Smiling at yunho jaejoong started telling him that he loves him and that he will never let him go anywhere without him again when his eyes widened, looking at the other side of the room where there was a bog mirror hanging on the wall for just a split second he imagined that he saw the old guy with long silver hair and beard wearing all white but as he blinked his eyes the old man was gone so sighing jaejoong thought that he was just imagining things and went back to sit on yunho's lap happily
Kibum and Yoochun finally came back fifteen minutes after they ran away both holding some sandwiches and drinks as they handed each some of them and all together they sat down to eat while yunho secretly feeding jaejoong some food too until they finished and junki started talking with them about the court
'We are doing just great, they have nothing… all they have was just try and make jaejoong look crazy and not in his right mind and so they had to lock him up in that house and act like he does not exist but they are in deep trouble now that we showed them that there was never any report about jaejoong having a mental illness or something and that never before a doctor visited jaejoong in the house and now the nanny will say that he was completely fine and had nothing wrong with him so they can't prove that he is crazy but we had already proved that the handwriting of the will was jaejoong's'
'And how is that?'
'When he went missing the police searched the house and found his diary so they took it as evidence and they compared the two handwritings and found that they match'
'So we will win?'
'Yes'
'Can I ask something?' spoke rain
'Sure'
'Why did they hate him so much?'
'They said he was way too feminine to be the heir and they hated him for being gay and weak so they acted like he does not exist and went to adopt a new child and treat him like their only some and even declare him the only heir'
'So mainly they hated him because he was gay'
'You can say that, yes' nodded yunho
'Great' smirked Jong kook
'Err why?'
'You will know soon'
Not wanting to press the issue any farther yunho decided to wait and see as he finished eating his breakfast to hear his mobile ringing so taking it out he answered:
'Hello?'
'Oh yunho hyung! Jae hyung is gone he is not here he just left me a massage saying he was going to go to you and witness the court but I don't know if he made it, I'm worried sick hyung! Is he there? Did he make it safely? Omo what if something bad happened to him? Hyung what if he went missing or got lost? I must go search for him right now! Yes I will go right now and…'
'WOW changmin calm down!!' yunho yelled at the poor boy
'But jae hyung…'
'Changmin take a deep breath'
'Ok' and changmin did as yunho said
'Feeling better now?'
'Y…yes'
'Good, he is right beside me so don't worry about him ok? Have some breakfast and go to Junsu's and wait for us until we come back'
'Oh ok is bummie there?'
'Yes he is eating'
'Oh tell him I love him'
'I will, bye now'
Yunho hanged up and looked at kibum:' your lover just gave me a headache'
'Changmin? What happened to him? is he alright? Did not he eat breakfast? What is wrong?...'
'yah calm down you too! Jee just like him! now take a deep breath and ask only one question at the time'
'What happened to him?'
'Oh nothing important, boo left him a note saying that he will come watch the court so he got all worried and he says he loves you but for goodness sake I'm not your cupid so don't ever ask me again to pass our mushy talk'
'WOW Jung yunho the heartless fighter of Soul have a boo? That is a first!' junki bursted out laughing as he saw yunho frown
'So what jealous? I have an angel to warm up my bed and heart while yours are ice cold' smirked yunho as he saw junki frown this time
'Why you little…' yunho ran away and junki started to chase him around for a little while forgetting that they are still in the courthouse or that they are supposed to be a great lawyer and a business man and just having fun together
A while later a police man came to call them back to the courtroom as the hearing will continue and hoping the best they all walked together but just as he walked and was looking at jaejoong yunho heard a soft 'Aahh' so turning back he saw kibum right behind him holding his leg as he saw the little stair in front of him, he did not notice is and enter up tripping over it so blinking yunho tried to remember of he climbed that step but he could not remember that so he looked down at his legs and startled he jumped up at once, his feets were in and I mean IN the floor and not on it but as he jumped a little and landed back his feets were back on the floor where they should be so panting yunho shook his head deciding that he is way too tired to concentrate and had started to see illusions
Walking back into the courtroom yunho sat down next to junki and jaejoong in his lap yes jaejoong was sitting on his lap now and not in it although he was still a ghost and was not seen or heard by anyone except yunho and looking at his lap yunho could not help but feel funny again like something is happening and he is just unable to see it and it made him go crazy as he tried so hard to think of what could it be without an idea
'The hearing will continue now!' the old judge said as he entered the courtroom and everyone stood up in respect until he sat down and signaled them to sit down too
As the hearing went on the nanny sat in the witness chair and began to talk about everything that happened telling how sad jaejoong was when he saw the pictures of his new family in the magazines and when he was alone at holidays trying to call his parents to hear their voice at least but only ending up hearing the answering machine
After the nanny finished she bowed and stepped down and Jae's parent's lawyer frowned, things were not going their way so he asked Jae's mother to step up the witness chair
Frowning at the sight of his mother jaejoong snuggled deeper into yunho's chest
The depressed lawyer started to ask Jae's mother a lot of questions about her 'son' and with some acting skills she started to tear up and pretend to be super sad about Jae's supposed death and all this happening and started to swear that she always loved her son and never locked him up without a reason but that he was mentally ill and was danger to himself and to everyone around him
When the lawyer finished asking question Jae's mother was about to step down when rain stood up:' I have a few questions too your honor'
The judge nodded his head and rain looked at Jae's mother and smirked
'Mrs. Kim can you please describe jaejoong as you remember him'
'What? Are you kidding me here?'
'Mrs. Kim please answer the question'
'He was tall, thin and weak; he had platinum golden hair and two full lips and hazel eyes …'
'Well you are quite wrong you see according to the latest picture giving by your son's boyfriend and approved by the court and in the records in front of you your honor the boy had black hair and his eyes are way too dark to be hazel… you always said you loved your son and was always there for him until the last day so how could you not know his hair color or his eyes color?'
'I… he loved to contacts and always dyed his hair so…'
'That is a lame excuse… you hated your son because he was gay and had a lot of boyfriends did not you?'
Right now Mrs. Kim were covered with cold sweat as she looked so angry
'HE WAS A WHORE! HE HAD AT LEAST FIVE BOYFRIENDS! HE WAS SO DAMN WEAK TO BE OUR HEIR YOU KNOW NOTHING! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD AND UGLY IS TO HAVE A GAY SON!' she finally blew up and started yelling causing the judge to keep slamming his wooden hammer on the desk for quiet and order in the court room and when finally everyone went quiet again he spoke
'I heard enough, I think any other judge will agree with me that the will is correct and the money will go to young Mr. Jung and you two will pay every cent you two took back until the amount matches the one mentioned in the grandfather's will and then you will be charged of child abuse and if you can't pay the money in one month time you will enter the prison, you two of course are not allowed to travel outside the city and will be under house arrest until you finish everything! Court ends here!' the judged slammed his wooden hammer for a last time and stood up and left
Yunho still standing looked at everyone and grinned happily, the first plan succeeded and they got their revenge on Jae's parents and now to that gold digger and idiot father!
