The fate of all four adults were changed overnight.

Ron Ng(Lam), transformed from a sparrow to a dragon. he had shares in the Lam Foundation and he quitted his job at the Yeung Group to help out at his family business. He still loved Tavia all the same but sadly, the wedding of Tavia and Raymond had to go on as Mr Yeung still think that Raymond is more compatible with Tavia.

Raymond Lam(Ng), he fell from the heaven to the earth. He was saddened by the truth and couldn't accept the fact that he could not be with Leila. He degraded himself by drinking everyday and loitering in the streets the whole day and not going to work. His status did not change in the medical world, but other doctors were keen on taking over his position.

Leila Tong(Ng), she found her real brother and her relationship with Ron did not change, they were still the best siblings ever. She wanted to numb herself by studying hard and getting a degree and make Ron proud of her. She gradually learnt to let go of her relationship with Raymond, despite that her pillow is wet every night from her tears.

Tavia Yeung, upon knowing that Ron is the real descendant of the Lams, she stayed optimistic, hoping that a miracle would happen one day. A miracle that could make her and Ron live happily ever after. With the faith in mind, she reluctantly agreed to marry Raymond, as she believed that Ron will definitely take her away.

* On Raymond's and Tavia's wedding day *

"You look handsome today, Ray!" Mrs Lam praised.

Raymond forced a smile, his whole mind on Leila.

"Psst, hurry up! The guests are all present!" The wedding planner poked her head in and hurried the new couple.

"Coming!" Mrs Yeung replied.

"Girl, you look so pretty today. You've grown up. Mum can't bear to leave you," Mrs Yeung touched Tavia's face with tears in her eyes.

"Mum! It's not as if I'm leaving you forever! I can come back and visit you," Tavia wailed.

Mr Yeung clapped his hands. "Okay, if everyone's ready, let the wedding of the century begin,"

Tavia slid her hand into Raymond's reluctantly as they got ready to walk onto the aisle, with Cheng Xi and their bridesmaid following them.

Angelic music started playing in the church and the guests walked into the church.

Raymond and Tavia walked into the church, with a fake smile plastered on their face, both scanning carefully through the crowd for Ron and Leila.

Tavia's POV: Ron, where are you? If you're not coming, I'll have to marry Raymond!

Raymond spotted Leila hiding behind the crowd. He wanted so much to call her and leave with her. His heart ached when he saw Leila's eyes red.

Raymond's POV: Leila, I'm sorry. I really don't want to be with Tavia but I'm forced to.

"They're a perfect match in heaven!" "Yea, I agree," Raymond heard 2 of the guests saying.

Raymond shot a glance at Leila as he passed her row.

Raymond and Tavia stood in front of the priest.

"Mr Raymond Lam, are you willing to marry Miss Tavia Yeung as your legal wife and be with her through thick and thin, rich or poor, in good health or not, and vow to stay faithful to her always?" The priest asked.

Raymond stared at the priest and didn't say anything.

Whispers were heard coming from the guests.

Mr Lam frowned and whispered to Raymond. "Ray! Ray!"

"Ahem," The priest coughed and silence settled once again. "Miss Tavia Yeung, are you willing to marry Mr Raymond Lam as your legal husband and be with him through thick and thin, rich or poor, in good health or not and vow to stay faithful to him always?"

Tavia remained silent.

"What's happening?" "Ya, strange couple," The guests behind Mr Lam said.

"Mr Raymond Lam? Miss Tavia Yeung?" The priest repeated himself.

"TAVIA!" Someone called from behind, attracting all the guests' attention.

Ron was panting at the entrance and attempted to move forward when two bodyguards stopped him.

"Ron!" Tavia exclaimed happily.

"Kor...?" Leila mumbled.

"Tavia! I'm taking you away no matter what! You're the one I love and I'm the one you love. Leave with me! We'll build our lives together!" Ron stretched out his hand.

"Oh, a third party!"

"Aiyo, how come these rich families have all this dirty linens huh?"

"I agree, so embarrassing, haha,"

Mr Yeung stood up angrily. "Ron! Behave yourself!"

Raymond and Tavia looked at each other, mouthing "All the best," They smiled and let go of their hands.

Tavia ran towards the entrance while Raymond went to find Leila.

"Huh? What..?" Leila got a shock when Raymond grabbed her hand.

The four stood at the entrance.

"Ray! Tavia! You two come back and finish the wedding!" Mr Lam yelled lividly.

Raymond and Tavia ignored the request.

"Are you all scared?" Ron asked.

The other three shook their heads.

"Ready," Ron said as he held Tavia's hand while Tavia held Leila's hand and Raymond gripped Leila's hand.

"1...2...3!" Ron said and the four youngsters broke loose of the bodyguards and ran out of the church, departing and going their seperate ways when they reached the junction...

"Tsk tsk tsk. Runaway bride and runaway groom," One of the guests remarked sarcastically.

"Shut up!" Mr Lam yelled.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Raymond and Leila was walking down the beach where they had beautiful memories there.

"Remember this place?" Raymond asked, holding his jacket over his shoulder.

"You seem to ask this question everytime when we come back to a special place,"

"This place is special, and unique in my heart," Raymond stopped in his tracks and looked at Leila.

Leila smiled. "Yea, but it gives us a different feeling everytime,"

Leila continued walking.

Raymond put his hands over Leila's but surprised to see that Leila let go of her hand.

"Leila..."

"I know what you're trying to say. The sun is setting, everything will end someday. Let me watch this last sunset please?" Leila sat on the sand.

"Last sunset?"

"Raymond, can you promise me something?"

Raymond frowned. "Yes?"

"Don't drink everyday. It harms your body. Go back to your work. Promise me you will be an even outstanding doctor than what you are now,"

"I will, I promise you," Raymond gripped Leila's hand tightly, making sure she can't let go. "Are you still angry with me?"

"Angry at you? For what?"

"That night.."

"Oh. Forget about that. You were drunk that day," Leila replied, trying to get her hand out of Raymond's.

"Can you just let me hold your hand again? As...As..Your brother?"

"Okay. Look there, sunset is so beautiful. I wonder if I'll ever watch another sunset again here,"

"If you want, I can watch the sunrise and sunset with you everyday,"

Leila shook her head.

"Maybe there won't be another chance. I'm flying to Singapore tomorrow. The university there had approved my application,"

"Tomorrow? So fast?" Raymond exclaimed.

"Yea, I intended to fly there tonight after your wedding, but all the flights were fully booked," Leila shrugged.

"Leila.."

"No buts,"

"So..So, what time are you flying off?" Raymond sniffed.

"You don't have to send me off. Really,"

"I just want to see you off. Please?"

"Uh, if that's the case, fine. I need to be at the airport by 10am,"

Leila leaned back on the sand, basking herself in the warmth of the setting sun.

Raymond blinked his eyes, keeping his tears back.

Leila's POV: Sorry Raymond. I don't mean to lie to you. But I know if I'm going to see you tomorrow, I won't want to leave this place.
