Chapter 15
Heart, Mind and Soul
The forest spirit world was really really beautiful, it was as if living in another place called heaven on earth. The architecture of the buildings and every single tiny bit of furniture and tools were originated from nature. Living in the realm, one can feel peace and harmony with nature. No wars, no fight among each other, no jealousy and the most important thing is there’s much freedom which Jae Joong have yearn to have since he became superstar.
Jae Joong: (*thought) Where is this place? In our country, is there really such a beautiful place exist? I must be blinded by fame and glory that I didn’t realize of the beauty of nature.
Strange enough, the ‘citizen’ in the realm were dressed in nothing but leaves on their body. They seem much friendlier than those people he had seen in Seoul. He walked on and soon he had completely forgotten his roots because he was too fascinated by his new found world which now he called home.
Meanwhile, the rest of the members were worried sick about Jae Joong condition.
Junsu: Doctor, how’s Jae Joong’s condition? Will he be able to regain consciousness?
Doctor: His condition wasn’t really good. We are going to observed him for a week in the ICU, if after a week he couldn’t regain conscious, then sorry to say, you have to prepare for the worst.
Changmin: What do you mean? Is he really going to..? (changmin cant hold his tears any longer)
Junsu and Micky who was by Changmin’s side, trying to console him but they ended up crying too
Doctor: Sorry, I have tried my best…( he gave them a pat on their back and left)
The next day, Junsu, Changmin and Micky went to visit Yunho in the hospital and he was discharged on the same day. Yunho suspected something amiss when he didn’t see Jae Joong coming along with them.
Yunho: Why on earth Jae Joong is not coming along with you guys? Ah… It must be he felt that ashamed to face me after all those bloody deeds he had done. Fine, he better don’t appear in front of me again. Who cares about him anyway? I don’t care whether he’s dead or alive…
Upon hearing the word ‘dead’, Junsu was too over-whelmed by emotion that he blurted out…
Junsu: He will be ok, he will not die…!! He will make it..He will
Micky tried to console Junsu by hugging him
Micky: Don’t worry, Jae Joong would be fine…
Yunho: What the hell are you talking about?
Changmin: Hyung, Jae Joong was involved in accident. He was now in coma. The doctor said…
Their conversation were interrupted by the news on TV.
Reporter: The news about Yunho U-know of DBSK, which he drank a spiked beverage drink a few days ago, the culprit, was arrested this morning after a tip-off from the public. An anti-fan was arrested after she turns herself up at the police station the next day after the incident. A teenage girl by the name, Ko confessed about her hatred against U-know Yunho on a piece of paper she had eventually failed to pass to U-know.
To, Jung Yunho
You watch your mouth!! Ever since the debut you were so stuck up. You won't last after a couple years... You would be forever seen as some teen idol not real singer. Do you know your limit? Only little kids like you!... I really want to kill you.Apparently, she is a avid fan of Jae Joong and had witnessed the incident of U-know Yunho bashed up Jae Joong from afar. Although, she doesn’t know the reason but she was angered by U-know’s action. She decided to teach U-know a lesson but later when she found out that her action had caused Jae Joong’s to be wrongly accused by others thus she decided to turn herself up to prove that her beloved Jae Joong is innocent.
Currently, there were many unanswered question. On U-know Yunho himself and heaven knows the why U-know drank the opened beverage drink, and how the culprit sneak into the room of the broadcasting station under the nose of so many watchful eyes of security guards.
On another incident…(U-know turned off the TV)
Changmin: Thank god, the culprit was arrested
Micky: Wait a minute, if the real culprit was arrested, means that…
Yunho: We had mistaken Jae Joong. He’s innocent.
Junsu: I wish he was here … he, he..
Yunho: What happened to him? Changmin, just now you said he’s involved in an accident, how was his condition now? (Yunho have a sudden change of tone, he no longer felt angry against Jae Joong, but more to concerning about his condition.
Changmin: He’s still in coma…doctor said that if he didn’t wake up in a week, he will…die
( tears were oozing out of Changmin eyes )
Yunho: No…
Which hospital is he admitted to? Take me there immediately. Soon, Yunho discharged from the hospital and visited Jae Joong.
Yunho: Jae Joong ah..sorry for everthing. You can punch me, slap me…whatever you want to do Don’t sleep anymore, ok? Wake up.
He tried to nudge Jae Joong body, but as expected nothing happens. Junsu and Changmin tried to hold him back.
