“What?!” shout Mrs. Nakajima while letting go the knife she use to cut the cabbage. Luckily, it went to the sink. “You want to live with Ryosuke?”
Yuto nod slowly, somehow, he knew this will be a lot harder than he imagine.
Mrs. Nakajima drags him out the kitchen and sits at the couch.
“Look, I know that you want to help your friend. But you have to remember that living alone is a lot more difficult than you ever imagine! I’m sure that one of his relatives will take care of him.” Console his mother. Yuto look back at his mother as he clenches his fist.
“But all of us agree that we’ll stay together!”
“Yuto! I said no!”
“What is so wrong with that?! It’s not like I’m moving out from Japan! It’s nearby!” Yuto decide to counter.
Mrs. Nakajima is so mad so do Yuto that they didn’t realize Raiya had just opened the door when he heard bell ring.
“Since it’s nearby, you can always visit him! So, you don’t have to move out!” yell his mother.
“At least list out the reason, will you?” ask Yuto.
“So, Ryosuke somehow influence you until you become so brave to fight me huh?” smirk Mrs. Nakajima.
“I’m asking for the right thing to do as a friend! Not fighting with you and don’t dare to accuse him!”
Then they heard something fall. They turn at the sound, Ryosuke stands next to Raiya.
“I-I uh…” he stutter and look at the two. “Y-Yuto, you don’t have to move out…really…”
“But what about you? I don’t want you to live alone.” Soothingly, Yuto ask.
He look at Mrs. Nakajima who seems piss off before answering, “J-Just…I’ll stay with my…uh…the o-others! Or my g-grandparents! Yeah, them…I got to go!” Wearing his shoes as quick as he could, he storm out of the house and run away. Letting the wind wipe away his tears.
“Mom! I can’t believe you’ve just said that about my best friend! MY TWINS-LIKE BEST FRIEND!!!” said Yuto. His mother suddenly snap out.
“I’m sorry. Dear, I’m so sorry. I’m overreact I guess.”
Yuto sigh, he looks outside the window when he heard a thunder storm.
‘Yama-chan’s afraid of thunderstorm.’
He knew there’s no way his mother will let him, he dial some random buttons and wait until someone pick it up.

Ryosuke look up as the water drops to his face.
‘Great!’ he thought as he keep running, let the rain soak him.
He stops at the usual park, and sits at the swing.
‘It’s my entire fault. My uncles and aunties fight because of me.’ He thought. ‘Yuto and his mother too. Baka! I’m not supposed to ask them to live with me.’
He sat alone when suddenly a loud thunder storm strike. He screams out of fear and crying as he run to sit under the tree. Using his hand to shut his ears tightly when he saw another light that might be following by thunderstorms appears.
He sat there long enough until the rain and thunderstorm almost stop.
“Ryosuke!” a voice that he really want to hear right now call him. Rei run approach the boy, with an umbrella.
“Thank god! Yuto told me everything. Are you okay?” ask her. Ryosuke stand and hug her.
“Ryosuke?”
He keeps quiet. Rei also keep quiet, she doesn’t mind if she gets wet too. As long as it’ll make Ryosuke happy.
“I-I…I cause them to fight each other…I’m a useless!” he curses himself.
“No, you’re not. It’s their fault for not understanding your feeling.” Convince Rei.
Ryosuke let go the hug and face Rei.
“Let’s go to your house, okay? Get change and I’ll cook for you, anything.” Console the girl.

They already at Ryosuke’s house. Ryosuke is wearing his cloth while Rei wait for him downstairs.
“Hey.” Call Ryosuke. Rei smile and wait for him to reach and sit next to her.
“Are you feeling better?”
He nods.
“Have you eaten something?”
He shook his head.
“Ryosuke, you have to eat something.” Whine Rei while brushing the boy’s hand with her thumbs.
“I don’t feel like I want too.” Reply the older.
“Let me cook soup for us. Stay.” Rei stand up but Ryosuke pull her wrist.
“I want to follow.”

After having meals, Rei wash the dishes and wait patiently for her. As soon as she finish, she approach Ryosuke.
Suddenly, he sneezes.
“Ryosuke, are you okay?” ask Rei with full of concern.
Ryosuke didn’t answer but plop his head on her shoulder.
“Oh god! You are having a fever! How long have you stayed under the rain?” she asks after placing her palm on Ryosuke’s forehead.
Ryosuke can only shake his head. Rei stand up abruptly to reach her phone and again, has been stop by Ryosuke.
She turn to Ryosuke with a confuse look.
“Don’t…call…them…”
“But-”
“Please…” Ryosuke beg with teary, red eyes. Rei had seen he cry long enough. He didn’t want Ryosuke to let out any single tears.
Sighing of losing, she mouth “Okay. Stay here. I’m going to get towel and medicine.”
She goes to the kitchen and search for the pills, lucky for her. There is the last pack. Now, for the ice.
‘Damn it!’ she curse. No ice. She walks back to Ryosuke.
“Ryo, I’m going out to buy ice. Stay here, okay?” said Rei as she wear her sweater and reach for her phone and wallet.
“Don’t leave…me…”
“Ryosuke. I promise I won’t go for long. Stay here and rest until I get back, okay?” she give him a quick kiss and walk away.

Conbini.
“Ice, ice. Where are you?” said the girl as she search through the fridge. After taking a bag of ice, she rushes to the counter and accidentally bumps onto someone.
“I’m sorry! I was in rush and-”
“Hey! It’s me!” said the boy. Rei focus on his face as the other pull his glass down.
“Ryutaro-kun?”
“Don’t add kun. I hate it. What’s with the ice?” said the hamster lover and attach back his sun glasses.
“Long story.”
“Then make it short.” Said the younger.
“ Somehow, Ryosuke stay under the rain that had stop just now and caught cold. There’s no ice and I’m rushing back after this.”
“Is he alright?” ask Ryutaro, he worry about him since they are close like brothers.
“Don’t know, but his fever is surely high. Got to go!” Rei quicken her pace and run out off the store.

She opens the door, get in, close it back and rush to Ryosuke.
“I’m back. Sorry for leaving you.” She takes out the ice and put some on the towel.
Ryosuke smile at her. She set the icy towel on his forehead and sits next to him.
“Let’s get you to your room, okay?” ask Rei kindly.
Ryosuke shook his head; he knew it’ll cause more trouble to Rei. Since he’s heavier than Rei.
Rei smile. “Then I’m going up to take out your blanket. I’ll be right back.”
She stands up and climbs the stairs. A few minutes later, she appears with blanket. Rei unfolded it and wrap it around Ryosuke. Then, she hand the pills and hold the glass for him.
“Here.” She said as she gives Ryosuke the pills.
Ryosuke swallow it and lay back on the couch. He opens his mouth and says something.
“Hm? What is it?” ask Rei.
“Can I…sleep at you?” ask him.
“You mean my laps? Of course you can.” Said Rei. Maybe he likes to spoil a lot when it comes to Rei, but Rei didn’t mind at all.
“Sleep, my angel.” Softly, Rei whisper at Ryosuke’s ear. Seeing that Ryosuke still awake, she decide to sing a song.
She brush lightly at his hair and look at him, ‘Good thing is, I’ve made him sleep.’
DIIING DOOONG!!!
“Aw man! Why must someone disturb us?!” she said. Ignoring the door bell, her phone ring.
“Hello?”
“Rei-nee-chan! It’s me again! Ryutaro. Can you open the door?” said the voice in the other line.
“I think I didn’t lock the door. Come in.” said Rei. They hung up as Ryutaro let himself in.
“So, how is he?”
“His temperature is still not cooling down and he stops me to tell all of you guys.”
Ryutaro place aside some of the stuff he bought earlier and settle down to the nearest couch.
“Have you cooked something?” ask the younger.
“Yes, we already eat. After that he feels not so well.” Reply Rei.
Ryutaro stare at him for awhile. Then he turn to face Rei who caressing carefully his cheeks.
“Rei-nee. I’ve been asking my mother about staying with Ryo-chan and she said she’ll think about it. I know there is possibility where she’ll say yes, but what if she says no?” ask him.
Rei pause before answering, “You have to obey her, she’s your mother. I’m sure she has a good reason to say so. Beside, Ryosuke will tell you the same.”
Ryutaro smile. Then he remembers about the cute girl he met at the nursery.
“Can I ask you something?”
“Sure.”
“Is it weird if I desire a special girl for me?” ask him bluntly.
“No. Everyone wants someone special so they can be love or loving someone. But for young boy like you, I advice you to not to go over board.” Said her while looking directly to him.
“You mean sex?”
“Yes, don’t go until there. I’m sure they teach you at school about good relationship.”
DIIING DOOONG!!!
“I’ll get it!” volunteer Ryutaro as he approach the door and open it.
A tall figure comes with bags.
“Yabu-kun. What’s with the bags?” ask Ryutaro, not looking at the older, but staring at the bags he brought in.
“I’m living here. I already told Ryo-chan about that. Oh, hi! Rei!”
“Hi! So, what did you do to your parents until they agree to let you live in here?” tease Rei.
“I’m just asking about being independent and they say yes! I like to spoil them!” winked the older to the girl.
“Oh, so you’re being overgrown baby now?” tease Rei again. Yabu pick up the nearest pillow and throw it to her. It did hit her.
“Hey! What if it hit Ryosuke?!” said the girl almost yell like tune.
Kota stops at his track and locks his eyes on Ryosuke.
“By the way, what happen to him? Is he had another break down?”
Ryutaro almost fall off his sits.
“God, you arrive here without knowing what’s wrong with him?” whine Ryutaro, “He’s facing a fever!”
Kota kneels nearer the boy’s head and caresses the younger cheeks.
“What cause it?”
Rei tell everything and they listen carefully.
“I see. In this nearest time, he might have a lot of break down session and you really help him if you always be there.” Advice Kota to her.
Rei nod understanding.
Ryutaro stand up abruptly, “Yabai! I have to pick up my brother! Sorry, got to go!” said him and disappear.
“No wonder, it’s getting late.” He said after glancing at his favorite watch.
“But I didn’t cook dinner and I haven’t call my parents about staying here!” she tells the older with panic face.
He sighs and reaches his phone, “I’ll tell it. Don’t worry, I know what to say and I’ll cook dinner while you handle him.” Assign the older. He goes to the kitchen and start dialing random number that he got earlier.
Rei glance through the window, yeah. It’s getting dark and she glad that they canceled her volleyball training so she have extra cloth to wear on.
Before it’s getting darker, she has to wake her boyfriend.
“Ryosuke.” She said while shaking lightly the boy’s shoulder. “Come on, wake up.”
He stirs and sleeps back. Rei pout.
“Ryosuke, wake up and go shower. You’ll sicker if you don’t.”
This time, Rei smile gratefully when he awake.
“Hum…My head spinning.” He murmured.
“It’s okay, one in time.” She pulls him up and rubs his back. “Can you walk?” she asks.
Ryosuke try to stand and he did. But when it comes to walk, he starts to staggers and about to fall if Rei didn’t manage to hold him.
“Arigatou.” He said.
“Un. Where’s your bathroom?” she ask again. Ryosuke point slowly to the corner and upstairs.
“Oh, you’ve got two of them. Let’s go up. I’ll bring your dinner later so you don’t have to move around, okay?”
He nods. As they arrive at his room, he takes some of the cloth and shower while Rei come down to help Kota.

Morimoto’s residence.
“So, how is he?” ask Mr. Morimoto to his eldest son.
“You mean Ryo-chan? He’s not doing good when he caught cold today.” Reply Ryutaro with a sad voice.
“It’s okay. You can help him as a friend, right?” reply his mother.
“Un. Mom, have you think about what I’ve ask you earlier?” said their old son and ask back.
Mr. and Mrs. Morimoto change their look. “Yes, we allow you to stay there,”
“Thanks mom, dad!” he exclaim a little bit quick.
“Wait. In conditions, you still have to pick your brother since our house is nearer and you have to be here if we call for help or anything. Is that okay with you?”
Ryutaro nod aggressively. He rushes to his parents and hug them, “Thank you!”
Soon after that, he went upstairs and starts to pack. Looks like he going out today.

After Ryosuke finish with dressing, he come down and slowly steps down the stairs. He still dizzy though.
He saw Rei and Kota serving food when he arrives downstairs.
He stood nearer the kitchen and Rei is the one who notice him.
“Ryo! You should get some rest, not walking around.” Said Rei while approaching him.
“But I hate being bed ridden.”
“Un, then sit there and I’ll call you when dinners ready.” Said Rei after seeing Ryosuke settle down at the previous seat.
DIIING DOOONG!!!
“I’ll get it.” Ryosuke said as walk to the door and open.
“Hi, Yama-chan!” greet Yuto beside him, Ryutaro is holding his bag.
“Hi, Yuto, Ryu-chan. Come on in.” he invite.
They settle down at the couch and Ryutaro join Kota and Rei after telling Ryosuke that he can move here plus the condition.
“Look, Yama-chan. I want to apologize about the earlier.” Start Yuto.
“It’s okay. I’m just over react. That’s all, don’t worry about me.”
Yuto stare at his best friend. He put his palms on the older forehead. Widen his eyes, “But I cause the fever!”
“No, I’m the one who cause it. I play with the rain too long.” Ryosuke said while pushing away Yuto’s arm.
“But-”
“Listen, it’s our fault.” He said as he holds Yuto’s shoulder. Yuto could feel the warmth that produce from Ryosuke’s hand. Maybe fever caused it. “Now, let’s not be emo here cause I’m too weak to fight you.”
Yuto nod. “You know, my mom did give me permission to live here but starting next week. She wants to test me so she said I wouldn’t cause you any trouble.”
“Oh, okay. I’ll be waiting then.”
Ryutaro come out from the kitchen, “Dinners ready!”
“Coming!” the two replies and walk towards the table.

Next morning, they receive a surprising visitor. Shida Mirai.
“Hi, Yamada-kun. Who’s this pathetic girl?” she asks in irritating voice, asking about Rei.
“She’s not a pathetic girl! She’s my girlfriend. What brings you here?” feeling the same anger as Rei had, he asks back.
“I still think I’m the best for you. As I told you, if you are not going to be mine, so do others.” She smile and walk away.
“What’s with her?” ask the youngest boy.
“She had a crush on me and made Kamiki-kun ask about my girl type. Apparently she’s not and she tries to be one, but I reject her since she was way too perfect and she’s not being herself.”
Kota titles his head, “You’re saying that she wants revenge?”
“Maybe. I know something not right when she said she’ll be back.” He replies while scratching his head.
“Who did she thinks she is?! Calling me a pathetic! She’s million times pathetic than me!” yell the outburst girl.
Ryosuke get hold her shoulder, “Relax. Right now, you just have to be careful. Tell me if things go weird.”
Rei nods.
