TaeYeon ran to the second base, to the third and to the last. And she made a home run.
“1-0. In favor of HanBei Middle High.” the girl announcer said.
MeiRin went to NeeSah and helped her stand up.
“Are you okay?” MeiRin asked.
“Yeah.” NeeSah answered.
“NeeSah.” KiBum said.
“Jeez, I think her foot still hurts.” DongHae said.
“Shhh.” KiBum said.
“Sorry.” DongHae said.
The game went on. They were on their same places and the next batter is SeoHyun.
MeiRin threw her pitch and SeoHyun was able to hit it.
It went to NeeSah again. [For they really intend to do it]
NeeSah caught it but she wasn’t able to throw it fourth base because
SeoHyun was on the home base. It was another home run.
“Wha--? How was she able to get in there that fast?!” NeeSah asked.
“Wow that was pretty fast.” DongHae said in amazement.
“2-0 in favor of HanBei Middle high.” the girl announcer said.
They went back to their places again and this time, Sunny was the third batter. [LOLZ, SNSD]
MeiRin did her pitch and Sunny hit it again towards NeeSah.
It was a fast hit but NeeSah was able to catch it.
“SAFE!” the umpire shouted.
“Fourth batter, Minami.” the girl announcer said.
MeiRin did her fastball and it was a strike.
She then threw a simple shot and it was a strike again.
The third one, Minami was able to hit it, but a little away from NeeSah.
Karen, the second baseman shouted that she will catch it.
“I’ll catch it!” she shouted and ran.
She caught it and Minami was out.
“Fifth batter, ChaeYoung.” the girl announcer said.
Sunny was on the fourth base and it was ChaeYoung’s turn to bat.
MeiRin did her fast ball and ChaeYoung hit it towards NeeSah’s direction.
It landed, NeeSah threw it to the fourth base and ChaeYoung was out.
But Sunny made a home run.
“3-0 in favor of HanBei Middle High.” the girl announcer said.
“Sixth batter, Ana.” the girl announcer said.
Ana went to the batting zone.
MeiRin did a fast ball and Ana hit it towards NeeSah again.
***Hm… I think they’re into something…*** MeiRin thought.
“Hey, DongHae, did you notice, they always hit it towards NeeSah.” KiBum said.
“Yeah, I noticed that also!” DongHae said.
“They’re probably planning on sending her out from the game…
They know about her injury.” the coach said.
NeeSah wasn’t able to catch it. It landed on the ground.
Ana ran throughout the all bases and made a home run.
“4-0 in favor of HanBei Middle High.” the announcer said.
“Seventh batter, Komori.” the announcer added.
Komori went in to the batting zone and focused.
MeiRin found about their plan so she decided to make her knuckle ball.
Knuckle ball was MeiRin’s signature shot.
All of her pitches were strike.
“Strike three, batter out! Change!” the umpire shouted.
The team players shifted. It was Kaika’s turn to score.
But before the second inning started, MeiRin said something.
“I noticed that they’re hitting their shots towards you.” She whispered to NeeSah.
“I noticed it also.” she said.
“Be careful… they’re into something.” MeiRin said.
“Thanks.” NeeSah said and went to their base.

“7-4 in favor of HanBei Middle High.” the announcer said.
It was the fifth inning; NeeSah’s foot is starting to feel numb
as she plays continuously, doing her pitches and runs for the past two innings.
She went to the third base, still catching her breath, walking differently.
KiBum watched her as she goes to her base.
“I think you should stop her from playing.” Kibum told FeiLin.
“I already told her… but she would not say yes.” FeiLin answered.
“Damn it. Why is she so determined to win?” KiBum groaned.
The fifth inning started and all the audiences were quiet.
NeeSah presented to pitch. It was SeoHyun who will bat.
NeeSah did her fast ball and it was a strike.
She suddenly forced her right foot and a stinging pain came as it landed the ground.
Her face became dismayed and hurt but she did not make any sound.
“Strike!” the umpire shouted.
She then did a fast ball; again, it was a strike…
But it hurts her foot again.
Last, it was another strike.
“Strike three, batter out!” the umpire shouted.
“Second batter, Yoona.” the girl announcer said.
Yoona went into the batting zone and concentrated.
NeeSah had no any chance but to make the same pitches.
Another three consecutive strikes and the batter was out.
“Third batter, ChaeYoung.” the announcer said.
She had no any chance left… but to do the same pitches.
Even though it hurts her foot so much…
It’s the only chance to win.

“Sixth inning, Kaika’s turn to score.” the announcer said.
“First batter, SaeJin.” the announcer added.
ShoRi pitched and SaeJin hit it.
She ran through all the bases and made it to the fourth base.
“SAFE!” the umpire shouted.
“Second batter, Karen.” the announcer said.
ShoRi pitched and Karen hit it.
She ran through the third base and she was safe.
SaeJin ran to the home base and it was a home run.
“Third batter, NeeSah.” the announcer said.
ShoRi pitched and NeeSah hit it.
She ran to the second base but the ball was caught first.
She was out but Karen made a home run.
“7-6 in favor of HanBei Middle High.” the announcer said.
“Seventh inning, HanBei’s turn to score.” the announcer added.

Seventh inning… HanBei made a two home run, so they got nine points all in all.
Kaika still haves six points all in all.
On the eighth inning, Kaika was able to make two home runs so they now have
eight points all in all.
On the ninth inning, NeeSah’s foot was already swollen.
She went to the comfort room first for they asked for a time-out.
She checked her foot and it is already swollen.
It hurts… just a little because of the medicine she intake earlier.
Ninth inning started, HanBei’s turn to score.
NeeSah was again on the third base…
And their shots are consecutively thrown towards her making her run.
HanBei was able to make one home runs so they have ten points all in all.
“Last inning, Kaika’s turn to score.” the announcer said.
“10-8 in favor of HanBei Middle High.” the announcer added.
“We must score three points.” FeiLin told the team.
“YES!” the shouted and went to the field after it.
“NeeSah, are you still going to play?” Kibum asked.
“Of course.” she answered.
“But how about your foot? I know it’s hurting now.” he said.
“Who said? Its okay.” she answered and went to the field.
She waited for her turn to bat.
“First batter, SaeJin.” the announcer said.
SaeJin went into the batting zone and focused.
ShoRi focused her pitch also.
***I must hit a home run…*** SaeJin thought.
ShoRi pitched and SaeJin hit it with all her force.
It flew up so high… it hit the fences.
SaeJin was able to go to the fourth base.
“SAFE!” the umpire shouted.
“Second batter, Karen.” the announcer said.
Karen went into the batting zone and focused.
ShoRi threw her pitch and Karen was able to hit it with all her force.
It hit the fences and Karen was able to go to the third base.
“SAFE!” the umpire shouted.
“Third batter, NeeSah.” the announcer said.
NeeSah went into the batting zone.
ShoRi focused her eyes on NeeSah and NeeSah did the same thing.
ShoRi then threw her pitch as fast and strong as she can but NeeSah was able to hit it.
It flew up high…
“WHAT?!” ShoRi shouted.
“DO ANYTHING TO CATCH IT!!!” She shouted.
“Okay!” ChaeYoung shouted…
But it was impossible. NeeSah started running.
To the second base… to the third…
The ball flew up and went out of the fences.
She made it to the fourth base and it was a home run.
“HOME RUN!” the umpire shouted.
NeeSah was standing at the fourth base, catching her breath.
Suddenly, her eyesight became blurred as she catches her breath.
“I… I can’t see…” she muttered… as she falls to the ground.
“NEESAH!” KiBum shouted and ran immediately going to her.
He was able to catch her. She breathes so fast and her face was red.
“Stretcher!” the coach shouted and the medical team immediately get one.
“What happened?” MeiRin asked as the other team members ran towards them.
“She fainted.” DongHae answered.
“NeeSah, wake up!” Kibum said as he shakes her.
“She’s trembling.” DongHae said as he noticed her trembling.
The stretcher came and they put NeeSah there.
KiBum, DongHae, MeiRin and FeiLin went to the hospital with NeeSah.
And their coach was left to accept the trophy.
