Ryosuke wake up with severe pain at his body and minor headache. The light could’ve blind his eyes if he didn’t cover them with his hand. He really thirsty but he can let out his voice since he’s way too weak.
Rei turn around and shock.
“Ryosuke! Oh my god! Thank goodness! You finally awake! Are you okay?” beam Rei.
“H-Hai…” he answers softly.
Recalling the doctor told her about him, she starts to feel nervous and ask Ryosuke.
“A-Anou…you…do you know w-who are y-you?”
Ryosuke blink. He wonders why Rei is asking that question. What had happen to him until she asks him this?
“I…I do r-remember…Why d-do you a-ask? What had h-happen to m-me?”
Rei release a big sigh. “Thank god! Do you remember who…am I? What am I to…y-you?”
Again, he wonder but keep on answering the question at the same time try to recall what had happen and where is this place.
“Rei…my special g-girl…Ne, t-tell me…what had h-happen?”
Rei sit next to him, holding his left hand.
“You had an accident. Doctor told me that you might have amnesia but…you didn’t.”
Ryosuke smile, “How c-can I forget my enchanted l-lady?”
They laugh.
“So…” Ryosuke talk again, “…basically I’m at h-hospital?”
Rei shift her weight and smile again. “Yes, you are. Now, I want to see the doctor at the same time I’ll inform your friend, okay?”
The boy face turns down. “B-But…I don’t w-want you to l-leave me.”
Rei look at him carefully. She reminds herself not to let any or a tiny squeeze that show Ryosuke will cry. She had enough.
She sighs of losing and just waits for the doctor to come for his regular check up. She seat next to him.
“Okay. But I’ll call your friends now, can I?”
Ryosuke nod happily.
Rei take out her phone and start to scroll down the phone book to search Kota’s number.
Seconds later, she immediately dials.
“Hai, Kota-kun?”
“Yes? Rei desuka?” said the voice in the other line.
“Hai! Anou, Ryosuke-kun had gained his consciousness. I think you can tell the member ne?”
“Hontou?! Uwaah~! Finally! So…how is he?”
“He’s perfectly fine! No sign of amnesia!” she overjoyed telling them.
“Yokatta~! Okay! As soon as I’ve collect all of them, we’ll be there!”
“Un! Ja!”
“Ja!”
Rei keep away her phone and look back at Ryosuke.
“Ne…I’m thirsty…” said the boy. Rei stand up and reach for mineral water inside the drawer and attach straw on it.
“Here,” she said as she carefully helps Ryosuke to sit.
After drinking the water, Ryosuke decide to sit.
Rei hold his arm, helping him to sit.
“Careful.”
“Em.”
When Ryosuke finally manage to sit, they start to talk again.
“I’m really glad! You awake with no sign of amnesia!” she beams.
“Un. Ne, I don’t remember much about the accident but…I do remember discussing with Johnny about the fake news Shida said to the…reporters? I hope it didn’t uh…make you sad or anything…”
“It’s okay,” she start. “It didn’t bother me at all. Besides, I know that she’s just being a bad girl.”
Again, Ryosuke beam at her his killer smile.
After a few minutes of lovey dovey stare, a doctor name Hatori come in.
He flips some of the papers and start to voice,
“Yamada Ryosuke if I’m not mistaken?”
Ryosuke nod.
“Hm…do you feel any pain at your body?” ask the doctor.
Ryosuke move a little and sit back.
“I don’t think so.”
Hatori-sensei goes over him and start the check up. He starts at the back.
“How about here?”
“No. But I feel tired at there.”
The doctor writes something on the papers. He moves to Ryosuke’s hands and legs.
“Feel any pain?”
Ryosuke shook his head.
When the doctor starts to move to his shoulder, he let out a wince.
“Here?”
“Un…There’s a sharp pain when I move it or when it collides with something.” Said the younger boy.
“Anou, Rei-san. Can you help me?” ask the doctor.
“Sure. What can I do?” she asks politely. Rei move next to the doctor position.
“Hold his shoulder.”
“Eh? But he’ll feel pain.”
“I know. It’s not broken or something. It has to be massage frequently and I want someone to do it right if he can be check out in this week.” Explain Hatori-sensei.
Rei nod understanding. She places her hand softly, afraid if Ryosuke might feel the pain.
“Yamada-kun, I’m afraid this is going to hurt you.” Warn the doctor to the younger boy.
Ryosuke nod. Rei start to massage him as the doctor instructs and teaches her. Meanwhile, Ryosuke try to hold his pain.
About 10 minutes later, they finally made it.
“You need to do this twice a day so his arm can be cure in this instant but not very instant.”
Rei nod. She bows at the doctor as the doctor leave the room.
“Are you okay?” ask her, worry face plaster on her face.
“Ma…chotto dake…” said Ryosuke. He smiles weakly as he lean back at his bed.
Suddenly…
“YAMA-CHAN~!” yell the JUMP’s entire member.
“Minna.” Reply the sick boy.
“Genki?” ask Kota while settle down himself on the next bed.
“Un.”
“I’m glad you finally up! We’re so worry about you!” said Chinen in a very high pitch voice.
“Gomen. I’ve must be cause a lot of trouble, ne?”
“Don’t say that. It wasn’t you the one who wish to be like this. At least you get the chance to have Rei taking care of you.” Joke Hikaru.
“Well…Ni-chan doesn’t mind me doing this.” Said the girl.
There was a pregnant silence.
“What do you mean by ni-chan? What happen to your otosan and okasan?” ask Inoo.
Rei start to play with her keychain that Kai made one for her.
“My mom and dad had move to New Zealand because of my father’s work. And since I’m not leaving with them, I live with ni-chan.”
Ryosuke stare at her softly before he asks.
“Why didn’t you follow them?”
He knew the answer but he want to hear it out from Rei’s mouth.
Rei look at him with a very determination eye.
“I do love my parents but, I notice that I love you too. And I can’t stop thinking how suffer or lonely I am without you.”
10 seconds later, Rei finally realize what she just said and blush madly as the rest of Hey! Say! JUMP giggles.
“So…” start Daiki. “…technically, just now you’re confessing to Yama-chan, am I right?”
Both of the love birds face turn as red as tomato.
“Suge~! Ne! Suge janai-ka? Yama-chan!” cheers Yuto to him.
Ryosuke smile slightly as Chinen and Ryutaro push Rei next to him.
“Uwaaah~! Yama-chan! I’m jealous!” exclaim Yuto.
“I want girl friend too~!” add Chinen.
“It’s too young for you, Chi.” Said Yuya.
Chinen pout before answering,
“I’m in the same age as him! Why can’t I?”
They all laugh and chat along until night.

That night.
“Ne,” Ryosuke said, looking directly to Rei’s eyes. “There’s another two weeks left ‘till the school break over, right?”
Rei nod.
“Which mean you can’t take care of me anymore.” He said and turns down, looking at the bed sheets.
Rei sit next to him and place her palm upon his.
“Don’t say that. We can still meet after school. Besides, you’re not fully recovered yet. I don’t want anything bad happen to you, okay?”
“Hai…But, do you know how long do I have to stay…here?” ask Ryosuke after replying the girl’s question.
The girl pause for awhile, “Hmm…I met the doctor before and he said you might have to stay here another week?...Yeah, just another week. Anything bother you?”
Ryosuke shook his head and form a smile.
“No. Nothing. It’s just that I miss you.”
He lean over and touch his lips to her.

Two week has past by and today, Ryosuke check out from hospital. Rei is with him all the time.
“So, where are we going next?”
“Anywhere you want.” Reply the girl.
Ryosuke pout, “I ask you and you ask me back. No fun at all!”
“Eh? Gomen! Ryosuke, gomen. Okay, um…let’s go to super market and buy some ingredient so I can cook for you tonight?” She pleads to Ryosuke.
“In that case, let’s go!”

Super market
Rei pick the small basket at the entrance and go to Ryosuke.
“So, what would you like for dinner?”
Ryosuke keep silent for few seconds and finally speak when he saw meats.
“Yakiniku wa iindesuka?”
Rei smile at Ryosuke’s act.
“Of course you can. Let’s pick the meats.”
The two of them walk to the frozen foods and start to choose when a girl around Rei’s height stop behind them.
“Oh? Look who is here, the pathetic girl!” said Mirai.
Since her shopping with friends, all of them laugh towards Rei.
“Yamada-kun, I wonder why you are dating with her.” Said one of the girls named Maria.
“Yeah! She’s like nothing compare to Mirai who have everything!” said the girl next to Maria, Michiko.
Ryosuke really have enough urges to slap all of these girls. But he refuses to do for the sake of Rei and himself.
“Look, Yamada-kun. If you were with me, I'll make sure that you get good meals, not by shopping here. And I’ll spend every second with you.” Said Mirai while seducing Ryosuke by touching here and there.
Rei make a small chuckle.
Mirai turn to her. “What are you laughing at?”
“You said you’ll stay with him every second…does that mean you’ll stick him even when he has to use toilet and taking bath? Doesn’t that supposed to mean that you’re more to pervert that love him?”
This time, Ryosuke laugh. “Ahahaha! She’s right! And for your information, I don’t want a pervert girlfriend. Pervert girlfriend equals to crazy-obsessed-fan girl!” he add.
Shida was taken aback, so do the two.
“Believe me. Artist is supposed to live with artist! You think I didn’t know that every JUMP member had ordinary girl as their girlfriend?”
With that, she smirks.
Ryosuke was about to say something when Shida cut him.
“You guys will never be happy living with this kind of girls.”
“The problem is, I am happy now. Gazillions times happy than I’m with girls like you.”
Now, Ryosuke smirks to the girl as he tightens his hug with Rei.
“I’ll make you guys suffer.”
Rei shot her a serious glare.
“W-What do you want?”
Rei step forward. “You are infinity times pathetic than me! Since you can’t have him, can’t you at least try to make him happy?!!! Not destroying his live??!!! People who can’t share their happiness with their loves, can make effort so the person that they love happy! You are not human being! You’re more to animals! No, worst than animals!”
“How dare you say that to me?!!!”
“Can’t you see how hurt Ryosuke was when he with you?!! You are Miss Perfect to him! No one in the world is perfect! And if you are in love with him, where were you when his parents die? When he need someone to be with him?! I bet you’re just shopping at mall or anywhere!!”
Mirai startled. She didn’t even know that Ryosuke’s parent has passed away.
“B-But I didn’t-”
“You didn’t know?! Oh, you love him but you didn’t know what happen to him. Even his newest fan girls know what happen including the incident that he had the pass weeks ago!”
Ryosuke look at her, now he realizes that Rei is his best choice, probably near to perfect.
“Rei…” he calls.
When Mirai didn’t say anything, Rei continue to smash her.
“Where does your beautiful words gone to??!! You better stop thinking that we, the ordinary girls will keep quiet while you girls trying to destroy us. We will fight!!!”
Feeling embarrass, she and her friends walk away.
“Rei.”
She turns to Ryosuke.
“G-Gomen!! I’m just…I’m over board didn’t I?” she said as she hide her face by putting both palms on her face.
Ryosuke remove her palms, “No, you’re doing great. You’re right. You’re right about them. She doesn’t deserve me. You deserve me and so do I.”
“I’m glad you say so. I’m sorry if I have to um…about your parents and stuff.”
“It’s alright; I’m fine with it as long as you’re here.”
They both smile lovingly to each other and start to shop for dinner again.

As they wait for their yakiniku to cook.
“Heeh?! Hontou?” ask Ryutaro as he claps his hands several times. Ryosuke told them about what happen back at the super market where Rei stand up for them.
“Hontou da yo! She really into it.” Said Ryosuke.
“Yamete yo. Ryosuke mou..” plead the said girl.
“Rei wa sugoi ne!” cheer Yuto.
“Sa! Next time, tell us if she dare to talk bad about us!” excitedly Aida said.
“Sou! That deserves her. Who is she thinks she are? She’s also a girl like us.” Chirp Sumire who is taking the meat and pass it to Daiki.
“Ne, why don’t we all eat and leave about her for a while?” suggest Rei.
“Okay, let’s start with the new topic.” Keito agree.
Looking up, Kei ask. “Like what?”
Yuto look at Ryosuke who is drinking Rei and his drink.
“Like…Banzai to Ryosuke who just check out from hospital!!!”
Ryosuke startled a bit as the other cheering Banzai~!
“Un. Arigatou.” Ryosuke nod thankfully. He feels really happy. Although he’s an orphan, he never felt that way when he’s with JUMP member and of course, Rei.
“Ne, only me, Yama-chan and Daiki had introduce our special girl to you guys. How about you guys introduce yours to us?” ask their unofficial leader that more to their caretaker.
“Um! You’re right! It is unfair only you guys get to know ours!” exclaim Daiki.
Yuto was the first to react. “I know! I’ll introduce mine next week!” he winks to Ryosuke.
Ryosuke widen his eyes. “You lie to me! You said that you haven’t confessed yet!!!”
“Well~! I promise to myself that if you haven’t has amnesia while you’re in hospital, I will confess to her! And you didn’t so I confess!” Yuto reply while laughing.
“Ahahaha. Very funny, Yuto.” The older guy said.
As Rei head to the kitchen to take some meats, Ryutaro quietly follow her. As soon as they arrive, he asks Rei. “How did Ryosuke confess to you?”
Jolt in form of surprise, she turn around. “Ryutaro! You…don’t do that again!”
“Gomen. So, how did he confess to you?”
Curious, she smiles towards the boy and ask, “Why? You want to confess to someone?”
Ryutaro blush but nod.
Aw! He’s cute!
“Who is she? She’s you classmates?” She opens the fridge and takes out 3 packets of meats.
Again, the little boy nod.
“Hun…So, you ask me how he confesses to me? Hm…we confess to each other actually.”
“Is there any tips?”
“Well~! That, you have to ask Ryosuke.” She closes the fridge and starts to walk with the meats.
“Ikou.” She invites the little boy.
