Hurt

It was sunny outside at Taiwan. I didn't feel the sun for a long time. Usually, Canada is cold and dull. I walked around the city. Every part of the city reminds me of him. I could hear every single people in the city talking about him. The successful heir of Qiu's company. I heard his name. Someone was calling him. I turned. No, it wasn't him. I sighed and started to walk again.

Gui Gui: Fate? I wonder how could fate ever happen?

I mumble to myself. I wasn't looking at where I'm walking. I accidentally bump into someone. I almost fall but that person manage to catch me in time.

Gui Gui: Thank you..
Guy: Look at where you're walking..

I'd regonize that voice. Its him. I looked up facing him. Our faces was inches apart. My eyes are wide open.

Wang Zi: Gui Gui? (shock)
Gui Gui: Hi.. Long time didn't see..

I tried to sound normal but my voice is shaking. I'm not ready to face him now. I couldn't.

Wang Zi: Yes, it be a long time.. I couldn't regonize you now.. (smile)
Gui Gui: I change my style.. (small smile) I...

I pause a moment.I don't know what to talk or say. I started to shake.

Wang Zi: So, Ao Quan and Da Ya is getting married?
Gui Gui: Yeah... So.. So.. are you coming that day?

I tried my best to make my voice sound normal. This time it works.

Wang Zi: I'm not sure..
Gui Gui: Oh..

I didn't talk at all. Every person in the street was busy walking but only both of us standing facing each other.

Wang Zi: Gui Gui..

He called me.

Wang Zi: Gui Gui, I think you should go back to Canada after the wedding.
Gui Gui: What?

I looked at him. My heart ache badly when he say this words.

Gui Gui: What do you mean?

My eyes become watery.

Wang Zi: I just think that you should leave.. Your life is not here..
Gui Gui: But.. But I..

Before I could say anything else to him, he turned and walk away. He slowly disappeared in front of me. How could he do this? He hurt me again. He is not the guy that I fall in love anymore. He is different. I just sat on the road. Putting my knees on my forehead. I couldn't face my friends now. Looking like this. I just couldn't do it. Its started to rain heavily. Everyone was holding an umbrella looking at me sitting alone. I heard someone calls my name. I looked up and saw Xiao Xun and Xiao Jie(G).

Xiao Xun: Gui, why you're sitting here? (worried)

She wipe my face with her handkerchief and Xiao Jie(G) was holding an umbrella under us.

Xiao Jie(G): Gui Gui, are you alright? Why you're sitting here?

I couldn't control my emotion and I broke down.

Gui Gui: Xiao Xun.. He told me to leave.. He asked me to go back..
Xiao Xun: Gui..
Xiao Jie(G): Who ask you to leave? (curious)
Gui Gui: Xiao Xun.. I..

I fainted. The last thing I could hear is Xiao Xun and Xiao Jie(G) calling my name.
