Junsu and Changmin were impatiently standing in front of the restaurant and were on the look-out for Jaejoong and Yunho. Their manager was sitting inside.
Yoochun came around the corner and lightly laid his hand of Junsu’s back. »Where the heck are they?«, he asked and looked at him with a look that was almost frightening uncaring. But they could by no means show in public how close they were. But that Yoochun was so good at cold-shouldering him bothered Junsu.
Fortunately Yunho and Jaejoong came down the hall and Junsu had no time tp keep thinking about it. The space between the two was just big enough and Jaejoong’s head was lowered. He rubbed his chin and his look was wandering around on the floor. There was nothing he was more ashamed about than his fresh relationship with his best friend.
Junsu shook his head and smirked. He went inside the restaurant and Yoochun waited for the others. As they were assembled around the table a young lady came up to them. The manager stood up and greeted her very politely.
Jaejoong was talking to Yunho who suddenly noticed the woman and stood up to great her, too. Jaejoong looked up in confuse and his eyes got stuck on the woman’s face, motionless. Junsu had an eye on the two of them and observed the situation nervously.
»This is Lila, your new choreographer«, she was introduced while Yunho looked at her with charming eyes. She bowed and showed her respect. Yunho sat down again and began small talk while Jaejoong stared at his blank plate.
Junsu tipped Yunho with is foot under the table. As he looked up Junsu moved his head in Jaejoong’s direction. Yunho looked to his right.
Yunho laughed and laid an arm around Jaejoong who raised his head in confuse. Then he smiled and Junsu was relieved. One good deed for the day. Yunho really had to learn to pay more attention to his boyfriend.
After Lila had to leave their table the night kept on going smoothly. At least for Yunho’s and Jaejoong’s part. But Junsu felt a little bit lost. While everyone around him was laughing and talking he was sitting there in silence. Yoochun was talking to the manager and didn’t even sit next to him.
When Junsu sat down at the table when they had entered the restaurant, Yoochun had chosen not to sit near him. Maybe he didn’t even notice it but Junsu was hurt. Junsu tried to participate in the conservation but he couldn’t get his thoughts away from Yoochun.
»Excuse me please«, he said and stood up. At first nobody even noticed him, which felt like a punch in his stomach, then Yoochun looked at him asking. »I don’t feel good«, Junsu explained. »I’m sorry but maybe it’s better if I just go to bed. »Are you going to shift yourself?«, Yoochun asked and Junsu’s heart got warm as his boyfriend was concerned about him.
»Yeah, I’m alright.« »Ok«, Yoochun said and turned around to his conservation again. Junsu was actually hoping or expecting that Yoochun would bring him to their room or at least something affectionate like usually. Junsu slowly pushed his chair back and walked towards the door. As he turned around a last time Jaejoong was the only one looking at him. Yoochun didn’t even bother to say good bye or to say anything nice, which normal friends could do, too.
With an aching stomach he went to their room and laid down on the bed. He waited for Yoochun for a long time. He was actually supposed to replace the cold spot next to him in the bed. Junsu fell asleep before he came back, his thoughts still downcast.
