“Oppa, calm down” Joo rushed in out of nowhere and hold him back. She knew that Ji Yong had a quick temper and his victims know no gender.
“Aish!” Ji Yong sit back down angrily while the waitress put on a daring face and says, “Oh you are not a stalker but also hit women, huh?”
Ji Yong looked up and saw her name tag, “Sunye-sshi, I beg your pardon. I am not stalking you. I was just…”
”Just, what?” Sunye interrupt before Ji Yong had the chance to finish his sentence. Sunye was very sure that this guy is up to no good ever since he walked into the café half an hour ago. She noticed that he eyed her everywhere she went.
“Could it be my father’s ‘people’? Well, I don’t think so. How can they find me here? No one knew where I stay besides my aunt and best friend.
But then again, father could have use all his resources to find me” Sunye was having a confused thought of her own.
Ji Yong stood up again and realized how small Sunye is yet she sounded bigger than she is. There is definitely something about her that ‘disturbed’ Ji Yong emotionally.
Ji Yong looked straight at her fiery eyes and was about to open his mouth when once again Joo stopped him and said “I’m sorry for whatever he did but I’m sure he didn’t mean it. Sorry once again” Joo bowed down to Sunye and Sunye was somehow taken aback.
The café at the time was extraordinarily quiet and you could even hear a pin drop sounds. Everybody was waiting for something to happen, its like a scene in the movie where they are anticipating what will happen next.
Sunye didn’t say a word after Joo’s apology and she was still staring at Ji Yong.
Ji Yong in the other hand was still standing and was looking at Sunye’s eyes without even blinking. He isn’t sure what he feels at the moment but the 10 seconds of staring between them was very electrifying.
For unknown reason, Ji Yong felt that he knew her for a long time and wanted to hug her despite what happens.
”Oh, Ji Yong. You must be freaking crazy to fall for someone like her” Ji Yong thought to himself. But he knew it wasn’t a lie because he already fell for the waitress.
Sunye decided to walk away because she couldn’t look into the guy’s eyes. She wasn’t sure whether it was because of her anger or because that the guy was the first one who dares to raise his voice in front of her.
Sunye grew up with men around and she is always the one who yells at them not the other way round. The men who are friends with Sunye knows that it is best not to make her angry or she will ‘turn’ into something else.
“Sunye, you better calm yourself down. This is your first day working and you cant afford to do anything wrong.” Sunye said to herself.
She was in so much anger that she didn’t realize she was about to hit into a wall partition that was in front of her.
