Jessica was now getting use to working life, she though it was so easy. Everyday she would just sit at her desk and put things in folders or photocopy documents.
Kevin walked out of his office and put his jacket on, he saw Jessica sitting by herself at her desk and approached her, “Jessica, are you going out for lunch?”
Jessica shook her head, “No.”
“Great, we’ll have lunch together then,” Kevin insisted.
Jessica couldn’t find a reason to decline his offer and followed him downstairs to the nearest restaurant. They walked into the lobby and heard a little girl crying.
“I’ll seeing what’s going on,” Kevin told Jessica, “Wait here.” Kevin ran over to the little girl, “Are you lost little girl?”
The little girl kept on crying, Kevin bent down, “Do you know where your mommy is?”
The little girl shook her head and kept crying. Kevin patted the little girls head and reached in his pocket grabbing a coin, “Watch this,” Kevin placed the coin in his head and reached behind the little girls ear pulling the coin out again.
The little girl stopped crying and started laughing wondering how Kevin made the coin appear from her ear. Jessica watched Kevin from a distance, she suddenly felt that this whole situation was very familiar. The more she looked at Kevin the more he resembled Ga Wing, not only did he look like him but the way he acted and treated people was exactly like him.
The little girls mommy came running over, “I’ve been looking everywhere for you. Thank you sir.”
Kevin stood up and smiled, “It’s alright. Take care.” He walked back over to Jessica who was gazing at him; he waved his hands in front of her, “Lunch?”
Jessica shook her head waking up from her daydream, “Sure.”

*Campsite, 7:42pm*
Frankie walked into Raymond’s cabin where he was lying on his bed reading a magazine with a bandaid on his forehead. “Packed yet?” Frankie asked.
“Nope,” Raymond flipped the page to his magazine, “We’re not leaving till tomorrow morning.”
Frankie sat next to Raymond and looked at him weirdly, Raymond glanced sideways, “What are you staring at Dai Gor?”
“Didn’t realise how “man” you were saving Charmaine like that,” Frankie said trying not to mock him at the same time.
“I can be tough when I want to,” Raymond showed his muscles, “arms of steel.”
Frankie laughed, “Sure…” Frankie stood up, “Hurry up and pack,” he told Raymond before leaving the room.
Raymond jumped on his feat and began packing; he took out a bottle of Chinese herbal medicine, “Charmaine might need this,” he mumbled to himself.
Frankie walked across the campgrounds and pass Charmaine’s room. He suddenly heard a loud thumping noise on the ground. Frankie looked inside and saw Charmaine on the floor, he quickly ran in her room and helped her up onto a chair.
“Are you alright?” Frankie asked.
Charmaine uncontrollably started going red again, “I’m fine,” she said in a soft gentle voice.
Frankie stood back up, “That’s good then,” then turned around and left.
Charmaine was slightly disappointed with Frankie’s gesture but there was nothing she could do. Frankie walked outside where Raymond was waiting, “What are you doing here?”
Raymond gave Frankie to bottle of Chinese medicine, “Give this to Charmaine.”
“Why don’t you give it to her yourself?” Frankie asked curiously.
“Just do it,” Raymond insisted as he gave the bottle to Frankie, “you should also help her rub it on her wound,” Raymond pushed Frankie towards Charmaine’s door, “Go!”
Frankie had no idea what Raymond was doing, he knocked on Charmaine’s door and walked back inside shutting the door behind him. Raymond smiled feeling quite delighted at being a matchmaker. He thought it was about time his brother got a girlfriend and now he and Charmaine were friends; he thought she would be a good option.
Frankie saw Charmaine trying to get up again and quickly ran towards her help her down, “Shouldn’t be walking so much.” Frankie took out the bottled Chinese medicine Raymond gave him, “Which leg are you hurt?”
Charmaine pointed at her right leg. Frankie rolled up Charmaine’s pants and applied the medicine on her knee, he didn’t know why he was actually following Raymond’s instruction but he did it anyways, “Better?”
Charmaine gazed at Frankie; she felt a sense of warmth and happiness as he helped her. Frankie finished and stood back up, “Done.”
“Thanks,” Charmaine thanked him as she gazed at his face.
Frankie smiled a little feeling quite awkward, “Well have some rest. We’re heading back tomorrow,” he smiled a little more, “Goodnight,” and left her room.
Raymond waited outside for Frankie, “How was it? Was she really happy seeing you return?”
“What?” Frankie questioned, “I don’t really know.”
Raymond sighed and shook his head. He didn’t know how his brother could be so thick and not feel that Charmaine liked him.

*Cheuk Mansion, 8:00pm*
Moses, Ron and Tavia sat around the dinner table eating desert. “When’s the annual ball this year?” Moses asked Ron.
Ron didn’t answer but stared at his bowl. Tavia looked over and nudged Ron on the arm. Ron looked up, “Huh?”
“What’s wrong with you? You’ve been acting weird for the past few days? Are you not feeling well?” Moses asked concerned.
“Just a little tired,” Ron lied.
“So when’s the annual ball this year?” Moses asked, of all events in the hotel this was the only event Moses took interest in.
“In a few weeks, I’m posting up a memo tomorrow,” Ron got up from his seat, “I’ll be in my room.” Ron walked aimlessly up to his room with Tavia following behind him.
“Ron don’t be like that,” Tavia sat next to him on the bed.
“I’m fine, if she’s happy then I’m happy. See,” Ron let out a fake smile at Tavia.
Tavia pushed his face away, “That’s so fake.”
Ron lay back on his bed and closed his eyes. Tavia lay down next to him, “Ron, if Myolie won’t go out with you, I will,” Tavia suddenly just realised what she said.
Ron sat up right and looked down at Tavia, “What?”
Tavia sat up, she couldn’t believe that she just said that. She fell blank for a while not really knowing what to say next.
“Did you just say you want to go out with me?” Ron asked carefully.
Tavia fake laughed a little, “I was just joking.”
Ron laughed along, “Oh… funny…” he turned back around and lay back down on the bed.
Tavia really wanted to jump into a hole feeling embarrassed, she couldn’t believe she said that. If things went wrong then their friendship would end right there.

*Outside Westwood Apartment, 9:30pm*
Bosco held onto Myolie’s hand and stood in front of the apartment, “I’ll walk up myself.”
Bosco really didn’t want to let Myolie go, he pulled her close to him and hugged her, “You sure?”
Myolie wrapped her arms around Bosco and patted him on the back, “Yeh, you have work tomorrow. Go home and rest.”
Bosco let Myolie go, “Call me when you reach upstairs then,” he kissed Myolie on the forehead and watched her enter the lobby of the apartment.
Bosco turned around about to leave when he saw Steven leaning against his car with an evil smirk on his face, “Who’s the cute chick?” Steven asked
Bosco turned in the opposite direction and wanted to leave.
“I think I might want to have a chat with her some day,” Steven yelled out playing with Bosco.
Bosco turned and charged in Steven’s direction. He pulled on his shirt and pinned Steven against the car window, “Leave her alone,” Bosco warned Steven.
“Or what?” Steven eyed Bosco, intimidating him.
Bosco pushed Steven against the car window harder, “Don’t make me hurt you.”
Steven laughed, “How are you going to hurt me? Tell Dai Gor or tell your police friends to arrest me? Your so pathetic.” Steven pushed Bosco’s hand away and straightened up his jacket.
Bosco stepped back and turned around wanting to leave again.
“That’s right walk away. You better tell your little girlfriend to watch out, who knows what will happen to her,” Steven boasted warning Bosco.
Bosco clenched his fist and turned around striking at Steven’s face. Steven was shocked he back right to the car window and closed his eyes and heard a smash. He opened his eyes and saw Bosco’s hand through the car window.
Bosco glared at Steven warning him for the last time, “Do not mess with Myolie.” He pulled his hand soaking in blood out of the car window then turned around leaving Steven behind.
