Dead End
The next day, the grudge Yunho had for Jae Joong after that incident has become more and more oblivious. He put the blame on Jae Joong for every misfortune he had encounter and wouldn’t talk to Jae Joong at all. He even tried to avoid Jae Joong with all his might. His action caused Jae Joong felt guilty although it was not his fault that Tae Hee kissed him.
In the evening, after their filming in a variety show, Yunho went into the dressing room and took a sip from a beverage drink from which its cover is loosely closed and he proceeded to the fitting room and change his clothes. Inside the fitting room, he felt uneasy in his throat, he felt sticky in his mouth as if he just drank a bottle of glue. He tried to yell for help, but his voice seems to be beyond audible. His situation garnered everyone’s concern and his manager asked him to vomit out what he had drank but he can’t. Hence, they had decided to sent him to the hospital for treatment instead.
Since no one was caught red-handed, rumors have been spread around. Jae Joong had been suspected for the incident as a attempt to revenge against Yunho for punching him last night. It had saddened Jae Joong that he had decided to get himself drunk at the bar. It’s the only way to forget all the sorrow he had encountered this few days; his break-up with his first love, being punched by Yunho whom he always look up on him as his best friend and his strength of support since they debuted, and now what…? Being accused of spiking Yunho’s drink?
Jae Joong: Why do I have to encounter all this? GOD?!! Arghh….Why on earth have I done that I deserved to be treated like this???
Again and again, he took one gulp of liquor after another while cursing on his pathetic life.
Time passed, and soon the bar was about to close..He had no choice but to leave the bar, drunk and alone. Without realizing, he accidentally walked towards the road and a car just knocked him off. He was flung meters away by strong force due to the impact of the car against his body. The last thing he ever heard was beeping sound which was getting louder and louder. Soon, he collapsed. He felt light and his soul is floating above his injured body. Jae Joong: Am I dead? What is happening to me?
He tried to ask a passerby who gathered at the scene but it seems that the passer by cant see him. The whole scene was a chaos. The crowd was getting more and more, the ambulance, police cars could be seen heading toward the scene, and reporters were busy clicking away their cameras…
Passerby 1 : Wow, it would definitely be on tomorrow’s news headline, a member of dbsk was involved in accident
Passerby 2: Is he dead?
Passerby 1: I don’t know
Some fans who witnessed the incident can be seen sobbing uncontrollably. Soon the paramedic wheeled his body into the ambulance and left the scene.
Jae Joong: Hey, don’t cry!! Hello!!! I’m not dead???!!! I…I..
He started to approached one after another fan who is weeping, and tried to console her, but as soon as his arms touched her body, it went through it. He was freaked out by what his saw.
From that moment onwards, he knew that no matter how hard he screamed, no one would hear him…so his soul left and wandered aimlessly towards the outskirt of the city where he reached a jungle. His soul floated deeper and deeper into the forest and without realizing, he had accidentally crossed the borders between the human realm and the forest spirit world.
