Selina entered Wang Co and everyone was glad to see her. She forced out smiles and continued
her way to Jiro's office. As she past by her old secretary desk, her eyes lingered there for a second
or two and then continued towards Jiro's double doors.
Selina: Hey
Jiro: Selina, sit we need to talk. He said as he got up from his chair and led Selina to sit down.
Selina: Jiro, get a hold of yourself. She said. She looked at her love one who looked haggard
and restless. She has never seen him like this. It hurt her to see him at this state.
Jiro: Selina, please listen to me.
Selina: No, Jiro, you listen to me. You need to get a hold of yourself. Even if I'm gone, you
have to carry on and live your life to the fullest. If you let yourself go, your company will die
down, and many people will lose their jobs.
Jiro: But without you here, every thing is a mess.
Selina: Before, I came here, everything was alright. Why can't everything go back to the old
ways. Wang Co was doing find even when I wasn't here.
Jiro: But when you are here everything is much better. Plus, I'm in love with you. He addes softly.
Selina: No you're not. Even if you are, you will get over it. Go back to your old ways.
Jiro: I can't. You changed me. How do you expect me to go back once I found something so precious to me?
Selina: Well, if you have had cherished it better then this day would never come.
Jiro: Selina, look me in the eyes and say that you don't love me.
Selina: Took a deep breath and stared at him. I... Do... NOT.... love you.
Jiro fell back in his chair in astonished. Selina stared at him with sadness that filled her eyes.
Selina: I'm sorry Jiro. She whispered and she leaned down to kiss him on the cheeck for the last time and then left.
Jiro sat still and didn't even bother to watch her leave. It was over... it was really over this time.
Despair and pain overwhelmed his heart and tears started to swell up in his eyes. For the first time,
he is crying for a woman that wasn't even related to him. What power did Selina have that makes
the almighty Jiro cry? He just couldn't take the fact that someone he has fell in love so deeply have
finally left him and she will never come back. This pain was something he hasn't taste in soo long.
He was always the one that give the pain to the females that are around him but this time, its vice versea,
he was the one that was in pain now. He finally realized that this pain that he gave to other was unbearable.
Though, he wasn't the only one in pain now. Selina was deeply hurt by saying she doesn't love him when the
fact is she is deeply and desparately in love with a man that hurt her so much. She has finally had it. She doesn't
want to be hurt anymore. She wants to get away. All she ever wanted in her life was to find someone that she loves
and that someone that loves her back. She knows Jiro loved and she knows that she loves him back but because
every time she trusted him too deeply, he would always end up disappointing her and causing her pain. Why not
let go of this man that cause her so much pain and live a better life instead? But by giving up on him, she is also
giving up her one shot of happiness with the man that she truely loves. There will be no other man in the world
that can replace Jiro in her heart but its time for her to move on and try even though Jiro is the man for her.
Ella Hospital Room-
Once again Chun has fell asleep next to Ella. She still hasn't waken up yet but the doctors have concluded
that she will wake up soon because last time they check there was a moment when her heart rate went up
a little and then back down. (When she moved her finger.) Suddenly, Ella's fingers started to move again.
Too bad Chun was asleep to see it happen. Slowly and magicaly, Ella's eyes fluttered up. She stayed still
and looked around at her surrounding then she realize that something was holding her hand and she smiled
for Chun fell asleep on her hand. She took her other and hand and ran it down his face's features.
Ella: I miss you. She whispered.
It was like a lightening shock through Chun's body when he heard Ella's voice. He immeditaly woke up.
He sat up and looked at the smiling Ella in front of his eyes. He couldn't believe it. He rubbed his eyes
to make sure this wasn't a dream. She giggled and took his hands and placed it on her heart.
Ella: You see, this heart is beating for you and only you. She said softly.
Chun: was so happy and he immediatly held her into his arms. Oh God, this woman is killing me. He muttered as
he buried his head into her hair.
"I love you, you know that right?" She asked.
"Difinatly." He said and then kissed her.
She responded to this kiss. He inhaled every scent of her. This was the kiss that he missed so much, the kiss that
he has been longing for. The kiss that slowly kills him each every moment. This woman was his only weakness.
After a long and passionate kiss, she finally pulled away but he wasn't satified but it will do for now.
"Shouldn't you get the doctor now?" She asked.
Chun smiled. "Good to know that, you still remember how to be a nurse." He said and then pressed the button to
call the doctors.
10 minutes later-
Doctor: She is good to go! Thank God that you are finally back Ella, Dr. Wu is a mess without his nurse.
Chun: Dr. Lam! She doesn't need to know that.
Ella: Blushed. Aww isn't that cute! The almight Dr. Wu can't do anything without Ms. Chen!
Doctor: That should be Mrs. Wu.
Chun&Ella: Huh?
Doctor: I think that Dr. Wu should muster up the courage and finally ask your hand in marriage.
Chun: Alright alright Dr. Lam, I think its time for you to leave and visit other patients.
Doctor: Gotcha! He said and then left but before he went out of the door, he winked.
Ella and Chun just laughed. Chun was packing up Ella's clothings into the duffle bag.
Ella: How are our friends? She asked. I have been unconscience for quiet a while, how are they doing.
Chun: Shakes his head and dispare. Aaron and Jiro? Not too good. But on the bright side, Rainie and Calvin
are engaged and getting ready to get married soon.
Ella: Good for them but I didn't mean Jiro and Aaron. I ment Selina and Hebe.
Chun: OH! Well... Selina quit her job as Jiro's secretary and Hebe went back to the States.
Ella: Oh. She said softly. So Hebe won't be here.
Chun: Saw the sadness in her eyes and hugged her. It will be alright, she will have to come back since Rainie and
Calvin are getting married soon, and I'm pretty sure she is eagered to see you.
Ella: I guess, but if Selina quit her job, where does she work now?
Chun: She is still looking for a job. Jiro tried to get her stay but she just wouldn't.
Ella: Well you can't really blame her.
Chun: I know and so I don't but I'm pretty sure that Jiro is very remorsful. He really let himself and the company go.
Ella: Come on let's get out and go and visit him and Aaron. I want to congraulate Calvin and Rainie.
Chun: Sure.
New York City-
Hebe finally got back to work and works at a Yan Law Firm branch in New York City. She was fine here since
this isn't where she has to face Aaron everyday but that name would always pop up since this is his branch.
She couldn't find a job as a lawyer anywhere else. She kept in touch with Selina and Rainie. She even heard
that Rainie and Calvin are getting married soon. She is happy to them and she can relate to Selina.
Wang Co-
Aaron went to visit Jiro... well more like rip him off of his wine. Aaron ran out of wine and knew that Jiro keeps a
whole cabinet of the finest wine there and he wants to get some. He and Jiro has been drowning themselves
with alchol ever since Selina quit her job and Hebe went back to the States. They see no point in living now.
Calvin's Office-
Ella and Chun went to Calvin's office first to see him and so that all five of them can go to lunch together.
Chun: What are they up to now?
Calvin: Sighed. Same old same old. Aaron came to Jiro cause he ran out of wine and Jiro didn't bother to come
to the meeting this morning. At this rate, both of them will become... I don't even have words to describe them.
Ella: Come on. Let's get them and we can go to lunch together.
Calvin: I'm glad that you're finally a wake Ella.
Ella: Thanks. I heard about you and Rainie getting married soon.
Calvin: Yep. We thought that maybe our wedding and engagement might keep Hebe from leaving but no.
Chun: Patted his friend's back. Worth a try man. Let's go and get them before they become drunk.
Calvin: Trust me, they aren't drunk. They are drinking so much because they want to be come drunk but never works.
Lunch-
Ella, Chun, and Calvin watch Aaron and Jiro eat sluggishly and like they were zombies.
Ella: Can you guys act a little human? Did you guys try to explain to them?
Jiro: Its over. She talked to me this morning and it seems like she is ready to move on.
Calvin: I can be a witness. Rainie told me that Selina was going to see Jiro today.
Aaron: Just leave us be. At least somebody is happy in this world.
Ella: You two need to get a grip and get back on track. This feeling must hurt a lot. But mopping around doesn't do
anything good for you two. Get back on your feet and try to ask forgiveness no matter how many times they reject you.
Chun: Ella is right. It isn't right to see you two in pain like this. Get a hold of yourself.
Jiro: Easy for you to say. Ella is finally back and Calvin and Rainie are getting married soon.
Calvin: Yes it is easy for us to say and hard for you two to do but we just don't want to see you two throw your life in the trash.
Jiro: She was my life. He muttered.
Aaron: When I fell in love with her was when I really started living. He whispered.
Jiro: Seeing her go was something I never thought would happen to Jiro Wang. No woman have denied me but Selina did,
then accepted me but because of my screw ups, I pushed her over the cliff and now she is done with it. I have caused her
so much pain and I know that letting go of her is the best thing to do for her if I love her but my love for is more of possesion.
I want her to be with me. I don't want to see her happy with any other guy but me.
Selina was there all along. She heard everything he had to say. Though she wished she didn't because then she wouldn't
have second thoughts about moving back to France. Hearing and seeing how much he was in pain because of their separation,
was unbearable to her. Talking to him this morning was already tough enough but seeing him speak his feelings out loud,
even kills her more and more. She wants to be in his arms. She doesn't care how much he hurts her but now that she has been
hurt so many times, she is scared to get hurt again. The more falls and mistakes happen to you, the more you learn. She learned
that loving Jiro Wang was dangerous. Loving him was painful but loving him was the best thing she had ever done in her life.
She has been down this path of loving a playboy before but this love with Jiro Wang was different. It was filled with compassion
and all kind of emotions. It was a lively love that she couldn't take. It was a rollercoaster with too many falls. She believes in denstiny
and fate. She believes that if Jiro and her were destined and fated to be together, than they would.
Selina finally stepped towards Jiro and the rest. Aaron, Ella, Chun, and Calvin moved away letting Selina and Jiro have thier
personal space and some privacy.
Selina: If you really love me, then you would let me go. She said and sat down in front of him.
Jiro: But if I let you go, then it would be like I'm killing myself.
Selina: How could you be so selfish?
Jiro: Because I'm a man that people love and adore. I have never tried to return it.
Selina: Do you have any ideas how much hurt me? For a long time, I promised myself not to fall in love but one encounter with you just
ruined that promised. Slowly you seduced me and made me fall in love with you. You pushed your limits every time and I am always
left broken afterwards. How is that fair to me? How come I'm always the one suffering?
Jiro: That's not true.
Selina: Laughed a fake laugh. Really? You're hurting? Are you hurting as much as me?
Jiro: I don't know how much you're hurting but I am too. I'm hurting without you by my side. I'm hurting because I lost the love of my
life. I'm hurting because of my mistakes. My heart is in pain, a pain that I haven't experienced. This pain is unbearable and heart-
wrenching. I'm hurting because I hurt you.
Selina: I'm hurting because someone has hurt me. I'm in pain for someone that doesn't appreciate my love for him. Which pain do you
think is even more unbearable mine or yours? I love you so much but every time every single time, you chose to break the heart that
I have given to you and expected you to cherish it. That kind of love I don't need nor do I want it.
Jiro: Exactly why I want to mend your hurt. I won't hurt you anymore. I want to start over. I want to beable to cherish you like you have
wished. I want to be able to hold you in my arms again. Please, give me another chance. I promise I won't cause you pain anymore.
Selina: Huh, I heard that many times before.
Jiro: Well, I'm serious this time. I have never been with a girl as long as you Selina. You were different. You were the one for me. You
taught me what love was. Please, living a life without you is like living in hell. I never thought I would miss a woman so much but it was
you that changed me. Please Selina, I beg you. I love you.
Selina: Jiro I-
Jiro: Please Selina!
Selina: I wo-
Jiro: Selina I need you!
Selina: I kn-
Jiro: Please! If you want, I'll be on my knees. I love you with all my heart and all my mind. You have captured it and won't let it go.
Selina: Ji-
Jiro: Please forgive me. I'm desparate. This is the first time I have said those words. Selina you mean a lot to me.
Selina: JIRO! She yelled before he could interupt her again. I forgive you.
Jiro: Grinned and picked her up and spinned her around. Have I ever told you I love you?
Selina: Laughed. Plenty of times.
Everyone else laughed and smiled in awe and clapped.
Finally, Selina, Jiro, Ella, Chun, Calvin, and Rainie can finally have thier lunch. Rainie came right on time to see Jiro's confession.
They were all happy and giggling. Finally, Ella is conscience and here with them and Selina and Jiro are back together.
Ella: So tell me, when's the wedding.
Rainie: Blushed. Soon.
Selina: How soon?
Rainie: Real soon. Blushing even more.
Fahrenheit without Aaron: Laughed their heads off.
Calvin: Come on now. Let's not make my soon to be wifey
Chun: Aw, isn't that sweet?
Jiro: Good times good times. By the way have any of you girls heard from Hebe? Aaron's wondering.
Ella: Yeh. I heard about her leaving for the states when I first woke up. Chun told me.
Rainie: Shakes her head. It was like she disappeared. The only thing I got from her were e-mails but
she still won't tell me where she is exactly.
Selina: I think she is in Miami.
Ella: Shakes her head in disagreement. Hebe loves the beach but she likes to stay in cool or cold
ares in the States. So I think she is staying in New York City.
Calvin: I don't care, but we seriously need her back. Aaron is a mess. I mean I know he is cold and all
but he has emotions and he can react but now a days it is like he has no soul.
As they were talking Yi Jung and Ga Eul (I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COUPLE! THEY ARE ADORABLE.
I EVEN MADE A FANFIC FOR THEM!!! THEY ARE SO CUTE!) came in and took a seat.
S.E.R&Fahrenheit: Hi?
Yi Jung: We know where Hebe is.
S.E.R&Farhenheit: Where?
Ga Eul: She is in New York City currently working under one of Aaron's branches.
Ella: Knew it!
Rainie: I knew she couldn't let him go.
Selina: Well... and he owns like more than half the law firm and she has to work to make a living.
Ella and Rainie just stared at Selina with the "what the hell" look on their faces.
Selina: ..... yeh she couldn't let go.
Jiro: So now what to do we do?
Rainie: Grinned. I want to plan my wedding in New York City.
Calvin: What?! But my parents want our wedding to be held here.
Rainie: It will but I'm just going to New York City to plan it that's all.
Chun: You're so stupid Calvin. She is going to New York City to get Hebe to help her plan her wedding.
Jiro: Which means Hebe is going to have sooner than she wanted or planned to.
Ga Eul: And that means she has to face Aaron sooner or later.
Yi Jung: Trust me, they will meet sooner than you think.
Rainie: Why do you say that?
Yi Jung: Aaron just bought a ticket to New York City for his board meeting over there. I'm pretty sure,
they will meet there.
Chun: You girls, have to beat him there.
Yi Jung: I can arrange that for you. He said as he pulled out three tickets to New York. Your flight will
be in two hours. Get what you need and the rest, your girls will pack for you.
Ga Eul: Yeh go ahead. We will catch up with you girls later. Gui still has some business to attend.
S.E.R: Business?!
Ga Eul: Yep! She and Wang Zi have a rematch are Route 18 and some on us has some problems with
Fahrenheit's boys. She said and glared at Yi Jung while he just sipped his when lazily.
Ella: Shrugged. Whatever you say then.
Rainie: Alright. Love you honey I'm going.
Calvin: Ok. He said and stood up next to her and gave her a kiss.
Ella: Bye Chunnie!
Chun: Bye El. He said and kissed her forehead.
Selina: Then we'll be leaving.
Jiro: Already? We just got back together!
Selina: I'll be back soon.
Jiro: You better. He mumured into her ears and hugged her.
New York City-
It was a Sunday, and she was off and getting ready to go to church. (Yes, I'm a Catholic.... sorry if my stories
doesn't make me seem Catholic.... but.... you know as long as you guys still think my story is good.)
She drove her Mercedes into the Church's parking lot and went in while the Priest was doing the surmon.
She sat down next to an old lady as she listen carefully to what the priest had to say.
Priest: Do you know what hurt the most? Love, it hurts the most.
Hebe's P.O.V-
Yes I know that. I loved a man that never loved me back. It really does hurt.
End of P.O.V
Priest: Love is the strongest force in the world. But when it is blocked, that is where the pain comes from.
Today's surmon is for those who have lost a love one or who is suffering because of love. God loves that
person more than you do. Give your love for that person to God and he will bless you and the pain will go away.
Hebe's P.O.V-
But if I give my love for Aaron to God, then I would forget him. I don't want to forget him. I love him very much. But
each and everytime he is cold and emotionless. How could I be in love with a man that never loved me back?
Loving him was the best thing in my life. I will never forget this man. The priest is right. Love does hurt the most
but at the same time, it is the strongest force in the world. It makes a man and a woman crazy and blind. The
word love is nothing but a dangerous emotion to me. I loved a man that is being loved and never love back.
The pain to know that he doesn't love me back is something that is heartrending and it only hurts me and not
him. Life isn't fair. Life just isn't fair. How come the one that is heartless gets to feel nothing while the one with
a heart feels the pain that he causes. Maybe that is why he is King of Ice. He can't feel anything. Nothing at
all. Not even the strongest force in the world, love. Not even that.
End of P.O.V
As Hebe thought unknowingly, the tears swell up in her eyes while the mass ended. She was the only one who
still sat there and closed her eyes deep in thoughts.The tears trickle down one by one. Bit by bit. The old lady
was still next to her. She stared at Hebe while Hebe closed her eyes and was still deep in thoughts. She saw
those tears Hebe dropped. It was like the old lady understood Hebe's pain.
Old Lady: Yes yes, love does hurt very much. She said as she looked the crucifix.
Hebe: Heard the old lady's voice and opened her eyes and stared at the old lady.
Old Lady: Turned to look at Hebe. Loving someone who doesn't love you back is definatly painful. Just like how
Jesus died on the cross for us yet we were the one who nailed him up there.
Hebe: How did you know?
Old Lady: Chuckled. I have been young at one time. Seeing those tears you just dropped, the way your facial
expression changes from interest into pain at the mention of love. It tells it all.
Hebe: Fake chuckled. I guess so. Love is something, I fear.
Old Lady: Yes, that word is fearful isn't it? Afraid of loving someone who will hurt you. Afraid that one day that
person might leave you. Always afraid but once you do love, it is the best thing in the world.
Hebe: Smiled. It is isn't? As she remember those good times she had with Aaron. But soon her smiled turned
upside down. But the deeper you love, the harder you fall.
Old Lady: To tell you the truth. There will always be a day when love falls. I was married to my husband for 55
years and just last spring, he left the world and into a better place. Even if love was to be ever lasting, but not
in this world. Love is ever lasting in heaven. The love we experience here is just a glimpse of what we will have
in heaven. The love God gives us will never fall but our love one day will eventually be returned to God.
Hebe: I'm sorry. She whispered as she sympathize for the old lady.
Old Lady: My dear, there is no need to say sorry. I experienced 55 years of love. Now child tell, me why do you
cry and fear for love?
Hebe: I cry for love because I love a man that I thought loved me back but truthfully speaking he never did. He
hurt me so much that I had to go away. I fear love because I fear getting hurt again. This pain is something that
is worse than death itself.
Old Lady: Ah, the same old cause. Loving a man. Now think this through, if you truely love him, go and get him.
Maybe this time things will be different. Don't give up hope. Remember, love is God's gift to earth. Cherish it.
The Old Lady said and then left Hebe in the church thinking. Finally Hebe decided to head home.
The next day-
Actually it was only 4 in the morning but still that is after 12:00 midnight.
DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG!!
Hebe's door bell rung when she was sleeping. She groaned and rolled over to look at her clock. 4:00 a.m.
Hebe: What the hell? Who in the world rings my door bell at freaking 4 in the morning. She walked out of her
room and walked into the living room to open the door. Her mouth hung all the way to the floor.
There they were three of her best friends. Selina, Ella, and Rainie. She rubbed her eyes to make sure she
wasn't dreaming and still there were three of them just standing there and smiled brightly at her.
Selina: What? Aren't you going to let us come in?
Hebe: Uh.. yeh of course. She said and still in daze as she followed her friends into the living room.
Selina and Rainie settled themselves on the couch while Hebe was the floor and Ella on the beanbag chair.
Hebe: Ella, you're awake.
Ella: Yep! And guess what?! I'm here!
Hebe: Hahaha I can see that!
Selina: Oh and guess what?! Jiro and I are back together!
Hebe: Smiled. Good for you!
Ella: And there is even greater news.
Hebe: What is it?
Selina: Calvin and Rainie are getting married!!
Hebe: Really?!!
Rainie: Blushed. Yeh. I'm going to plan my wedding here and hold it in Tai Pei.
Hebe: OH MY GOSH! There are plenty of pretty dresses and famous designer in New York City! What's
your budget?
Selina, Ella, and Rainie looked at each other grinned a goofy grin.
S.E.R: THERE IS NO BUDGET!!
Hebe: OH MY GOD!!! They all squealed together.
Rainie: alright and Hebe you better be there for my wedding.
Hebe: I wouldn't miss it for the world. Not I have to go to bed. I'm going to work tomorrow. She said and went
back up to her room.
Ella: Winked. She doesn't even realize that Aaron would be there too.
Selina: Silly girl. She only thinks about what is right in front of her and never the future when exciting news comes
to her. This is why sometimes she is so gulliable.
Rainie: True that. Now it is only a matter of time before she has to see Aaron again.
S.E.R: Laughed evily.
Back at Tai Pei-
Chun and Calvin decided to meet up at Jiro's mansion and invite Aaron along with them. They need to whip
him back in shape before Hebe comes back. Jiro, Calvin, and Chun were waiting for Aaron to come.
Aaron came into the door and threw his work jacket to the maid and walked towards the dinning room.
Aaron: You rang?
Jiro: Welcome old buddy!
Aaron: Just stared at Jiro. What are you up to?
Calvin: My wedding is coming up.
Aaron: You're point is?
Chun: He wants you to be his best man.
Aaron: Why can't you just say that?
Jiro: Uh..... yeh anyways, get your act up.
Calvin: Seriously, get serious! Aaron you changed!
Aaron: How? I'm still unemotional. He said coldly.
Chun: Rolled his eyes in despair. You used to be a work person who makes money who plays with woman.
What happened to him? How can one woman change you so much?
Aaron: And you act like one woman in your lives doesn't change you three.
Jiro,Calvin,Chun: Uh.............................. sighs. I guess.
Aaron: You want me to be working again and act like normal correct?
Yi Jung, Wang Zi, Jerry, Nicholas, Ken, Vince, Vincent, Xiao Yu, Xiao Ma, Ao Quan, Jun Pyo, and many other
boys that belongs to G.R.I.M and the boys Fahrenheit trusted.
Yi Jung: Get back on track.
Wang Zi: You changed.
Aaron: Sighs. Fine. I won't let that woman get to me. He said.
Aaron's P.O.V-
