Five years passed.. I have been going to school with Yunho for all five years of our elementary school times, but this day is different, because Yunho already got into middle school. He is one year older than me, so he goes to middle year earlier than me too. I feel so lonely going to school by myself, but I know I will have to face this for a year till I can go to middle school with Yunho.
TOP has never done anything else to me after that fight he had with Yunho, because he was warned for the last time before they kick him out from the school. Throughout all these years, TOP has become nicer and grown up a lot more than people expected. He is still very tough, but he is only mean to those who bully over students already. He became a very respectful figure in the school and no one dares to break any rules when he is around.
TOP never did anything else to me, in fact, after Yunho left for middle school, TOP has been the one taking care of me most of the time. People knows, I have always been the one being picked on because of my appearance, but I could feel that TOP has been secretly protecting me..
“Jae! Are you ready yet?” Junsu’s voice echoed in the dressing room and trying to find my locker..
“Yes!” I answered and walked over to the door to meet up with him and Changmin. Junsu and Changmin became my best friends, and its PE class again, so we are changing into our PE uniforms in the locker room.
I saw Junsu and Changmin standing at the door waiting for me and I quickly walked over while the three of us stepped out from the locker room toward the gym.
“Students! We are going to play indoor dodge ball, so please get into two different groups.” The teacher said and holds up a ball.
All the students started to run to separate groups excitedly, and I stepped to the left with Junsu and Changmin. TOP walked over to my side also with two of his friends, then the teacher held up a hand and smiled: “Okay, we will have one person from each team to step out and see which team goes first.”
TOP stepped out and another guy stepped out from the other team, then the teacher throws the ball and TOP jumped up while catching the ball first and he turned back smirked at our team yelled, “GET READY!”
We all smiled at him and got into our position, Junsu smiled: “TOP is so good! I knew he would catch the ball.”
I nodded with a smile on my face, and Changmin said: “He changed so much and he is actually a very good leader now.”
I must agree with that and even I started to respect him as a Hyung. TOP throws the ball toward the other team and just himself knocked down five people in a roll, but the ball was caught by Ryan, a leader guy in the other group. Ryan smirked at TOP and yelled: “Get ready for revenge!”
TOP backed him toward my direction and I looked up nervously, then I saw a ball flies over my way as I quickly stepped away and TOP caught the ball in front of me. He turns over and hands me to ball: “Here! You throw it at them!”
I stared at TOP in disbelieve, and the other team started to laugh. Ryan: “Haha! TOP! Great job! You just passed the ball to the girly!”
“Don’t call him that!” TOP yelled.
I glared at the leader guy and walked over with the ball in my hand, TOP patted on my back and said: “Use all your strength, Jaejoong!”
I nodded and stared at the leader guy who is laughing at me. I held the ball in my head and throws it forward with all my strength, then I heard a loud “thud” sound as the Ryan kids lays on the ground with a red mark on his face.
“OMO!” I widened my eyes.
“YAY! JAEJOONG!” Junsu and Changmin yelled and started to hug onto me as the others picked me up and cheering for me also.
I looked over at TOP and he just smiled cutely at me. This is the type of smile I could always find on his face these days when he is looking at me.
After school..
I walked out from the school building and found TOP walking ahead of me a few steps, then I rushed over: “TOP! I called!”
TOP stopped walking and turned over: “Oh.. Jaejoong ah..”
“Thanks for giving me the ball today.” I felt the need to thank him.
TOP smiled and scratched his head: “I just wanted to get everyone involved into the game.”
“TOP.. why are you so nice to me now?” I asked innocently with the question that I had been wondering for so long.
TOP stopped walking and turned over: “I.. I just felt sorry for what I did to Yunho.. I.. I was too young and I don’t think much back then.. but when I think about it now.. I think I was very evil. I am still TOP but I want to use my strength to beat the evilness not being evil myself.. Erm.. I don’t really know how to explain my feelings, but, I want to help people and beat bad people.”
I blinked a few times at TOP’s serious face and trying to seek for a work to explain his feelings, and then I smiled sweetly: “Then I think you should be a police when you grow up. So you can use your strength to beat all the bad people who hurt others.”
“Police?” TOP asked and turned back to me.
I nodded and smiled as I patted TOP on the shoulder: “You would be a great police officer! TOP officer!”
TOP smiled shyly and covered his face a little, and this is the first time I have seen such a tough guy smiling like that in front of me. I smiled with him and walked home with him together.. this day we talked a lot, and I found out TOP wasn’t as scary as I once thought..

Yunho’s pov..
I got into middle school, but to be honest, I am so worried about Jaejoong. What if someone pick on him again? What if TOP hits him again? I am so worried and I couldn’t concentrate at all during my middle school days.
“Yunho ah.. look at that girl over there.. she is so hot!” Yoochun said and pointed at a Noona who just walked past our classroom.
Yoochun has been like that ever since he entered middle school, and he always point out good looking girls who are in upper class than us. He seems to be really interested in those pretty girls, and he always talk to me about girls. In fact, there are many girls like him also.
However, I feel so outside of the box when I think about these things. I can’t think about any girl or get interested in any girl. What is wrong with me? If Yoochun is looking at girls all the time, then I should be doing that too right?
“What?” I asked blurrily and looked over at Yoochun.
Yoochun sighed: “Yunho ah.. when are you going to start your puberty? Geez.. look at all those hot girls in our school.. do you ever get interest in girls?”
I blinked a few times and I question myself on that too. How come I don’t ever like any girl in our class or upper class.. sure, there are many hot girls walking around, but I always think Jaejoong can be prettier than any of them.. but Jae is a guy! How can I compare him with girls in my school?
I hit myself on the head a few time, and Yoochun started at me weirdly: “What is wrong with you?”
“I don’t know.. Yoochun ah.. I think its weird too, how come I don’t get interested in girls like you do?” I asked Yoochun.
Yoochun sighed: “Because you are too slow! Stupid! Here, look at that girl over there.. the one with the pink hair band.. go over there and ask for her number. She is cute and she suits you very well!”
“Really?” I asked him in disbelief and high doubts that the girl suits me.
Yoochun nodded: “She is really pretty, do you know how many guys had tried to ask her out and got rejected?”
I looked over at the girl.. sure.. she is kinda cute.. but.. nothing too special.. well, if she is so hard to get the maybe I will just get rejected if I ask her. So I shrugged and stood up as I walked over toward her desk.
“Erm.. H.. hello?” I said in a audible voice.
The girl who was chatting with her friends turned over and stared at me: “Yes?”
“My name is Jung Yunho!” I introduced myself.
She smiled sweetly: “Yea! I know you, you are in my class.”
“Oh.. yea.. that’s right..” I said and felt dumb, but she just smiled at me sweetly as her other friends walked away from us.
“Did you need something?” She asked me.
I looked back at Yoochun and he just showed me a victory sign. I sighed and turned back: “Erm.. I think you are really pretty.. do you mind being friends with me?”
She stared at me for a few seconds, and I thought she would reject me right away, because this is the first time I said something like this to a girl so I must sounded very stupid, but to my surprise, she covered her mouth as she widened her eyes: “Oh.. my.. are you serious? You want to be friends with me?”
I blinked a few times and questioned her back: “Erm.. that’s what I just said.. right?”
“Wow! Of course, Yunho!” The girl replied and I almost fall on the ground. What? She accepted? That easy? I turned back to Yoochun and he just smiled at me and nodding his head.
What the heck? What did I just got myself into? Oh well.. she is pretty.. but do I even like her? Erm.. I don’t even know.. well, maybe I will start to like her if I get to know her more. It is about time I get a girlfriend anyways.
“Then can I have your number?” I asked again.
The girl quickly ripped out a paper and wrote down her number as she handed it to me carefully, then she blushed: “Here you go! Yunho ah.. do you mind walking home with me today after school?”
I looked over at Yoochun and he was nodding his head crazily, then I said: “Oh.. yea.. sure..”
The girl smiled and said: “Thank you!”
I walked back to my seat and felt so weird but a little excited. This is going to be my first date. The girl is very pretty indeed.. oh shoot.. I didn’t even ask for her name.. I slapped my face and Yoochun looked over at me..
“See? It’s not that bad!” Yoochun said, “You will be very popular!”
I sighed: “Whatever! But I don’t even know what to do with girls.”
Yoochun smirked: “Don’t worry.. I will tell you everything I do with girls right now, and you can maybe use some of it. I am the genius when it comes to make a girl smile and like me back.”
I nodded as Yoochun started to pass me his skills of dating girls.. and I found this world being very amazing.. there are so many things I have never thought or experienced before..
