"Ahem, I've called for this gathering to finalise something," Mr Lam said coolly.
Raymond, Tavia, Ron, Leila, Mrs Lam, Mr and Mrs Yeung had their gaze fixed on Mr Lam.
"The wedding, will take place as usual. And, I've asked Dr Kang to be your bridesgroom, and he'll be here soon,"
"DAD! I protest! I told you that I'm not marrying Tavia!"
"And I don't want to marry him either!" Tavia slammed the table hard.
"Chill, Tavia," Ron tugged at Tavia's sleeve.
"Yea, calm down. This is not going to help," Leila added.
"Whatever, but I repeat again, I don't want to marry Tavia! I want to be with Leila!"
"Stop your nonsense Raymond! You are marrying my daughter no matter what!" Mr Yeung screamed.
"No way dad! I want to be with Ron whether you like it or not!"
"Heard that? Both of us are unwilling to marry each other, so even if you force us to get married, we can still file for..-"
"You shut up! You are marrying Tavia and that's..-"
"Mum! I told you that..-"
"Raymond," Leila shook her head.
"YOU CAN'T BE WITH LEILA CUZ SHE'S YOUR SISTER!" Mr Lam blurted out in a fit of anger.
"Hubby.." Mrs Lam moaned, smacking her forehead.
"What..? What did you just say? Leila's my sister? Who are you trying to fool? Leila's Ron's sister! What a lame excuse to break us up!" Raymond argued.
"Yea, how can it be that I'm Raymond's sister?"
"You can clarify with Dr Kang if you want! He was the one who examined our DNA! To be exact, Ron is not Leila's brother, but our son!" Mr Lam finished.
"What did you say? I'm your..?"
Tavia looked at Ron and then her dad. "Dad, if Ron's really the heir of Lam Foundation, you should be marrying me to him, and not Raymond!"
"STOP THAT NONSENSE! WHETHER OR NOT RAYMOND IS THEIR SON, YOU ARE STILL MARRYING HIM!"
Just then, Dr Kang was showed into the room. Raymond ran up to him and grabbed him by the collar.
"Cheng Xi! You tell them, tell them that you were playing with them, Leila's not my sister right? Ron is her brother right? Say it! Cheng Xi, I beg you, say it!" Raymond loosened his grip and kneeled on the floor.
Dr Kang(Cheng Xi) pulled Raymond up. "Raymond, don't do this,"
"You tell them that Leila's not my sister!"
"Raymond! Listen to me! You are a doctor yourself, you should know that we won't lie about such things. The test is done very scientifically and logically, you should know that! Leila is really your sister. I've brought the reports with me. You can take a look if you don't believe me," Cheng Xi handed Raymond the files.
Raymond flipped through the pages and flung the files onto the floor. "These reports are doctored! It's impossible, I can't be Leila's brother,"
Leila walked over to Raymond. "Raymond, stop it. You are upsetting us,"
"Just leave me alone!" Raymond pushed Leila aside and stomp out of the house.
"Careful," Cheng Xi caught Leila.
Leila shook her head and wanted to run after Raymond.
"Leila! Don't go. Let him calm down. We all need to calm down and think it over," Ron said, still unable to accept the fact that he was the real heir of Lam Foundation.
"I..I'll leave first," Leila grabbed her bag and dashed out of the house.
"Uh, I'll follow her," Cheng Xi suggested.
Mr Yeung cleared his throat.
"I agree that the wedding should go on. Tavia, you're going home with me right now!" Mr Yeung grabbed his daughter's hand. "Don't think that you are the real son of in-laws and I'll let you marry Tavia." Mr Yeung whispered to Ron.
"I'm not going back!" Tavia grabbed Ron's hand.
Mr Yeung pulled Tavia.
"Ron! Ron!"
"Tavia!"
As Tavia gets pulled away, Ron's hand slipped from hers.
"Tavia!" Ron ran out of the house, only to see Tavia's car moving away further from him.

Raymond was drinking away, waiting for Leila under her flat.
Raymond's POV: Sorry Leila. I shouldn't have pushed you. But I really don't want to be your brother! I'm not your brother! Dad must have bribed Cheng Xi! Leila, I don't want to marry Tavia. Where are you Leila?
Raymond flung a beer can onto the road, reaching out for a new can.
"Leila? What is Leila doing in Cheng Xi's car?" Raymond squinted his eyes when he saw Cheng Xi's car drove past him. He stood up for a clearer view, moving forward.
"You're sure you're okay?" Cheng Xi asked Leila.
"Ya, I'm fine. Thanks for sending me back," Leila said lifelessly.
"Okay then. Take care. Bye,"
"Bye," Leila said as she tried to unbuckle her seatbelt. "It's stuck,"
"Oh no! The same old problem with my wife again. Come, let me help you," Cheng Xi leaned over to Leila's side.
Raymond clenched his fist and bit his lips.
Raymond's POV: Kang Cheng Xi! I can't believe I befriended you. You betrayed me! First you said that Leila's my sister, and now you're the third party! Kang Cheng Xi, when did you like Leila?
"Okay, finally, it's done," Cheng Xi breathed a sigh of relief and got back to his seat.
"Thanks," Leila smiled and got out of the car.
Raymond followed Leila up to her flat.
Just as Leila was about open to close the door, Raymond barged in.
"Raymond?"
Raymond pulled Leila towards him and hugged her.
"Sorry Leila. I shouldn't have pushed you just now. Does it hurt? Sorry Leila,"
"It's okay. Did you go drinking? You're drunk, I go and take an ice pack for you," Leila said.
"Leila! Why must you do this to me? Don't leave me,"
"When did I say I wanted to leave you? I'm just going to get an ice pack for you. Let me go Raymond, you're hurting me," Leila struggled.
Raymond loosened his grip and pushed Leila to the wall.
"You're lying! I saw everything you did with Cheng Xi just now! You want to leave me, that's why you made an excuse. Trust me Leila, I'm not your brother!"
"Raymond! You're getting paranoid! What did I do with Dr Kang?" Leila pushed him aside and before she knew it, Raymond had pushed her onto the sofa.
"I've lost everything! Everything overnight. I have no status now. I'm just a nobody! I deprived of Ron of his chances all these years. I can lose anything, but I can't afford to lose you," Raymond kissed Leila and held her down tight.
Leila struggled and tried to break loose, but the more she tries, the harder Raymond holds her down.
"Raymond! Stop it! Please! Let me go!" Leila was close to tears.
"Do you love me?"
"I do, but we are..-"
"Then prove it!" Raymond cut her off.
"Raymond! Let me go! I'm your sister, we can't do this!" Leila cried.
Raymond stopped when he heard the word "sister".
"GET OUT NOW! I DON'T EVER WANNA SEE YOU AGAIN!" Leila screamed.
"Leila, sorry, I..-"
"OUT!! YOU GET OUT OF MY SIGHT NOW!" Leila cried, pushing Raymond out of the flat.
Leila closed the door with a loud bang and dropped down to the floor.
Raymond pounded on the door. "Leila! I'm sorry! Open the door! I promise I won't harm you!"
"SHUT UP!!" Leila covered her ears, crying.
Leila's POV: Why must this happen? Why must Raymond be my brother? I don't want, I want Ron to be my brother, not Raymond! Everything changed overnight. Kor, will we ever get back to the normal life we had?
