We spent the happiest week for this vacation in Japan, and both Jae and I started to love each other more. Since we get to share a room, and our love was of course safe from our parents. We had the best times of our lives without worrying about being find out, but people always say that when you start to lose your guard bad things will happen..
None of us would have guessed that our vacation was the beginning of our nightmare.. Jae and I were still loving each other innocently and thinking that if the world has only us would be prefect..
But this day..
“Yunnie! Stop splashing water on me, you are so mean!” Jae whined like a kid.
I smiled and kept on splashing water on Jae while both of us stood in the warm sea water around our waist level. Jae had shirt and swimming shorts on, while I was only wearing my swimming shorts. I insisted Jae to put his shirt on, because how can I let those perverted Japanese guys look at Jae’s beautiful body.. not even his upper body..
“Yunnie! Stop!” Jae whined with his sweet voice.
I smiled and walked over to him: “You are such a kid Jae, you don’t even fight back.”
“Aish.. I can’t see anything when you splash water in my eyes.. and look, you got my hair all messed up.” Jae said and pouted.
I looked around and quickly placed a kiss on his pouting lips, Jae gasped: “Yunnie!”
“Don’t worry, Umma wasn’t around.” I answered.
Jae smiled and then suddenly he splashed water on me: “Haha.. got you!”
“Aish.. you little..” I chased after him and pulled him down into the water.
We played happily till Jae said he needs to use the bathroom..
I asked if he wanted me to go with him, and he said no that he will be back soon. I knew I should have gone with him, but then, I didn’t think much and I wanted to buy drinks for Jae and myself.
I walked the opposite way of Jae, and bought two drinks then I quickly rushed back to where I separated with Jae and waited for him. Jae doesn’t know how to speak Japanese but I think he will be fine going to the bathroom by himself.
I waited.. and waited.. and waited.. and I started to panic.. WHERE DID JAE GO?
I dropped the two drinks on the ground and in my heart I knew something was wrong, I rushed toward the bathroom. Then I heard guys speaking in Japanese, and it seemed that there were more than one guys in there..
“Don’t let him move.”
“Hold him still..”
“Ahh.. help.. help.. (Korean)” Jae’s voice..
I widened my eyes and I kicked open the door, then what I saw was something I want to kill myself for.
“YAH!” I yelled in the loudest and scariest voice ever.
There were four Japanese guys who looked over at me, and Jae was in the middle of them and his shirt and swimming shorts were already gone. He was trying to cover his private parts, but the guys were holding onto his hands..
Jae was crying madly, and the four guys turned over to look at me..
“Let go of him!” I yelled away.
“This is none of your business! Get out!”
“Shut up! You all let go of him before I kill you!” I yelled and stepped over.
The four guys lets go of Jae, and smirked at me..
“You think you can fight all four of us?” One of the taller guy said.
“Yunho ah..” Jae called and cried none stop.
“Jaejoong ah! Don’t be scared! I am here!” I tried to calm Jae down.
Then I throws a punch at the guy who just talked, and he fall down on the ground. The other three guys watched that and they all came to me. I tried my best fighting all of them, and because I have learned how to fight before I can get away from some of the punches.
But, the four of them fighting together, I really couldn’t block all the punches. They were all punching toward my face, and I felt the bottom of my lips started to bleed.
“Ah! Yunho ah! Be careful.” Jae yelled.
I turned over and I saw a guy came over with a big wooden stick, and I didn’t get away on time, the stick hits my head very hard. I felt dizzy and fall on the ground.
“Who told you to come here and ruin our time?” A guy said, “You bastard”
Then, they started to kick and punch me, I felt my eyes getting heavy and my head started to spin. I could hear Jae’s crying voice in the corner.. and suddenly, the door opened again..
“HEY! STOP HERE!” A deep voice called.
When I opened my eyes, my vision was so blurry, and I couldn’t really see anything. When I stood up, I suddenly couldn’t feel, hear, or see anything..
The next thing I know was that I was laying on a bed, and I looked around the room. It seemed to be a hospital.. I looked around and I saw Appa and Umma sleeping on the chair against the wall, and I looked down I saw Jae sleeping with his head down on the bed.
I smiled and wanted to reach him, but my whole body hurts so bad and I couldn’t even lift my arm up..
Jae woke up by my movement..
“YUNHO!” Jae yelled, “APPA! UMMA! YUNHO IS AWAKE!”
Appa and Umma jumped up and rushed over to me, Umma: “Yunho ah.. are you okay? Are you feeling okay?”
“Yunho ah.. do you know what is going on?” Appa asked.
I smiled and nodded my head: “I am fine Appa and Umma! Jaejoong ah.. are you okay? Are you hurt?”
Jae suddenly started to cry so loud and so hard: “How can you ask me that when you are hurt so badly? Look at yourself, you are the one who is hurt. You bleed so much, and I thought you are died because no matter how I call your name, you just wouldn’t move. How can you scare me like that?”
I chuckled at Jae’s cuteness and whispered: “Stupid.. look at me, I am still alive.”
“Yunho ah.. why did you fight with those bad guys? Do you know it was so dangerous? You should have called the police.” Appa said.
“But Jae was in danger and I had to protect him.” I answered.
Umma and Appa looked at each other, and then sighed, Umma said: “You didn’t have to fight like there is no tomorrow. I will go call the doctor and check you up see when you can get out from the hospital.”
I nodded and Appa said: “I will go get the police officer who sent you here.”
Jae looked over at me and quickly whispered: “Yunho ah.. do you know who Appa and Umma are starting to get suspicious of us?”
“Why?” I asked and don’t really get what Jae meant.
“They kept on asking me weird questions. They think we are too close as in only brothers.” Jae said and looked down, “I don’t think I can sleep with you anymore. They are moving me to another room.”
“What? Why would they do that?” I asked, “That’s stupid! Let me talk to them.”
“No, Yunho! Don’t!” Jae said, “I am scared. Let’s just cool off for a while and don’t let them get too suspicious of us.”
I wanted to say something, but Appa walked in with the police and I just nodded my head a little, then the police sent Jae and Appa away. He started to ask me some questions about those guys and what happened. Then he told me to rest while and they will make sure those guys get what they deserved.
I sighed out in relief, and the police said: “By the way, someone would like to see you. I wasn’t the person who saved you actually one of my assistant did. He is not an actual police yet, but he works very hard. He is also Korean.”
I looked at the police and was confused, then I saw a familiar face walked into the room.
“TOP!” I called with a smile on my face.
TOP walked over and smiled: “You recognize me? Great! I thought you are just like Jae who forgot who I am already. I passed by Jae just now and he didn’t even recognize me.”
I smiled and tried to sit up: “I wouldn’t have recognized you if I didn’t look at you so carefully, oh my god, you are all grown up and look at you in that uniform. You look awesome. You saved me?”
TOP smiled and said: “Sorry, I came in a little late. Look at you.”
I looked down and smiled: “No, I am fine! Did you talk to Jae yet?”
“No, not yet! I was dealing with those guys just then, I will talk to him later. He got so much more prettier, you better watch him close in Japan.” TOP said as a warning.
I nodded: “I will, but why are you here? In Japan?”
“Oh, this is just an exchange program. I got the position, and plus, I want to work as a police who go between Korea and Japan.” TOP said, “I am just being an assistant right now.”
I nodded and patted on his shoulder: “You look great. Go talk to Jae, he must missed you a lot.”
TOP smiled shyly: “you really don’t mind?”
“Hey! Don’t even think about it!” I warned him playfully.
TOP smiled: “haha! Don’t worry!”
I smiled and watched TOP stepped out from my room, it was such a great feeling to see an old friend like that, but what Jae just said really made me worried..
