"Leila, you've slept enough. Wake up! Don't sleep anymore! I know you can hear me. Do you remember that lovely night we had at the beach? Wake up, and we'll go there again! Leila, don't sleep anymore! My wedding photo shoot has been scheduled on next week, wake up! I really don't know what to do. Wake up and discuss with me! Leila!" Raymond started shaking Leila and slumped down onto his seat.

Raymond crooned softly, his singing dying down towards the end.
"Remember this song? We sang it at the beach. It is your favourite song. Leila, wake up. Please?"
Raymond cried.
A tear dropped down from Leila's face, rolling onto Raymond's hand.
"Leila? Leila? I know you can hear me! Leila, open your eyes! Leila!" Raymond brightened up when he saw Leila's tears.
Leila fluttered her eyes slowly.
"Ray..Raymond.."Leila said weakly.
"Leila! You're awake!" Raymond smiled.
"Stop crying, you look idiotic when you cry. Huh, why you look so pale?" Leila touched Raymond's face.
"I thought you like idiotic-looking guys? Okay okay. Don't be angry! You're no better off either! See, your face is so white and lips so pale. You look worse then me," Raymond joked.
"Hey you! Bullying a weak patient! You watch out that I complain against you, Dr Lam! Humph!" Leila pouted and tried to hit Raymond when Raymond grabbed her hand.
"I'm not letting go of your hand this time round. I will hold it forever," Raymond stared at Leila.
"Who needs you to hold my hand forever? Isn't it tiring to hold two girls' hands?"
"You mean Tavia? Oh! I get it now! Someone's jealous huh?" Raymond raised his brows.
"Oh yea? When did I say I was jealous?" Leila retorted blushing.
"Oh, did I say it was YOU who was jealous, Mrs Lam?"
"YOU! Who say I'm Mrs Lam? Tavia is Mrs Lam, not me," Leila turned her eyes away from Raymond and pretended to look around her.
"You don't want to be Mrs Lam? Okay then, I'll go and find Tavia," Raymond pretended to stand up.
"Raymond Lam! YOU!"
Raymond bent down and gave her a long lingering kiss on her lips.
"To shut you up. Happy now?" Raymond asked.
"Ahem! Leila, you're awake! That's good news!" Dr Kang was standing by the door, with a nurse giggling behind him.
"Cheng Xi!? When did you come in?" Raymond asked in surprise.
"When you bent down and kissed..Uh, Leila. Hee,"
"Can you please be more professional and knock on the door next time before you come in?" Raymond asked.
"Okay okay. Fine, Dr Lam. Sorry. But can you also be professional enough to leave your lovey-dovey actions at home? Don't ruin the hospital's reputation," Dr Kang joked.
"Woah, isn't it nice to have me such a handsome and capable and rich and romantic doctor in the hospital? Attract alot of girls into here?" Raymond laughed.
Leila hit Raymond and laughed. "Thick-skinned! Where will people praise themselves till so high huh? Haha! Ouch!"
"What? See? Laugh laugh laugh! Go aggravate your wound!" Raymond said, hugging Leila.
Dr Kang shook his head and whispered to his nurse. "This two big kids. Giving me goosebumps. But, I'm still handsome right?"
The nurse giggled. "Yup, but at this rate that you are doing a routine check-up for Leila, it will be night soon,"
Dr Kang gave a smug look to Raymond.
"Yah yah yah. You're the handsomest! Happy? Get to work!" Raymond snapped.

"Leila's awake?! Great! I'll take urgent leave right now and go over! Bye!" Ron exclaimed when Raymond called and told him that Leila has come to.
Ron knocked on Mr Chan's door.
"Come in,"
"Uh, Mr Chan, my sister has just come to. I would like to apply for a day's leave now,"
"Sure, just inform Rain, and remember the proposal!"
"Thanks Mr Chan, I will," Ron took his leave and headed for the hospital.

"Kor! You've come! Eh, you seem to have lose weight,"
"Really?"
Leila nodded her head. "Where's Tavia?"
Ron's face fell. "She's been grounded by her dad,"
"And we are supposed to go for the photo shoot next week," Raymond added.
"Huh? Then..Then what shall we do now? We can't just sit around looking at them getting married right?" Leila tugged at Ron's sleeve and glanced at Raymond.
"I don't know. Mr Yeung is controlling Tavia cuz of the promise they had. If I get the job, Tavia will stop seeing me, and that silly girl really agreed," Ron sighed.
"I'll think of a way soon," Raymond reassured.
