The two of them started walking again. “Your first game is later, right? HanBei Middle High was your opponent, if I’m not mistaken.” KiBum asked. “Yep. I wish we’ll win there... if we do win, it’ll be a good start for us.” NeeSah replied. “Oh sure you’ll win. I saw the team had improved a lot.” KiBum said. “Yeah... everybody’s excited with the game.” NeeSah said.

“Hey, guys, you ready for the game?” Mori asked. Mori was the leader of the team. She’s from class 4A and is really addicted in playing Baseball. “Yes!” everybody answered. Everybody was fixing their selves and putting everything in order, balls, bats, caps and their shirts.
“Okay, everything’s settled, then, let’s go to Miyama Baseball Field!” “YES!” everybody answered. Everybody went outside the head quarters and went to the van that will take them to the baseball field, the team manager FeiLin, the coach Mr. Sol and the team. KiBum and DongHae will be watching too.

There are no classes on that day at Kaika High. There were some students watching the game. KiBum and DongHae were sitting at the team’s side. Everybody in the team was warming up on the field because it’s their turn for the warm ups. Someone was doing stretching, and others were practicing their pitching and batting. You were at the center of the field and MeiRin was at her place to catch your pitch.
“YAWN. I’m so excited for their game.” DongHae said. “But I’m sleepy too...” he added. “You better not sleep at their game or I’ll whack you with NeeSah’s bat.” KiBum warned. “Yeah, I know... I’ll watch their game, of course. I’m a die hard fan of them.” DongHae said.
“Hmm, there’s something wrong with the other team...” FeiLin said looking curiously at the other team. “What do you mean?” KiBum asked standing next to FeiLin. “There’s someone missing from them...” FeiLin replied. “Missing?”
“The team’s number one batter is not there.” Mr. Sol interrupted. “Right, she’s not there. I wonder why...” FeiLin agreed. “There was news that says her shoulders were injured and is temporarily resting...” Mr. Sol said. “Ohh, yeah, I remember, their game with MinSo Middle High... she pushed herself to the limit and her shoulder was injured after that. She was brought to the hospital and doctors told her she can’t play baseball in the mean time...” FeiLin said.
“Oh... I don’t know anything about them...” KiBum said. “That’s because you’ve focused only on NeeSah.” FeiLin said pushing slightly KiBum’s forehead with her index finger. “Hahaha!” Kibum laughed. He then sat down beside DongHae.
“Speaking of their number batter, what’s her name?” KiBum asked. “Well, the record says she’s Chin ShoRi... she was a student also from Kaika but transferred to HanBei Middle High when she turned grade 5.” FeiLin said. “ShoRi? Isn’t she your admirer when you’re still preschoolers?” DongHae asked.
“Admirer?” Mr. Sol and FeiLin asked in union. “Hey, you blabber mouth! I told you not to spit that thing out!” KiBum said in embarrassment while messing DongHae’s hair. “Hey, you’re not telling us anything... do NeeSah know about this?” FeiLin asked curiously.
“Yep, she does know about this. In fact, she was teasing me to ShoRi back when we’re still preschoolers. But that was back then, there’s nothing else! And I know ShoRi has found someone who deserves her love.” KiBum said looking at NeeSah. “Ooh...” the three said in union.

“21-20 in favor of Kaika High. This is last inning...” the first commentator announced.
“Last inning, Kaika’s pitcher Kim NeeSah.” the second commentator announced. “It’s the last inning. Gosh, I’m so excited.” DongHae said. “They should get the points here. Good luck, NeeSah!” FeiLin shouted. “Yo, KiBum, you should be cheering for your girlfriend.” DongHae said. “Fine. YO!!! NEESAH, GO FOR IT!!!” KiBum shouted.
“Gosh, KiBum, you’re wild.” DongHae said looking at KiBum who was going to sit now. “You told me to cheer for her, right? She told me not to shout but you pushed me.” KiBum said. “WHAT? I don’t know about that.” DongHae said.
“Go NeeSah! You can do that!” MeiRin cheered. And so, everybody cheered also. After a while, the field became quiet again.
“KiBum... I told him not to shout.” NeeSah thought. She then concentrated at the pitcher. The pitcher lifted her left foot and threw the ball with her full strength. NeeSah was able to hit the ball and it flew very high. “My pitch... she was able to... hit it.” the pitcher moaned looking at the high flying ball. NeeSah started to run to the first base as she watches the ball.
The center fielder was trying to catch the ball but it went over the fence and landed on the outside field. NeeSah stopped running on the second base and MeiRin shouted. “YAY!”
“It was a homerun!” the second commentator said. “Kaika High is the winner!” the first commentator added. Cheers were heard all over the field. The team was jumping in joy and MeiRin and the leader went running towards NeeSah. “WE WON!” FeiLin shouted.

“Just as I’ve though... you’re getting a lot stronger, NeeSah. We’ll meet again at the finals and by that time, I’ll be taking away all that’s yours... including HIM.” ShoRi said and laughed with an evil laughter. She was watching NeeSah’s game at her room, which was only lighted by the television’s light, sitting in her bed while drinking wine.
