Myolie had finished work early and went to the hospital to visit Ron. Ever since Tavia died, Ron had turned into a totally different person but Myolie understood what Ron was going through.
“Hey,” Myolie entered the room to see Ron sitting on the bed reading the newspaper. She walked closer to him, still not knowing how Ron was doing.
Ron placed the paper on the table, “Hi,” he smiled slightly at Myolie letting her know that he had thought things through. Ron stood up and sat Myolie down on the bed and held onto her hand, “Sorry…”
“Why are you sorry?” Myolie asked confused as to why Ron would be sorry.
“I’m sorry that I lost control of myself, but I can assure you that I have thought things through now,” Ron sat down next to Myolie and kept holding her hand.
Myolie shook her head and smiled, “You don’t have to be sorry, I know what you have been going through and losing someone you love must be really hard.”
It still was hard for Ron to accept Tavia’s death, especially the way she died and the fact that Bosco was the ultimate drive to her death. Although Ron wanted to have justice for Tavia but he knew the advice Kevin gave was the right way.
Myolie looked at the time, “I better get going, I still have to see Bernice before I go home. I’ll come back tomorrow.”
“I’m going home tomorrow, I’ll see you later,” Ron hugged Myolie tightly in his arms, he really wanted to assure her that her was alright now so she wouldn’t worry.
Myolie left Ron’s hospital room and took the elevator upstairs towards Bernice’s room. She knocked on the door and walked inside to see Bernice sitting on her bed happily knitting away.
“Hi Myolie,” Bernice said with joy.
Myolie smiled slightly, it had been a few days since Myolie visited Bernice and it seemed like Bernice was more chipper than before. She seemed totally happy with everything going on around her, “Hey…”
“How are you these days?” Bernice rubbed her tummy a little feeling baby Charmaine kick her.
Myolie sighed, “It’s good,” she lied not wanting Bernice to worry. She really didn’t think it was a good idea that Bernice should worry about anything and should just take good care of her health so she would be ready for the baby in a few months. “I better get going now, still have to go home and cook for Jessica,” Myolie gave Bernice a hug, “Take care,” and left the room.
Myolie walked out of the room and headed towards the elevator. She pressed the button and waited, a few moments later the elevator arrived. Just as Myolie stepped inside she suddenly saw Bosco rushing along the hallway towards the Intensive Care Unit. Although Myolie was disappointed in all actions and what Bosco had turned into but she did still care for him and really wanted him to turn back into the person who he was. She quickly stepped out of the elevator and followed in Bosco’s direction.
Bosco entered the ICU and saw the doctor standing by Joe’s bed checking up on him. Bosco could tell by the look on the doctor’s face that Joe’s condition was not well.
The doctor walked out of the room towards Bosco, “Sorry but unfortunately Joe’s condition has gotten worse, the poison that was in him some how spread through his body and unless a miracle happens he won’t be able to make it pass tonight.”
“What?” Bosco shook the doctor, “No, this can’t happen!”
“Sorry. Joe has regained consciousness now and he said he wants to talk to you,” doctor informed Bosco.
Bosco rushed into the room where Joe was lying on the bed very weak from all movement.
“Dai Gor,” Bosco sat on the chair next to Joe.
Joe slowly took his oxygen mask from his mouth, “Bosco… did you find that letter dad left you with… with the birth certificate?”
“Yes, I found everything. I know that I am in fact your biological brother,” Bosco leaned in closer, “and don’t worry I will accomplish everything dad wants us to accomplish.”
Joe couldn’t help but laugh a little after what he heard Bosco say, he took a deep breath, “You’re so stupid…”
Bosco didn’t understand why Joe said such a thing, “Why?”
Joe could feel himself slowly slipping away but he held on wanting to say the last few words the Bosco, “Because… you’re so gullible. You’re not my real brother, you have nothing to with the Ma family,” Joe laughed a little more.
“What?” Bosco shook his head in disbelief, “Why would dad lie to me?”
“As an insurance, if anything happened to me or Steven you are the last resort to ruin the Cheuk family,” Joe took another deep breath, “Dad knew that you hated this family and so telling you that you were related to us was the only way for you to help us accomplish this family vengeance.”
“Why are you telling me then? Aren’t you afraid I won’t continue to ruin the Cheuk family?” Bosco asked feeling his anger over take his sadness.
“I just thought it was funny that you actually fell for it…” Joe suddenly felt out of breath, his pulse began dropping drastically.
Bosco stood in front of his beg and watched him for a second, at this point in his life he hated everyone. He wanted everyone that ever hurt him to pay. A few seconds later the nurse and doctor rushed in but it was too late Joe had already gone.
“Sorry,” the doctor said to Bosco.
Bosco didn’t say anything and left the room quietly. Just as he stepped out of the room he saw Myolie standing by the door. Bosco exchanged eye contact with her for a split second then just left the hospital.

*Grand Hotel, 10:08pm*
Raymond sat in his office with only his lamp on. All he could think of was they relationship between Moses and Charmaine. He really didn’t want to believe that these two would have any sort of affair together but his mind just kept wondering off in that direction.
“Stop thinking like that, you have to trust Charmaine and Moses,” Raymond took his glasses off and rubbed his eyes trying to gain his senses back. He reached over and grabbed the phone and dialled Charmaine’s number.
“Hello?” Charmaine picked up the phone.
“Hey… umm… are you busy now?” Raymond asked.
“I’m just in the middle of something with Jessica,” Charmaine said sounding a little suspicious.
“Oh,” for some reason Raymond didn’t find her very convincing, “Ok, I won’t bother you then.”
It saddened Charmaine so much that she couldn’t tell him that he is destined to die, yet she had to find a way to prevent it from happening, “Ok, bye.”
Raymond hung up the phone and dialled Moses’s number. After a few rings he picked up, “Hey, can you come out for a drink?”
“Um…” Moses paused for a while, “I’m actually busy, just discussing some stuff with Ron.”
“It’s ok then,” Raymond hung up the phone and sat there thinking whether it was a coincidence that they both were busy, “Stop suspecting them,” Raymond slapped his head to try and control his thoughts but they just kept wondering.
He picked up the phone again and dialled for Ron’s number.
“Hello,” Myolie picked up the phone.
“Myolie? Is Ron around?” Raymond asked eagerly to find his suspicions are just his own imagination.
“He’s in the study getting something,” Myolie answered.
Raymond was hesitant to ask the next question, “Is Moses with him?”
“Moses isn’t home, I saw him walking up my street when Ron picked me up this evening,” Myolie answer casually not realising what she said had mislead Raymond’s thoughts.
“Oh,” Raymond hung up the phone without even saying goodbye and fell back on his chair. “Nah… it’s nothing, Moses is probably just walking pass or something.”
Raymond decided to scrap that stupid thought out of his head but he suddenly received an email. He opened up the email and saw pictures of Moses and Charmaine together out on several occasions. Although they were just normal pictures of them together but they’re actions and the time of that the photo’s were taken just confirmed in Raymond’s head that Moses and Charmaine were cheating behind his back.

*Westwood Apartment, 11:15pm*
“Have you actually worked things out yet?” Jessica asked Kevin as she made some tea for everyone.
Moses jumped up seeing her with the tray and quickly took it off her out of respect, “Yeh, when are they going back?”
Although Tavia had passed away a few weeks ago and even though Kevin was really upset but he knew the best thing to do was to let go and not get caught up in the situation so they only thing he could do to not think about it was to focus on getting Jessica and Charmaine back.
“Well I read up on weather reports and calculated the astronomy charts and there is meant to be a lunar eclipse that should occur on the 28th of May,” Kevin showed everyone what he had found out.
Charmaine and Jessica looked at each other shocked of the date their suppose to go back, “Are you sure?” Jessica asked for assurance.
“I don’t know but that’s when the next eclipse is,” Kevin replied.
“Why do you two look so shocked?” Moses asked.
“That’s the day that I am born,” Charmaine began to say, “…and that’s also the day that Raymond… will die.”
“No way,” Moses jumped up, “He die’s when you are born? That’s impossible…”
“Did you tell him?” Kevin asked.
Charmaine shook her head, “He doesn’t even know who I really am.”
“Are you going to tell him?” Kevin asked curiously.
“I don’t know,” Charmaine turned to Jessica, “What do you think?”
“It’s up to you but you realise that things will change if he finds out,” Jessica said, “but I think the first thing is to prevent his death."
“I’m not trying to be negative or anything but if you prevent Raymond’s death, you do realise that will change everything in the future,” Kevin explained in logic, “you might even go back to a future that is unfamiliar to the one you know of. And the relationship between you and him will be so complicated since he will remember you. Are you will to risk it?”
Kevin got up and walked to the bathroom while Jessica walked back into her room to get something. Moses and Charmaine were left outside, she thought about what Kevin said and it was valid but how can she just let the person she loves die and in such a brutal way, “Dad, I don’t want Raymond to die, I don’t care if the future I go back to is different I just don’t want him to die…”
Moses patted Charmaine on the head, “Raymond is my best friend, I don’t want him to die either. Don’t worry I will do everything I can to assure his safety.”
There was a knock on the door, “It’s probably Myolie forgetting the keys,” Charmaine said.
Moses jumped up and opened the door to see Raymond standing right in front of him, “Raymond?”
Raymond looked over at Charmaine being the only one in the apartment alone with Moses and immediately he jumped to conclusion. Without even thinking he clenched his fist and punched Moses in the face knocking him to the ground.

Thanks for reading and all the comments ppl... Joe is now dead too... and letting out a secret which Bosco didnt want to hear.. Bosco thought he finally had a family but all this time they were just using him...
as for Raymond, Charmaine and Moses.. i guess if they were honest with Raymond in the first place then he would of never suspected them.. and Moses and Charmaine's are a little suss.. so if i was RAymond why would i suspect them two cheating.. (i could change it but i already written it).. however there are two sides to this cos after all Charmaine cant really tell him who she really is and what will happen to him... it might be stupid of her but i guess it was just a decision she made...
