Sitting outside the room junki saw the doctor coming toward them with the tests results and stood up at once:' doctor, what is wrong with him?'
'We don't know, everything in his body seems alright and healthy, no drugs or alcohol, no poison nothing wrong with him but still he is in a coma'
'But something must be wrong or else he won't be in a coma right?'
'We are trying our best to find it out but we must for the other tests results before we could do or say anything'
Bowing a little the doctor walked away leaving everyone worried about yunho wondering what is wrong with him and trying to remember whatever happened with yunho today and everything he ate or did that may had caused him this condition but they remembered nothing
Inside the room jaejoong was going crazy crying and begging for a chance, for yunho's life, for his love and his lover, he was ready to do anything, and he was ready to lose anything but yunho so kneeling on the floor right in front of yunho's bed jaejoong cried his eyes out and begged, his begged the elders to answer him, he begged them to leave yunho alone and take him instead
As time passed on jaejoong felt his power drain out of him slowly and he was starting to fade away from tiredness but still he did not want to let go, he did not stop crying and begging as he was still on his knees hopping that they will finally allow him to have his lover back no matter what
Suddenly the door opened a little and changmin walked in with Junsu, they looked around the room and softly they called:' Jae hyung, where are you?'
Jae did not answer them; he did not even have the power to make the smallest object fly a few centimeters in the air to tell them that he was there but still ill all the power he had he begged and begged
'Jae hyung we brought food, you must eat something and rest or you will vanish, please?' came Junsu's soft worried voice as he placed the food bag on the floor a short distance from jaejoong actually but still Jae did not move or stop crying, he did not care for anything, he did not want food and he did not want to rest for sure he just wanted his lover back, he just wanted yunho to hold him, to kiss him and tell him he loves him.
Junsu and changmin looked at each other and sighed, there is no use they knew it, no matter what they do jaejoong was not going to listen to them, they were sure he was in the room they could feel it somehow but he did not want food or rest, he just wanted to be with his lover so based on jaejoong's character he must be crying around yunho's bed somewhere so respecting his decision they walked out of the room softly leaving the poor couple alone
A little more time passed on and the night outside became darker and darker, midnight came closer and closer and as it did jaejoong felt more tired and more weak than ever, he just knew midnight is bad, in every scary movie, in every action movie, in real life, everything bad always happens at midnight or shortly after it and if he was going to lose yunho he knew it will be around midnight
As midnight became closer and closer jaejoong felt more dizzy, he was tired and all his body felt heavy but still he did not budge as he kept on begging for yunho's life and then Junsu entered the room again but just as he did the bottle he was holding dropped on the floor as he screamed in shock
At once Yoochun, junki, kibum and changmin ran to him but as they looked at the room they could not but wide their eyes in shock and yell, they all pointed at the figure kneeling on the floor and crying his eyes out, they all walked in slowly and holding onto Yoochun's hand tightly Junsu whispered:' Jae hyung?'
Jaejoong did not say anything; he kept on crying and crying as they walked slowly to him, junki who was shocked the most reached his hand and tried to touch jaejoong but his hand went right through the ghost and he yelled:' WHAT THE HELL!!??'
'Jae hyung why can we see you?' asked Yoochun trying to calm junki down a little
For the first time Jae raised his head and looked at Yoochun with crying eyes:' you…sob…sob...can see…sob…sob…me?'
Everyone nodded his head and looked at jaejoong waiting for him to explain things to them but that did not happen, jaejoong just widened his red puffy eyes and bursted out crying and sobbing harder than before as he hit the floor with his hands begging them to stop but who are they no one knew
'Jae hyung what is going on? what happened to yunho hyung?' tried kibum
Jaejoong shook his head and did not stop crying, he just kneeled down there crying and crying until junki who seemed like he just recovered from the shock asked: jaejoong? You are Kim jaejoong? Yunho's friend? The one whose court against his parents happened today?'
Jaejoong did not answer as he looked like forgot they were with him in the room and just cried but Yoochun answered junki:' yes he is, hard to believe I know but somehow Jae hyung turned into a ghost and up until now only yunho hyung could see him'
Junki looked at Yoochun with 'are you f*cking kidding me* look but as he looked back at jaejoong he did not know what to do or to believe, after all there was a ghost, a real ghost kneeling in front of him crying his friend right now and he looking at everyone felt like going crazy:' I… I need to rest' and with that he exited the room and sat down outside
In the room everyone was still standing around jaejoong trying to calm him down but nothing worked as he seemed to be in his own world right now and finally midnight crept closer and closer, it was half an hour till midnight and everyone was shooed out of the room by the doctor who told them visiting hours had ended but jaejoong stayed there, by yunho's bed crying
Finally the little clock on the wall started to ring announcing midnight and jaejoong widened his eyes in horror, he stood up at once and ran to yunho like afraid that he will vanish right in front of him and held onto his body tightly as he yelled:' NO!! YOU WON'T TAKE HIM! I WON'T ALLOW YOU TO TAKE HIM! HE IS MINE! I LOVE HIM! TAKE ME! TAKE ME! LEAVE HIM ALONE!!'
At the twelve's ring of the clock a black fog appeared in the middle of the room and slowly it started to spread around swallowing everything into total darkness not leaving anything until finally there was nothing but the bed which yunho was laying on in a coma and jaejoong who was laying on top of him hugging him tightly wanting to protect him from the darkness and from everything
Slowly the fog wrapped the bed too and as it wrapped yunho away from jaejoong's widened eyes jaejoong started to yell as he tried to hold onto yunho's body bit it was gone, it was all gone there was nothing around him but total darkness, no room, no bed and most importantly no yunho to hold and protect, no yunho to save and looking around like crazy jaejoong tried to move but could not, he was standing there in the middle of the darkness with no hope, with nothing to help him
Again jaejoong started to cry, he remembered yunho and how they first met, he remembered the little puppy and his friends, he remembered how he tried to get rid of yunho at the beginning and how much pain he had caused him, he remembered the zipper accident and could not but giggle a little as he remembered, he remembered their first kiss, he remembered their warm home and the couple cups yunho made for him, he remembered how happy they were and how it’s all gone now, how his happiness was snatched away from him in a glance and opening his eyes he looked at the darkness and slowly his tears, all the teas he shed flied into mid air each one of them shining and twinkling like a little star all surrounded jaejoong in a circle
Looking at the tiers as they turned and flied around him in a circle jaejoong saw them form a straight line in front of him leading him to the right side of the darkness, feeling warm by the tear's light jaejoong knew he should follow the tears and that they will led him to yunho, they will led him out of this darkness and to his lover, to where it’s safe and to where he was meant to be
Step by step jaejoong felt his powers drain out of him, he was super tired now and barely walked but still his will to see yunho was so strong that somehow with a miracle for sure his legs kept pushing forward firmly one in front of the other until step after step not giving up, wanting to get out of here and so he walked led by the twinkling light of his own tears
Slowly jaejoong noticed that the darkness had became heavier and the tears light became fainter with each step he took but still determined he walked until he saw two figures standing in the dark, he could not see their faces but he walked to them feeling that something bad will happen and he was right, as he reached he saw both his parents looking at him angrily and as he came nearer:' YOU LITTLE WH*RE, YOU THINK WE WANT YOU AS A CHILD? A USELESS GAY? YOU ARE A SHAME! WE ARE ASHAMED OF YOU! WE WISH YOU VANISH! YOU ARE NOT A SON OF OURS! YOU ARE JUST A STRANGER! YOU ARE NOTHING! WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOU! YOU TOOK OUR MONEY! THE MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OURS! YOU TOOK IT AND NOW YOU SUE US TO GIVE IT TO A USELESS BOY! TO ANOTHER GAY? TO ANOTHEY LOVER OF YOURS!!'
Jaejoong shook his head, nothing of what they had said hurt him like when they talked badly about yunho, he did not care about them anymore, he had another family, a new family that loved him and wanted to protect him so he does not need them:' no! Yunie is everything! He is my everything! Don't talk about him like that! Don't say those things about him!' he yelled defending yunho
Slowly the figures of his parents vanished as the twinkling tears appeared again to lead him forward so he walked and walked until he saw some figures standing in the dark and walking closer to them the tears vanished again as he saw Heechul with all his ex lovers hugging each other happily and as he reached Heechul smirked:' well well what do we have here? Oh is not that you? The pitiful boy abandoned by his family, friends and lovers? No one loves you and no one will! Look at your so called lovers, they came to me at the slightest wave and you won't be able to take them back, they left you just like everyone else did!'
Looking at everyone jaejoong shook his head, he did not care anymore and his anger at Heechul for betraying him had long disappeared after all if it was not for Heechul betraying him he would not have met yunho and nothing of their happy memories would have happened so grinning he looked at Heechul in the eyes:' I don't care! You can have them all! All I want is yunie! He loves me and I love him! He is the only one for me so you can have all of them!'
Again the figures in front of jaejoong vanished as the twinkling tears reappeared to guide his way and now after facing everyone, after letting it out and not holding it in anymore jaejoong felt more free, more confident and stronger so he walked faster and slowly following the road the tears showed him jaejoong kept his thinking of yunho and how much he loves him, this thoughts gave him the strength as he kept pushing one leg in front of the other and going on in this road that seemed will never end hoping and praying that he will meet his lover at the end of the road…
