'IT's not like I will come back yunie~ you can use it' jaejoong tried to smile happily as he avoided yunho's eyes but still sadness, disappointment, hurt and sorrow were clearly in his eyes
'Why are you saying this?' yunho's voice was calm and for a stranger seemed usual but not for Jae, he had lived and knew yunho long enough to recognize the pain in the voice and it only hurt him more and more
'Because I am a ghost and I can't come back right?' jaejoong tried again to keep his tone happy and cheery but still could not manage to
'But there must be a way… there must be something I can do to bring you back… I mean you are not dead dead cause you are a ghost so maybe if I found your body… maybe you will be able to control it again like you controlled my hand a while ago and then…'
'No yunie it's useless… I'm only a ghost and I will stay like this…'
'Well then it does not matter… I will always love…' yunho began but jaejoong cut him quickly
'Yunie let's start on the will before he comes back' jaejoong smiled but sill avoided yunho's eyes as he looked at the office to find a piece of paper and a pen to write with
Yunho on the other hand feeling something weird is going on but thinking that it must be due to the fact that the will and going against his parents must be hard on him decided to let it go for now cause he still got plenty of chances to say to jaejoong that he loves his shiny hair, his milky skin, his big eyes, small pointed nose, his full pinkish lips, his slender waist, his innocent self, his fiery personality and his stubbornness simply everything, he loves him all
Smiling softly to his thoughts yunho watched as jaejoong took the pen and started rubbing his forehead thinking of what to write and how do anyone write a will anyhow?
'Just wrote what do you feel and want boo, shot and right to the point' advised yunho and nodding his head jaejoong started to write, he wrote about one line before he smiled and handed the paper to yunho who took it and started to read:(

Blinking his eyes a few times yunho could not help himself and bursted out laughing so hard making jaejoong pout and cross his arms in front of his chest angrily:' YAH WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING?'
'Cause you can't write a will like this boo' chuckled yunho
'Well I don't know how to write a will' pouted jaejoong again and gave yunho his back
'Come I will help you boo' smiled yunho as jaejoong held the pen again and started to write as yunho told him, when he finished yunho took the paper and read it before he nodded his head happily and smiled:' this is a will not like the previous one'
'Yah! I liked the first one better this one is so dull!' jaejoong pouted but yunho chuckled more:' this is how legal documents are supposed to be boo'
Finally jaejoong smiled a little and looked over the paper:' so it's ok now?'
Yunho nodded his head and smiled just as junki entered the office holding two cans of ice cold beer and handed one to yunho as he sat back behind his desk
'I don't know if you can call it a will but all I got is this piece of paper in his handwriting, will it help?' yunho handed the just done jaejoong's will to junki and sipped some cold beer down his throat
Looking at the paper in his hand junki read it a few times and sipped a little from his beer as he talked:' and this is in his handwriting?' yunho nodded
'And he is not underage right?' yunho shook his head
'Good, this should work, I will take it to court tomorrow and ask them to send for his parents to return the full amount of money as the grandfather's will said, it should take about a couple of weeks at the most, it's an easy case'
'Good' both jaejoong and yunho smiled happily but junki could only see and hear yunho
'And about my father… his company had gone bankrupt…'
'Yea'
'I want you to buy me ninety present of the company stocks but keep my ID unknown…'
'That can't be' smiled junki sadly
'Why?' frowned yunho
'You see a few days ago I found that your father had wrote everything in your aunt's name so now she owns everything and not him and she won't sell, as I know she won't sell the company but will make one of her old lovers be her knew partner and together with him she will run the company'
'But then what about my father?' yunho was totally shocked, how could his father do such a stupid thing when he was known to be a smart man?
'No one knows about him but I think he will be charged and will go to jail since there is a few huge loans in his name in several banks and no one will pay them!'
'I will!'
'WHAT? I THOUGHT YOU HATE HIM!'
'I do and that is why he will live and suffer, you will pay the loans out of my money and keep it a secret and if he asks you will give him my mother's name and then I will send you a huge pile of photos and you can make a deal with the post office to send him a photo everyday'
'What photo?'
'About my mother, about him, I want him to remember and remorse everything he put her through for the rest of his life and I want to make sure to remind him of his betrayal everyday!'
Sighing junki just nodded his head as he knew there is nothing he can do and that when yunho wants something he will do it no matter what so it's better to just help him and make sure he won't be hurt that much
'Also with the rest of my money I want to establish a new company, a lawyers company that will surface my father's and bring that gold digger, house wracker down'
'Err but you are…'
'I know I don't have a degree for that yet but I will work hard and will make it and I will hire the best lawyers in the country and you of course can run it for me for now and we will start strong and take over the market'
'But still…'
'I will do it man, no matter what I will do it'
'Ok lets deal with the will thing first and then we will deal with this'
'No I want the company to be established as soon as possible and I mean it'
'Ok fine… fine god you will make a good lawyer, I will help you with it I was thinking of quitting this damn company anyway'
Grinning happily yunho finished the can in his hands and stood up:' call me when you have anything'
Shaking his friend's hand junki nodded his head and smiled as both jaejoong and yunho walked out of the company
'Yunie wants to be a lawyer?' asked jaejoong and yunho nodded:' it was my mother's dream that I become a lawyer so I will make it come true'
Nodding his head jaejoong did not say anything else as they reached the car and got in still tired of all the shopping yunho drove away back to the village
Jaejoong sitting beside yunho and not doing anything got bored so he turned the radio on and started to flip through channels until he heard (marc anatomy – my baby you) and smiled as he started to sing along and seeing the happy jaejoong yunho started to sing with him too until the song ended and they looked at each other right in the eyes for a second before yunho turned back his attention on the road in front of him but smiled
'Jaejoong I think I lo…'
'Yunie oh look it's MacDonald buy me a happy meal' jumped jaejoong and pointed outside the window not facing yunho and trying to cover the sadness and the tears in his eyes
Frowning but nodding yunho parked the car and walked out to buy jaejoong the meal he wanted and in face he bought himself something to eat too since he was hungry and went back to the car
Sitting there and eating together yunho took a deep breath and smiled third time is a charm right? So it must work now
'Jae boo… I want to say I lov…'
'Yunie look how cute this toy is!' jaejoong cut him off again and started to show him the little toy he got with his happy meal and acting happy when he was holding back his tears and trying his best to keep this innocent happy mask on so yunho won't suspect anything from him but deep down inside it was cutting his heart like a knife every time yunho was about to tell him he loves him and every time he had to stop him
Yunho looking at the toy frowned as he felt something weird, why is jaejoong acting this way? Why does it look like jaejoong is avoiding him right now? Each time he was about to confess his love jaejoong had to cut him and stop him from saying it, why? Did something happen? Is it because of his parents? Did he stop loving him? What the hell was going on?

ok i know its somehow depressing but aish i feel so
down today, i dont know why but im depressed today and
the chap did not come put as happy as i wanted it to be
