gathered together to discuss the matter.
“There's only one way to resolve this,” Chun's dad said.
“Right,” Hebe's dad said.
“They have to get married as soon as possible.” Chun's dad continued, “If they get married, it will help save our reputation.”
“No,” Hebe said.
“This is not for you to decide,” Hebe's father said.
Hebe's tears ran down her cheeks. Hebe charged out of the room and fled the scene with her car. Her cellphone rang nonstop.
“Hello,” she said as she answered the call with a shaky voice.
“Are you all right?” a guy's voice replied.
“Now they want Chun and I to get married.”
“Stop by the Hope Coffeehouse,”
“What about the others?”
“There's no one except me here tonight. I'll close the shop early.”
“All right, I'll be right there,”
