This story is called Summer Dream
Part 1 (chap1-10) tells about the true story of Jae Joong sufferings in life before he debut as a member of DBSK.
Part 2 (chap12 onwards) tells about Jae Joong's spirit adventure into the forest spirit realm, and had got himself involved with forbidden love relationship with a forest spirit when he was in coma. Will they be able to go against the heavenly rules and preserved their love relationship till the end?
