The ones on Pi’s range of age were the youngest here.
Some of the senior came with their girlfriend, also didn’t care too much with the management staff who was there also.
They started to greeted Pi, as some of them was surprised to see Yamapi together with Mao, but some of them actually knew about that.
And because Mao was one of the young actress who recognized by the senior, they also chatted with her for a while.
‘’Erika-chann, you looked so.. gorgeous.’’ Kimura Takuya or known as KimuTaku praised his young co-star. Mao nudged Pi’s arm, tell him to see Ryo’s face as he saw Erika get surrounded by the guys from SMAP and TOKIO.
Pi laughs, ‘’I think we should help him.’’
‘’yeah you’re right.’’ she giggled.
So they walked closer to that group and Kimura-san saw Yamapi, ‘’yoo! Thanks for coming..’’ the other senior also greeted him.
‘’thanks for inviting me, too.’’ Pi said politely.
‘’of course, you’re like Johnny’s golden boy now.’’
‘’ie ie (no).’’ Pi he laughs.
‘’areee~ look who’s here?’’ KimuTaku smiles as he saw Mao, standing shyly beside Yamapi. ‘’Mao-chan.. always look neat and adorable..’’
She laughs, ‘’thank you..’’
Then Erika added, ‘’Pi doesn’t allow her to put something too sexy. Maybe he’s just too worried that someone might take her away..’’
Usually, Yamapi will feel a bit insulted when the senior laughs at him but now because they want to help Ryo, he’s just said, ‘’yes, Erika was right.’’
As then he wrapped his arm on Mao’s shoulder, she was covering her face with both hands as she acted like she’s embarrassed. Ryo actually wants to take this opportunity to pulled Erika from his senior, but then they started to talk again as then some of the senior lead her to the empty group of sofas.
Erika actually looked back to Ryo and MaoPi, but she cant say anything. While Mao said ‘’chotto (wait)..’’ suddenly Ryo walked and grabbed Erika’s hand, ‘’gomenasai senpai (im sorry, senior), I.. need to talk to her for a while.’’
The senior knew that Erika came with Ryo, so then they didn’t want to bother. Mao and Pi are looking to each other as they smiled to see Ryo’s action.
Erika just looking at Ryo, and then she said to the older guys, ‘’gomen ne..’’
‘’ie.. daijoubu (it’s okay). please enjoy the party..’’ as then they’re just smiling to teased Ryo, their junior.
Thank God the club is kinda dark, so Ryo’s blushing cheek wasn’t really noticeable.
Mao who leaned on Pi nearby, can hear Erika asked Ryo, ‘’Nishikido-kun, doushitano (what happened)?’’
Ryo looked kinda nervous.. ‘’um.. I.. like.. um.. I liked to have some champagne. Do you want some too?’’
‘’eh?’’ Erika frowned as then she giggled.
Our couple, MaoPi was bursting out laugh secretly as they covered their mouth with hands so Ryo or Erika didn’t know that they were laughing.
‘’Ryo-chan wa bakadesho (Ryo is so stupid, right)?’’ Pi whispered to Mao as they still watching the two peoples.
‘’yaaa~ but he’s so cute. Look, he even took off his glasses first. He does really plan to confess, you know!’’ she whispered back.
‘’well, well, well.. look who’s really into each other..’’ suddenly someone came to talk to them.
‘’Kamenashi-kun..’’ Mao greeted him.
‘’kon (shortened form of konnichiwa)!’’ he used his greetings from Nobuta wo Produce.
‘’where’s Jin?’’ Pi said.
‘’busy with his girl.’’ Kame laughs as he pointed to a corner in the club.
Pi turned to his girlfriend, ‘’you knew her?’’
‘’yes, she’s a model.’’ She frowned, ‘’don’t pretend like you didn’t know it either.’’
He sighed and said to Kame, ‘’im starting to feel that I was no good to be standing beside her.’’
‘’awww.. don’t be like that. You know I never thought like that.’’ Mao rubbed his cheek so lovingly as she form an evil smile to Kame. ‘’and I know you’re just said that so I will pour you with such a sweet words, too, Pi..’’
Kame laughs, ‘’you two are really entertaining.’’
Then Pi hugged Mao from behind as they heard Nakai-kun from SMAP greeted everyone with a loud voice and invited all of the guest to cheers.
After they did the ‘’KANPAIII (cheers)!’’
Pi whispered to Mao, ‘’look.. they’re back.’’
Erika walked back from the bar as Ryo followed her.
‘’let’s see what he would do.’’ Mao said.
They saw Ryo called Erika, he said something and she covered her mouth.
‘’ah.. too bad we cant hear anything.’’ Pi said as Mao slapped him jokingly, ‘’to eavesdropping a confession is not really nice, you know!’’
Pi laughs, ‘’but I want to know! it’s Ryo that we talked about here.’’
Then they continued looking at those two. Erika asked something as then Ryo waving his hand like he said, it’s okay.
‘’eh, doushite (what happened)?’’ Mao said to Pi. He answered as they see Erika bowed to Ryo right now, ‘’could it be.. he’s been rejected?’’
‘’eeeehh?’’ she exclaimed.
Ryo nodded a couple times as he talked and then nervously put his hand on the pocket of his jeans, then he turned around and disappearing behind the wall. Erika stood only by herself for a while, but then Tanaka Koki came and speak to her as they were ex co-star.
Then about 15 minutes later, Mao said to Pi, ‘’look, Erika’s here.’’ when she saw Erika walked to them.
‘’hey..’’ Erika said. They actually want to asked about Ryo, but they cant.
Suddenly, she said, ‘’ne.. Nishikido-kun.. um, he said that he.. likes me.’’
‘’and?’’ Mao looked at Pi.
‘’he didn’t ask about anything.. but.. he just said that if.. Im willing to know each other, then.. we should do something together.’’
‘’like a date?’’ Mao asked to the shy Erika. Pi just listened to the girl talk.
‘’yes.’’
‘’and then…?’’
Erika nodded as she slightly blushing.’’I said.. onegaishimasu.’’
‘’so you also like him, too???!’’ now Pi’s sounded surprised so Mao nudged him hardly with her elbow. ‘’ya, it’s not that I feel that Ryo wasn’t that good to be accepted.’’ He gave out his reason stupidly.
‘’don’t be too noisy! People can hear you.’’ Mao said.
‘’sorry.’’ he rubbed his stomach that had been elbowed by Mao.
‘’so now you’re officially dating?’’ Mao said as Erika smiling shyly.
‘’uwaaaa!!’’ she was really happy as then she hugged her friend. ‘’where’s Ryo-chan now?’’
‘’he.. um..’’ When Erika havent finished her sentence, suddenly from behind, Ryo came. Then she asked, ‘’Mao asked where did you go.’’
‘’eh? You didn’t know?’’ Mao asked her as Erika shook her head.
‘’he just said that he wants to go out for a while.’’
Pi laughs, ‘’you just confessed your feelings and then you leave her?’’
Mao looked at him, tell him to shut up as she knew Ryo was so shy. ‘’sorry..’’ Pi begged at Mao as he felt that he was always wrong.
‘’I um.. went out to buy this.’’ he took something out from his pocket. An antiseptic and bandage.
‘’eh?’’ Mao, Erika and even Pi said in unison. but then Erika said, ‘’ah, moshikashite (could it be).. you did notice?’’
‘’doushitano (what happened)?’’ Mao asked.
Erika looked shy, ‘’this stilettos is a new one, and my right feet is a bit scratch.’’ She explained as then she looked at Ryo. ‘’but I never thought he will notice.’’
‘’well.. sometimes I saw you flinched when you walk. So..’’ then Ryo also seems to embarrassed a bit.
‘’awww… they’re just too cute, aren’t they?’’ Mao whispered to Pi.
‘’yeah, and im thankful that you’re not gonna nudged me again with your elbow.’’ He whispered back to her as Mao rolled her eyes.
Then Ryo seems like searching for something, as then he find it, he said to Erika, ‘’come on, there’s an empty chair.’’ because he felt it might be awkward to held her hand though it was kinda crowded, so he took Erika’s hand, and then he putted it on his shoulder.
Erika looked at him as he said, ‘’so you’re not gonna lost in the crowd.’’
Mao squeals a bit as she heard that, and Erika just smiling shyly as then she shifted her hand to Ryo’s arm. ‘’we’re gonna go there, okay?’’ she said to Mao and Pi.
‘’yeah yeah.. okay.’’ Mao just smiling as she still stunned by Ryo-chan.
Pi just scoffed. ‘’who would thought that Ryo can do that?’’ as he saw Mao’s face, ‘’even someone here got mesmerized by him.’’
‘’well, actually I thought that he learned it from someone I knew.’’ She looked at him. As then they saw Ryo was kneeling to put a bandage on the back of Erika’s feet.
Then a smile formed in Pi’s face. ‘’ore (me)?’’
She laughs as then she wrapped her arms on Pi’s waist from aside. ‘’if you say so.’’ And snuggled even closer.
So Pi is laughing as he said, ‘’okay then, if you say so, too.’’ and kissed her forehead and hugged her.
‘’aww.. too much PDA.’’ Suddenly Toma appeared.
Mao said to him, ‘’what? We’re doing nothing!’’
‘’yes, but the aura can make everybody here jealous.’’ Toma replied.
‘’speaking about jealousy..’’ Pi nudged him. Kame and Maki were chatting as they also laughing together.
‘’yeah.. you know how close they are.. back then.’’ Toma said.
‘’are they really that close?’’ Mao asked Pi.
‘’well.. back in Nobuta days, actually.. they were a couple.’’ He answered.
‘’eh? Ah.. that’s why Maki once told me. but I thought they were only dating..’’
‘’once, it was more serious than that. But then it’s over.’’ He said.’’you see that’s why they not chose to be work together again.’’
‘’because of their relationship?’’
Now it’s turn for Toma who answered, ‘’yes.. it’s just like that. You’re not gonna work together with your significant other. Too risky.. or too controversial. Maybe also because the management didn’t approve love on the set.’’
‘’naruhodo (I see).. that’s why you’re still be able to work with Maki in Kurosagi.’’ Mao said to her boyfriend.
‘’because I didn’t link romantically? Yes that’s one of the reason.’’
‘’but.. why are you here? aren’t you jealous?’’ Mao turned to Toma.
‘’it’s complicated, of course, it is. Kame is my friend. But they have their own history, I cant do anything about that. Though she’s not my girlfriend, I just thought that whatever we have between us is still the best so far, I choose to trust her.’’ he said as he even smiled to himself when he’s looking to Maki right now.
Mao whispered to Pi, ‘’he did seems really care about her, didn’t he?’’ as then Yamapi nodded.
‘’why suddenly this party seems to be just like a love declaration all around?’’ he said.
Then she sighed as then she said, ‘’and the battle of the exes.’’
‘’ha?’’
She pointed to the spot where Jin was sitting with his model girlfriend. There’s another model, including Keiko-chan. She’s so cute and sexy with her black skinny jeans and white see-through loose off-shoulder blouse.
Coincidentally, she looked at them and then she gets up cheerfully.
‘’you came!’’ she greeted Pi.
‘’of course. They’re my senpai (senior), right?’’ he said cynically. Mao just nodded politely as she drank her champagne.
‘’wont you join Akanishi-kun?’’
‘’he was enjoying his time with the girl, I wont bother him.’’ Pi refused.
‘’but the girl was asking about you.’’ Keiko said.
‘’why don’t you ask King?’’
Keiko frowned as then she took a glance at Mao, ‘’don’t you know, they went to Taiwan.’’
Now Pi remembered. ‘’ah, hai hai (yes), the concert.’’ Then he turned to Mao, ‘’im glad that your management has cancelled the promo thing.’’ She’s just smiling at him.
Suddenly, Pi took his girlfriend’s hand and say, ‘’do you want to say hi to Jin?’’
She still smiles and said, ‘’of course. He’s too adorable to be ignores.’’
Then they just walked to where Jin sat with the models without saying anything to Keiko.
‘’yo YamaPi.’’ Kat-tun’s Nakamaru and Taguchi were sitting there too.
The girls on the next couch all was stood up to greeted him but then they all stopped as they saw Yamapi didn’t come alone.
‘’girls.’’ but Pi still greeted them politely.
One of them was Oguri’s rumored to be ex-girlfriend, Yamada Yuu, then she said to Mao, ‘’hisashiburi (long time no see)..’’
Mao smiled, ‘’Yamada-san.. genkidesuka (how are you)?’’ she actually was a bit nervous, because the last time Shun talked about her, he mentioned that Yamada doesn’t really approve him to be hanging around his friends, which includes Mao too.
‘’genkidesu, arigatou (im fine, thanks)..’’ she smiles as then she sit back on the sofa and talked to her model friend.
‘’you’re right, looks like tonight is all about exes.’’ Yamapi whispered to Mao as she didn’t say anything.
He realized it and then he said, ‘’doushitanda (what happened)?’’ as he tighten his grip on her hand to nudged her.
‘’ie (nothing).’’ she then looked at him while she shook her head.
But Pi noticed something, or more specific, someone.
‘’Saki-chan?’’ he said.
Near to the corner where SMAP members were sitting together, there’s Nagase Tomoya and his new girlfriend, Aibu Saki.
Yeah, since they were a couple, actually Yamapi’s relationship with Nagase-kun wasn’t really as good as before. Some say that he’s jealous at Pi because Saki-chan still have feelings for him. But beside the fact that Pi already felt nothing, he also never meet her or at least contact with her since.. he decided to date with Mao.
Mao didn’t say anything as suddenly she took her phone. When Pi looked at her, she just whispered, ‘’Shun. I just want to ask him about Yamada-san.’’ But actually, Pi can sense that something wrong.
‘’massaka (could it be)…?’’ Pi said to himself as he saw Mao walked to a more quiet place. He’s just smiling slightly as then he sat on the sofa. The model chatted with him for a while, they seems want to have more interaction, but they hold back since Pi seems didn’t want to to that. He’s trying to appreciate his girlfriend’s feeling.
After about 10 minutes later, Mao came back and she sat beside him.
‘’hey..’’ Pi linked his pinky finger on Mao’s finger.
‘’hm?’’ she looked at him.
‘’nothing.’’ he didn’t say anything, because he thought it’s not wise to confront her about the possibility of her being jealous. Besides, Pi didn’t think that it’s bad. So he just decided to do nothing other than just show to her that right now, he has nothing to do with Saki-chan.
Pi’s just sat there, enjoying the beat and observing everyone while he slowly pulled Mao’s head to lean on his shoulder. She also didn’t say anything. Sometimes, just being together like this, and being ignored while they’re just see what the other do as an observer can be so peaceful. It’s like.. having our own world, while everybody does their own business.
But turns out, they cant be ignored too long as one of the model asked Mao,
‘’so.. you two.. how long have you been together?’’
Pi waited for Mao’s answered as he still looking at the crowd.
‘’we.. never counting the days. Time just flew before we even realized it.’’ Mao answered with a laughs.
He smiled a bit as he heard that. ‘nice answer.’ He knew that Mao might understand how the girls can be so irritating when it came to rumor talk.
‘’soudesuka (I see).’’ Then the other model said, ‘’don’t you feel uneasy because he have so many fangirls out there?’’ she giggled and she adds, ‘’not to mention, us too..’’
Mao thought, ‘the one who made me uneasy is you, right now.’ but of course she didn’t say it. ‘’no.. I think his fangirls were the ones who made him into like this. He treasured them so much as sometimes I know he might even love them more than he loves me.’’ Mao laughs. ‘’and on the other hand, I hope they can understand too, when someday he choose someone to be with him.. maybe for the rest of his life.’’
One of the models moved forward and say, ‘’kakkoi (cool)! You’re just so cool!’’
Mao laughs.’’no.. it’s not like that, the fact is I was a jealous person, too. I just try to control it, try to be logic.’’ Then she acted like she was saying a secret, ‘’but he.. ah, he’s just so annoying when he’s jealous.’’
‘’hey!’’ suddenly Pi joined the conversation.
‘’ah.. you can hear that?’’ she pretend to be surprised.
He laughs. ‘’of course, what am I tonight? Deaf?’’
She’s joking, ‘’well, at first I was hoping that the music can help me on distributing some gossip of you.’’
So just like that, then Mao and Pi are being drowned in their own world again, teasing to each other while the models just understand the situation and start talking with each other again, ignoring the lovebirds. Keiko wasn’t there, and Mao also feels the other models weren’t that bad.
‘’ne..’’ Mao said to Pi as they stopped laughing.
‘’hm?’’
‘’that song.. Juliet.. you wrote it for Saki-chan, right?’’ she just asked him.
‘’yes.’’ Pi decided not to lie.
‘’but-‘’
Suddenly, the one who was talked about is coming.
‘’Yamapi!’’ Saki appeared in front of them. ‘’Inoue Mao, hisashiburi (long time no see)..’’
She looked so pretty because of her dimple. Tonight she’s wearing something simple, black long sleeves loose mini dress and a pair of black-colored high heels, too. Kinda contrast to what Mao’s wearing.
‘’hisashiburi..’’ Mao smiled to her. ‘’how are you?’’
Pi sometimes just don’t get it. Women acts all the time. But he wont accused Mao that far as being some two faced person. He just thought that she might wants to be nice to everyone, although she feel a bit hurt or anxious.
Later the two girls were involved in a conversation about so many things such as filming and modeling. As then Saki suddenly asked, ‘’so.. how did you end up with him?’’
Somehow Mao looked a bit surprised. ‘’well.. one and two thing.. and voila! Here am I..’’
‘’you know, there’s a lot of people mention about they were kinda surprised since you’re not linked to him in many ways..’’
Then Mao’s laughing, ‘’actually, our co-stars were link to each other. Maybe, that’s why.’’
‘’ah, sou sou sou (i get it)..’’ Saki is laughing too as she turned to Pi who’s holding his glass, ‘’ne.. why are you so quiet?’’
‘’hm? Nothing.’’ Pi smiled.
‘’you missed your cigarette?’’ Mao teased him as then he’s just shook his head, ‘’no.. im just wondering what he will do with her.’’ he pointed to Ryo and Erika with his glass.
‘’areee~ Pi didn’t smoke anymore?’’ Saki was surprised.
Then Mao’s laughing, ‘’no... unfortunately, he still do that. But somehow, he’s starting to not do that, um.. near me.’’ suddenly she feel a bit embarrassed, because she didn’t mean to show off or something. She just want to explain.
‘’eh?’’ Saki-chan was giggling.
‘’ah, gomen (sorry), I didn’t mean to-‘’
‘’ie ie (no).. kawaii na, Pi (you’re so cute, Pi).’’ Saki praised him as then Mao looked at Pi. She was kinda startled since she saw Pi’s expression was.. embarrassed, but she also have to admit that he looked really cute that way.
As then Nagase-kun came to his girlfriend, and greeted Mao Pi. ‘’hey, I’ve been looking for you.’’ she said to Saki.
‘’gomen (sorry).. I saw them and just wanting to chat.’’ She explained.
‘’well, the boys called. Taichi-kun wants to chat with you..’’
‘’souka (I see).’’ Then Saki turns to Mao and Pi, ‘’jya, I have to leave now. But nice to chat with you two..’’
Then after Nagase-kun bowed politely, she followed him as she held his arm.
‘’yaa~ Saki-chan is a really nice person, right?’’ Mao sighed.
Pi looked at her as she said, ‘’well, yeah.. I kinda feel down at the beginning.. to be surrounded by women from your past. But then I try to be just like what you taught me.. and turns out that it worked.’’
He smiled as he hugged her, then Mao added, ‘’I knew her before I even know you. And im glad that my status or her status wont change anything between her and I.’’
Pi just sighed contently without saying anything.
‘’hey.. say something. Don’t be like that.. you made me feel uneasy.’’ Mao talked again.
‘’what should I say? I was too grateful to be with someone like you.’’ he laughs as then she does too.
‘’aww.. sweet talks.’’ She said as she rounded her hand on Pi’s waist while they leaned to the sofa and just sitting there, enjoying the party as they both whispered to each other, commenting everybody else.

‘’Mao..’’ he caressed her cheek.’’hey..wake up. You’re home..’’
He parked the car in front of Mao’s house. Pi promised to her mom to drive her home tonight, although now is already 3 o’clock in the morning.
‘’she knew where the spare key is.’’ Her mom said earlier. Thank God, she told Pi, too. ‘’it’s in the second vase on the table.’’
‘’Mao..’’ he still trying to wake her up as then he sighed. ‘’I have to remember not to allowed her drink too much.’’
Then he took off his jacket, and he put it to covered Mao’s legs. Somehow he feels that he have to cover it, although there’s no one in here except him.
Pi walked out from the car, and then he opened the front seat, to lifted Mao. Before he carry her in his arms, he rounded her hand to his neck. He pressed the lock button and closed the door with his body because his hands are full. He walked to the yard and then he stopped in front of the door.
‘’second vase.. on the table.’’ He said to himself. With so much difficulties, he grabbed the tiny key, and then he try to insert to the key hole. Mao almost dropped from his arms, ‘’oops!’’ then he lifted her into a safer position.
‘’phew.’’ She’s not that heavy, but he’s just havent exercise lately, so he felt that his arms weren’t as strong as it used to be.
He get into the house safely and closed the door carefully. ‘’sumimasen (excuse me)..’’ he whispered as he walked inside the dark house. there’s only a light that left on. Mao unconsciously snuggled to him. He sighed. ‘’maybe it will be like this when I have a daughter.’’ Then he even laughs a bit to himself, ‘’although she wont be this heavy.’’ As he walked upstairs to her room. He went there once.
‘’so.. im heavy, huh?’’ suddenly she said that.
‘’eh?’’ Pi was startled as he almost dropped her.
‘’chotto (wait)!’’ she said, and Pi whispered, ‘’sssh!! You’ll wake everyone!’’ then she said, ‘’abunai (it’s dangerous).’’
‘’you can walk by yourself, right?’’ he asked.
‘’no! I wont. It’s more comfortable this way.’’ she said.
‘’spoiled.’’ He joked as she replied, ‘’lazy.’’
‘’you dare to call me lazy when I used all my strength to carry you all the way from the car?’’
Mao whispered back as she laughs, ‘’what if you sleep over tonight?’’
‘’eh??’’
He stopped in front of her room, then she helped him to open the door. They went inside her white room. There’s a bunch of photos on the right wall, a queen size bed on the left, and a big mirror that attached to her wardrobe case. She kept some cute things on the long cupboard on the right wall. But other than that, her room was just simple like the owner.
Pi putted her down on the bed as then she gets up. He’s just looked at her like ‘what the..?’ because she just doesn’t even tired at all.
‘’thanks for carry me out, Pi.’’ She kissed his cheek as she walked to her wardrobe case to find some clothes and get changed.
‘’hey.. our photos were increased.’’ Without any instruction, Pi turned around when she get change. It’s just his rules of respecting her privacy. He’s looking at the photos that attached on a huge board.
‘’yeah.. I printed many of them since the last time you went up here.’’ she said. ‘’wait here for a while.’’
‘’hm.’’ As then he heard Mao open and then closed the door slowly.
Not long after that, she went inside the room with something on her hand. ‘’here.. these are my brother’s.’’
‘’what?’’ he said.
‘’I asked you to stay, but I don’t want you to sleep on my bed with a dirty clothes. So take it.’’
Pi laughs, ‘’im not gonna wear your brother’s sweat pants.. or shirt. And who says that im gonna sleep here.’’
‘’why?’’
‘’Mao.. what if everybody’s find out?’’
She played her fingers as she sat on the bed. ‘’well, you can go out early in the morning. And besides, my brother,’’ that stayed in the next room,’’was out of town for work.’’
‘’still. Your parents-‘’ then she cutted his sentence, ‘’I know it sounds weird for me to asked something like this.. but I just feel.. um.. kinda alone because the day after tomorrow you will go to Sendai for two days.’’
Pi swear if she doesn’t look so serious, he might be laughing right now, but then he sit on the floor, in front of her.
‘’To go to Sendai is not like im going to go around the world, you know.’’
‘’of course I know!’’ she defense herself, ‘’but after that.. the other concert was starting, right?’’
‘’yes.. but we still can see each other. It’s not like im leaving Tokyo.’’
Mao sighed. ‘’fine.. it’s okay if you want to go home.’’ then she opened the bed cover and cover herself then turned around.
Not long after that, she felt someone sat on the bed. She turned around and smiled, ‘’I know you will-‘’ suddenly she blushed.
‘’what? I told you im not gonna wear your brother’s clothes. I feel inappropriate to wear that without his permission.’’ Yamapi smiled as he was bare chest and wore only his boxer shorts. ’’can you moved a little, or do you want me to sleep on the floor?’’ as he went inside the blanket.
She just shifted as then she yanked the blanket. ‘’ah!! why did I blush? I bet that’s what you really expected.’’
Pi laughs so hard as he covered his face with a pillow so his voice was buried. Then he peeked and say, ‘’I even didn’t think that far.’’
And then he pulled the blanket to cover her, so she lie down beside her, ‘’okay.. now be quiet and get some sleep.’’
‘’do we need to be sleep? we have to be wake up in 3 hours or my mom will find out.’’ Mao teased him.
He just whispered to her ear as he closed his eyes and pulled her closer to him, ‘’that’s why we need to get to sleep now. Im just love to sleep. I cant refused to get sleep although I also cant resist you. So please, let me sleep tonight. And if you sleep at my place tomorrow, I let you do whatever.. you want..’’
Mao looked at him, who’s now already asleep. She smiled and say, ‘’you’re just as cute as a little boy.’’ While she shifted the hair that covered his eyes. ‘’oyasumi (good night).’’ Then she kissed his forehead as unconsciously Pi snuggled to her.

Pi blinked his eyes, and then he wakes up.
‘’Mao, what time is it?’’ he said to Mao who still sleeping.
He saw the clock, it’s 5 to 7. ‘’I need to go or your dad would kill me.’’ He’s just quickly wear his pants, then his shirt.
‘’hm?’’ she just replied as she opened her eyes.
‘’wait. Is it really like that?’’ he stopped before he wear his vest. ‘’I never spend the night on a girl’s house who still live with her parents.’’ He shook his head. ‘’I just felt like im a highschool boy who sneaking around his girlfriend’s house.’’
Then he turned around and saw Mao was looking at him as he wear his vest, ‘’what?’’
‘’nothing. you’re just so.. ‘’ Mao smiled teasingly.
‘’come on, you have to help me here, princess. Because you put me into this mess under your order.’’ As he reached out his hand to Mao.
She laughs as then she reached it and get up, ‘’wait, I want to go pee.’’
Pi cant say no, ‘’okay, quick.’’
About 3 minutes later, Mao went out from the bathroom and say, ‘’come on.’’
‘’finally.’’ Pi was standing near the door.
He walked out as he try to look around. ‘’your brother wasn’t here, right?’’
‘’yes.’’ Mao looked so calm beside him.
Then she walked to the stairs and went down. As they reach the first floor, ‘’you are really that nervous?’’
‘’of course I am! Im not planning to be a guy who just caught by his girlfriend’s father, sneaking out like this. Im not 17 anymore.’’ He said behind her.
Mao laughs really hard as then he covered her mouth. ‘’ssssh..’’
‘’sorry.’’ as then suddenly she gone to the kitchen.
‘’Mao!’’ he called.
‘’wait, im hungry.’’ She took some cheese from the refrigerator.
‘’dondake~ (what the hell)! Okay, I just go out by myself now. jya-‘’ but he stopped as he saw her expression.
‘’okay okay.. but please hurry.’’ He gave up but suddenly he heard a sound. ‘’ah, your parents?’’
She just frowned and not long after that, ‘’Hug-chan..’’ she saw her dog.
Pi just squatted at the floor as he closed his eyes out of desperation. ‘’mou~ please stop making me so nervous!!’’
Mao laughs as she lifted Hug-chan, ‘’look at him, aren’t you think he’s cute?’’ she said to her dog.
Then she said, ‘’im sorry. okay.. I walked you to the front door.’’ Because she wont teased him too much.
As then they walked out, Mao grabbed his hand and kissed him on the lips, ‘’I will be in your place at 5 PM, okay?’’
He kissed her back quickly, ‘’okay.’’ and then she said, ‘’why you have to be so hurry?’’
‘’eh? Your pa-‘’
‘’did I ever say that they’re here?’’
Pi just frowned with his blank face. Mao laughs a bit, ‘’there’s no one in this place except us. My brother went out for business, while my parents visited my grandma.’’
He opened his mouth as he wants to say something, but then he just grabbed her waist and tickled her, ‘’Mao!! you have no idea how nervous I am! This is your punishment!’’
She laughs histerically as she was in his embrace. Between her laugh she said, ‘’I.. haha just want haha ouch.. you to know.. haha how nervous I am.. aww stop it!.. haha when your mom came to your haha place that day.. hahahaha..’’

Later at that night,
‘’do you already preparing for tomorrow?’’ Mao asked as she cooked something for dinner with Ryo on the kitchen.
‘’me? yeah.. I never like to prepare my bags, unlike Koyama or Massu who neatly fold his shirt.’’ He laughs as he mixed the salad.
Erika came as she said, ‘’I want to go to the konbini (convenient store) to buy some drinks. Pi wants some snacks for tomorrow, too. Do you want some?’’
Then Ryo said to Mao as she lifted the salad bowl, ‘’I will go with her, are you okay with that?’’ he means the chicken teriyaki and yakimeshi (Japanese fried rice) that they made.
‘’of course.. besides, Pi’s here. he can help me.. you just go and accompany her, okay?’’ she laughs.
‘’okay..’’ as Ryo walked out from the kitchen to put the bowl at the dining table.
As then the two left, Pi appeared on the kitchen. ‘’now we’re like a functional couple. The senior ones that taught them how to be in a good relationship.’’ he said jokingly.
‘’silly.. Ryo is older than you, don’t say like that as if he’s 17 years old.’’ She said.
‘’hey.. im not saying like that! why do you taking his side?’’ Pi said as he’s standing by her side and mixed the yakimeshi on the wok.
‘’im not. I just admire his courage.. he still cant get rid of his shyness, but he showing his eagerness to make Erika happy.’’
‘’ah im just get jealous so quickly, aren’t I?’’ Pi laughs, ‘’and I just said by myself that we’re a functional couple.’’
They finished cooking and after they put the dishes on the dining table, Pi sit on the chair while Mao standing on his side, pouring some water on the glass.
‘’they might just driving around.. enjoying the time together. It’s funny how they spend time in the set but didn’t actually spend it together.’’ She said.
‘’yes, again, it’s because Ryo was too shy.’’ He replied then he rounds his hand on her waist and pulled her closer. ‘’so.. what do we do to wait them up?’’
Mao circling her hand on Pi’s neck as she took him on her embrace. ‘’hm.. it’s kinda cheesy, but I always want to do it.’’
‘’nanda (what is it)?’’ he asked, ‘’wow.. your heart beats even faster.’’ He said as he still leaned his head to Mao.
She laughs as she kissed the top of his head.
About 15 minutes later, Ryo and Erika came in because they have the key. And they were smiling as they saw Mao and Pi are dancing and laughing together. It’s not like they’re dancing properly, Pi just put his hands on Mao’s waist and Mao just circling her hand on Pi’s neck, but sometimes he twirl her then they start to laughs as Mao unconsciously stepped on Pi’s foot. Then they started to dance jokingly. Doing stupid moves and poses but then they into each other arms again and smiling.
Suddenly Mao realized that there’s some audience who saw their stupid act.
‘’ah! you came..’’ she said as she feels a bit embarrassed.
‘’hey.. why did you stop? You two are so cute..’’Erika laughs.
‘’hazukashii (it’s embarrassing).. gomen (sorry) ne.. we’re just love to do stupid things like that..’’ Mao said to her friend.
Then they all just start to eat as they enjoying the night chatting and laughing.
At 11, when Ryo said to Erika that he will take her home, Mao said ‘’it’s okay. you don’t need to wash the dishes. Just drive her home.’’ so the newly dating couple said thanks and goodbye to Mao and Pi. After that, Mao asked her boyfriend, ‘’ne.. do you finished packing?’’
‘’the clothes are ready, but I havent put it on the bag.’’ As he helped her with the plates.
‘’do you mind if I help you?’’
‘’no.. actually I will thankful for that. because I was a mess when it came to packing.. the neatly folded shirts were just a wreck when I put them to the bag.’’ He laughs, ‘’I’ll wash all of this while you finished my packing.’’
‘’okay then, deal.’’ Mao dry her hand and then she walked to his room. She saw a pile of clean shirts, jeans, and things on the bed and an open bag. Then she started to pack.
When she finished it, she just sat on the floor for a while. Not long after that, Pi came and said with a tempting voice, ‘’so.. what exactly do you have in mind when you said about not wanting to go to sleep last night, huh?’’
Then Mao laughs embarrassedly.

As she woke up, she didn’t see him on the room. She pulled the blanket over her and she saw something beside her.
‘’oh my..’’ she smiled.
‘This is too corny, I know. but you also know I always want to do this once of a time.’ She read the notes as she took the rose.
‘’you dork.’’ Mao commented. She knows that Pi always wanting to do this.. gave a flower to someone he dearly love, whenever and wherever he wants. Then she continued to read,
‘these are the ticket to Sendai. You came to Arashi’s concert once, but whenever you’re with me, I want you to come to all NEWS’ concert.’
She took an envelope with a ticket inside and said, ‘’double dork.’’
Then she throw herself back on the pillow and sniffed to the rose, ‘’but adorable.. God, im also turning into a dork.’’ She laughs out loud by herself.
And she read the last sentence at the notes,
‘im sorry we cant go there together. But we’ll see each other soon as you arrive. Pi.’
‘’okay.. who will say ‘no’ to this kind of invitation?’’ she said as suddenly her cellphone is ringing.
She grabbed it on the bedside table. ‘’moshi-moshi?’’ at first she thought it’s Yamapi, but she didn’t know the number.
‘’ohayo gozaimasu, Inoue Mao-san (good morning –in formal way, is this Inoue Mao)?’’
‘’ah.. hai (yes).’’ She replied as she heard a mature male voice.
‘’this is from JE.’’
Mao blinked. Yamapi’s management.
‘’um.. hai (yes). What can I do for you?’’
The man told her a name, and then she said, ‘’yes, she’s an acquaintance of mine. A close friend, actually.’’ It’s the photographer who took her photos with NEWS and the girls on the beach.
‘’yes.. she’s a famous photographer, right?’’
‘’hai (yes).’’ Mao said.
‘’well, actually we have this work together with her that involving some of JE’s artist, and for Yamashita-kun.. he will be working with you, too.’’
‘’eeeehh?!’’
