All students of Kaika High are designing their classrooms for they will celebrate their cultural festival tomorrow. Everyone was helping each other to make their classrooms and clubs look good.
“Hey, let’s put it there.” The girl told her classmate.
“No, it will look good if we put it there.” She contradicted.
“But it’s more attractive to the eye there.” The first one insisted.
“Hey, hey, that’s not going to be good if you’ll fight.” The class president said.
“Sorry.” They both said and started working again.
“NeeSah,” the class president called.
“Yeah?” she answered as she went near her.
“What’s the matter? You look disturbed today?” the class president asked worriedly.
“Oh, nothing. I’m okay. Thanks for the concern.” NeeSah answered with a smile.
“Are you sure?” she asked.
“Yeah, thanks!” NeeSah answered.
“Oh, okay. Can you please help me with the scripts? I’m not yet done at distributing them to the participants.” She asked as she hands
“Oh, sure.” NeeSah answered as she takes the other scripts from the president.
“There are names there. The owner’s name, please give it to them and tell them to memorize it for tomorrow’s presentation. They are just small lines…” the girl said.
“Okay.” NeeSah said and left.
NeeSah started distributing the scripts to her classmates. They all said thanks to her. After doing her assigned job, she sat down and KiBum arrived. He sat beside her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
“KiBum, don’t do it here.” NeeSah said.
“It’s okay. No one’s watching.” KiBum said and giggled.
“Ha-ha.” NeeSah laughed fake.
“Ha-ha.” Kibum imitated.
“Pabo.” NeeSah mocked.
“Thanks.” Kibum said.
“Yah!” NeeSah said and slapped slightly his arm.
“That doesn’t hurt. You want me to give you an example?” KiBum asked.
“Give me.” NeeSah ordered.
KiBum raised his right hand, pretending that he would slap NeeSah’s arm. NeeSah closed her eyes and covered her arm. But nothing landed her arm, expect, a tight hug from Kibum. She was surprised.
“I just want you to know that I’m here. No matter how sad you are, I will make you laugh and smile.” KiBum said.
NeeSah smiled and said “Thanks, Bummie.” She said.
“Aww, it’s been a while since I heard you call me Bummie.” KiBum said, crossing his arms.
“Oh, yeah… I noticed it.” NeeSah said.
“You’ve been busy with games and you’re pressured so much.” KiBum said.
“Yeah…” NeeSah agreed, bowing her head and glued her eyes on her foot.
“So, how’s your foot now?” Kibum asked.
“It’s getting okay… pretty fast” she lied, it’s getting batter but in a slow pace.
“I see. That’s a good sign that you can play at your last game.” He said.
“Yeah, I thought that also.” she answered.
“Why are you sad? You should be happy.” Kibum said, confused.
“Yeah…” she said and faked a smile at him.
“Yeah, fake.” Kibum said and messed NeeSah’s hair.
“HEY! You mess a boy’s hair not a girl’s hair!” she said as she fixes her hair clip.
“HAHA!” Kibum laughed.

Walking home… Kibum and NeeSah was walking their way home.
“Hey, want an ice cream today?” Kibum asked as they passed by an ice cream store.
“Only if you’d treat me.” NeeSah answered.
“Of course.” He said.
They entered the ice cream store. NeeSah sat on a table for two while Kibum orders. After a minute, he went to the table, sat down and gave the Mint flavored ice cream to NeeSah.
“YAY!” she said and licked.
“You really like mint huh?” he asked.
“Yeah.” She said.
“How come? I’ve been with since we’re little kids but I didn’t get to know why you super like that flavor.” He asked.
“Oh… it’s just my favorite. I got used to eating this flavor.” She said.
“Any better reasons?” he asked.
“Uhm, this is the flavor of the first ice cream I ate with my daddy.” She said.
“Oh, I see.” He said.
NeeSah smiled and licked again. [Yum!]
After almost an hour of staying inside the store [for air con!:))], they both went home.
“I’m here.” She told Kibum.
“Okay, sweetie, take care and don’t sleep so late, okay?” he reminded.
“Yes, sir.” She said.
“Hehe. I love you.” he said and kissed her forehead then her cheeks. He was going to kiss her lips when NeeSah covered her lips.
“Oops, not here.” She said and giggled, covering her lips.
KiBum smiled. “Fine. I love you.” he said.
“Love you too!” NeeSah said and ran towards the door. “See ya tomorrow!” she said, waved good bye and entered.
Kibum sighed with a smile. “I love her… I love you so much.” He whispered and then went walking again.

The following day,
Fireworks were screaming on the air. [Am I right? Screaming? The right word isn’t entering my mind so I used this. HAHAs^^] Students were walking all over the campus, others were having a chat under tree shades and others were buying foods from stalls. There were some parents and teachers are talking to others.
“Please come by later, our presentation is made just for you.” a boy said as he distributes flyers for their presentation.
Inside the classroom, participants of the presentation are getting ready.
“Gosh, I’m so nervous.” MeiRin said as she wears her costume.
“Don’t be.” NeeSah said as she curls her hair.
“Hey, you’ll look beautiful, I’m sure.” MeiRin said as she sat beside NeeSah.
“Oh really?” she asked sarcastically.
“And I’m sure; KiBum will fall and fall for you. Haha!” MeiRin said.
“Haha.” NeeSah faked a laugh.
“Yeah, right.” MeiRin said as she rolled her eyes.
“Hehe.” NeeSah laughed. “There, done.” She said. She looks at the mirror, her reflection.
“Wow, you’re good at fixing your hair huh. Imagine doing that curls alone.” MeiRin said.
“I’m used to it.” She said and stood up.
“Today, you’ll be a damsel in distress.” MeiRin said looked at NeeSah’s costume.
“Then?” she asked.
“Then, who’s your knight in shining armor?” MeiRin asked, not knowing who the leading man is.
“RyeoWook?” she answered, unsure of it.
“Oh… he must be the damsel because he looks more of a girl.” MeiRin joked.
“And who’ll be the knight, ME?” NeeSah asked, emphasizing ‘me’.”
“SHOULD BE!” MeiRin answered and covered herself with the book.
“I’m not gonna slap you.” NeeSah said.
“Really?” she asked.
“I’ll change into my costume now. Wait here.” She said and entered the changing room.
After a minute, KiBum arrived and NeeSah went out from the changing room.
“Wow, you look pretty with that.” KiBum said in amazement.
“Well.” NeeSah said in a cool way.
“That’s my girl.” Kibum proudly said.
“I envy NeeSah. You know why?” MeiRin said.
“Why?” he asked.
“Because she haves a guy like Kibum. Sweet, caring, understanding… and everything!” MeiRin explained.
“Well, perfect persons really match each other.” Kibum boasted.
“What do you mean PERFECT? Who’s perfect, YOU?” NeeSah asked.
“Who else?” Kibum asked.
“Pabo.” NeeSah said and started applying light make up on her face.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we are the third year class B. We are here to present you a little show titled “The Baseball Princess” the student said.
Everybody clapped.
NeeSah went out from the backstage and started acting her role. She walked across the stage, dressed in a princess’ gown. Everybody was surprised and amazed by how she looks in a gown for it’s the first time she wore one.
[At the middle part of the play]
“Hey, there, baseball fanatic princess!” a girl shouted. It was MeiRin, the antagonist.
“What do you want, mean maggot?” She replied, turning around to look at MeiRin.
“This will be the last time you’ll walk at this field! I’ll kill you!” she shouted and ran smoothly across the stage, towards NeeSah.
NeeSah faked her scream and a boy came out from the backstage.
“Don’t you ever dare touch my princess!” he shouted.
It caused MeiRin to stop running and look at his direction. It was RyeoWook! RyeoWook ran towards NeeSah and shielded her.
“Get away from this, lousy prince! You’re not suited to protect that baseball fanatic princess!” MeiRin shouted.
“I’ll do everything to protect my princess! Even if baseball is the only thing she’s in love with.” RyeoWook answered.
“Wow, RyeoWook is a good one. It seems like he’s a real prince there…” DongHae said.
“Hmp! I should be the one doing that role.” Kibum pouted.
“Aww, look at the little boy here. He’s jealous of RyeoWook being NeeSah’s leading man.” DongHae mocked.
“Shut up.” KiBum said.
They talked so much that they noticed the play was going to end already.
“Thanks for saving me, Prince RyeoWook.” NeeSah delivered her lines.
“It’s nothing, my Princess NeeSah.” He said and hugged her.
“Aish! Hugging her pisses me!” KiBum said.
“Come on, you hug her almost every minute, give RyeoWook time to hug her now.” DongHae said and stuck out his tongue at KiBum.
RyeoWook was going to kiss NeeSah.
“NO!!!” KiBum shouted and the curtains went down. Everybody clapped their hands except for KiBum who was absent minded and ashamed of what he did.
“Man, you’re over acting.” DongHae said.
Backstage,
“Whew, that was a good one!” the leader said, the class president. “Congratulations everybody!” she added.
“Thanks! AND congratulations also to all of us!” they all said in unison.

“Man, I really thought he was going to kiss you.” KiBum said. KiBum, NeeSah, DongHae and MeiRin were walking their way home.
“Gosh, it was one heck of a happy day!” MeiRin exclaimed.
“I wish it’ll all happen again.” DongHae said.
“Yeah, but not that scene.” KiBum said, crossed arms.
“Hey, come on! Let’s eat ice cream!” MeiRin said.
“Okay!” NeeSah and DongHae agreed and ran towards the ice cream store.
“Wha-?! Did they just ignore me?” KiBum grumped.
